Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan software Matlab Simulink sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran praktikum secara daring pada matakuliah Praktek Mesin Listrik di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Medan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari seluruh mahasiswa angkatan 2019 yang mengambil matakuliah Praktek Mesin Listrik di kelas C dan D yang berjumlah 25 orang. Pengumpulan data ditempuh mulai dari observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan tersebut.. Teknik validasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan validasi triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan software Matlab Simulink dalam proses pembelajaran pada matakuliah Praktek Mesin Listrik cukup efektif membantu dosen dan mahasiswa dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Lebih lanjut, sebagian besar para mahasiswa memberikan respon positif terhadap proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan.  Kata Kunci : Matlab Simulink, media pembelajaran praktikum daring  Abstract: This research aims to describe the use of Matlab Simulink software as an alternative to online practicum learning media in the subjects of Electrical Machine Practice in the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program of the Faculty of Engineering, Medan State University. The study subjects consisted of all students of the class of 2019 who took electrical machine practice courses in grades C and D which amounted to 25 people. Data collection is taken starting from observation, interview, and analysis of documents related to the problem. The validation technique in this study uses the validation of triangulation techniques. The results showed that the use of Matlab Simulink software in the learning process in the electrical machine practice course is quite effective in helping lecturers and students in achieving learning goals. Furthermore, most of the students gave a positive response to the learning process carried out.  Keywords: Matlab Simulink, online practicum learning media

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between career awareness and self-discipline with the learning achievement of bidikmisi students in the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program at the State University of Jakarta. Hypothesis in this study is suspected that there is a positive and significant relationship between career awareness and self-discipline with the learning achievement of bidikmisi students in the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program, State University of Jakarta.This research is an ex-post facto research using a quantitative approach. The research subjects used were bidikmisi students of the Electrical Engineering Education study program at the State University of Jakarta with a sample of 29 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is the product moment correlation, hypothesis test and significance test.The calculation result shows that the hypothesis test with 5 % of significant level obtained  = 0.495 >  = 0.367 then the value of  = 4.21 >  = 3.37, if   > , it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the relationship between career awareness and self-discipline with Student Learning Achievement in Bidikmisi Student Study Program in Electrical Engineering Education,State University of Jakarta. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara kesadaran karir (career awareness) dan disiplin diri dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa bidikmisi program studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diduga bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kesadaran karir (career awareness) dan disiplin diri dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa bidikmisi program studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa bidikmisi program studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 29 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment, Uji Hipotesis dan uji signifikansi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 5 % diperoleh nilai rhitung = 0,495 > rtabel = 0,367 , kemudian nilai Fhitung = 4,21 > Ftabel = 3,37. Jika rhitung > rtabel dan Fhitung > Ftabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Hubungan antara Kesadaran karir (career awareness) dan Disiplin Diri dengan Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Bidikmisi Program studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas negeri Jakarta.

Higher education must adapt to the advencement of Science and Technology, one of the ways that Universities can do by implementing curriculum enhancement. Curriculum enhancement can be done by adding new courses. This article aims to find the concept of injecting new subjects, especially in the Electrical Engineering Education study program, State University of Padang. The method in this study uses a qualitative research ex post facto comparative approach. The characteristics of this study compare two different groups, namely comparing the curriculum of the University of LPTK (Lembaga Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan) and the curriculum of the University of Non-LPTK to look for curriculum characteristics in covering different subjects with the characteristics of vocational education, but in accordance with the characteristics of vocational education in considering eye input lectures that are aligned with digital characteristics in the field of vocational education studies. The suitability of the characteristics of the Image Processing course with the characteristics of the LPTK curriculum results in a Semester Learning Plan for the Image Processing course to be applied to the Electrical Engineering Education study program in State University of Padang.

This study aims to analyze the inrush current when switching bank capacitors. The inrush current can be defined as the magnitude of the current surge that first appears in the circuit, when the circuit is connected to the load. As with transient phenomena, inrush currents in electrical circuits are considered undesirable. In every electrical equipment there must be an inrush current. The inrush current is dangerous for the system when the peak value of the inrush current is very large. To reduce the value of inrush current using a series reactor. The research method used in this study is the experimental method using a research design with pre-experimental design used is one-group pretest-posttest design. In collecting data, the circuit inductance data is collected and on the bank capacitors. To analyze how much the inrush current and frequency before and after the addition of a series reactor. The results showed inrush current when switching capacitor banks before the addition of series reactors exceeded the IEEE Std C37.012-2005 standard where the inrush current is allowed 100 times the rms current. The value of the inrush current and frequency at each step before the addition of the series reactor is: step 1 = 16.29 kA, 4.16 kHz; Step 2 = 289.7 kA, 147.32 kHz; Step 3 = 349.22 kA, 133.2 kHz; Step 4 = 372.47 kA, 126.28 kHz; Step 5 = 386.03 kA, 122.7 kHz; Step 6 = 410.146 kA, 125.15 kHz. The value of the inrush current and frequency at each step after the addition of the series reactor is: step 1 = 1.1 kA, 0.2 kHz; Step 2 = 26.56 kA, 13.5 kHz; Step 3 = 30.68 kA, 11.7 kHz; Step 4 = 36.35 kA, 12.3 kHz; Step 5 = 41.08 kA, 13.05 kHz; Step 6 = 45.27 kA, 13.8 kHz. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen menggunakan rancangan penelitian dengan desain pre-experimental yang digunakan adalah one-group pretest-posttest design. Pada pengumpulan data, dilakukan pengambilan data  induktansi rangkaian dan pada kapasitor bank. Untuk menganalisis seberapa besar arus inrush  dan frekuensi sebelum dan sesudah penambahan reaktor seri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan arus inrush saat switching kapasitor bank sebelum penambahan reaktor seri melebihi standart IEEE Std C37.012-2005 dimana arus inrush yang di ijinkan 100 kali arus rms. Besar nilai arus inrush dan frekuensi pada setiap step sebelum penambahan reaktor seri sebesar: step 1 = 16,29 kA, 4,16 kHz; Step 2 = 289,7 kA, 147,32 kHz; Step 3 = 349,22 kA, 133,2 kHz; Step 4 = 372,47 kA, 126,28 kHz; Step 5 = 386,03 kA, 122,7 kHz; Step 6 = 410,146 kA, 125,15 kHz. Besar nilai arus inrush dan frekuensi pada setiap step setelah penambahan reaktor seri sebesar: step 1 = 1,1 kA, 0,2 kHz; Step 2 = 26,56 kA, 13,5 kHz; Step 3 = 30,68 kA, 11,7 kHz; Step 4 = 36,35 kA, 12,3 kHz; Step 5 = 41,08 kA, 13,05 kHz; Step 6 = 45,27 kA, 13,8 kHz. Sehingga arus inrush sesuai dengan standart IEEE Std C37.012-2005.

The number theory is the first mathematics content course in the UPH FIP Mathematics Education study program, which does not have a response class. The response class was conducted as a companion to four content subjects with close relations with school mathematics content, namely Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Geometry, and Linear Algebra. Based on the questionnaire that has been distributed, prospective mathematics teachers consider that the response class is beneficial for them in attending lectures and in exploring related mathematical concepts. However, on the other hand, students inevitably have to go back to learning to be determined with the response class. The implication is that students' self-regulated learning will not develop optimally. However, self-regulated learning is an essential aspect that prospective teachers need to have. This research was conducted to see how self-regulated learning of future mathematics teachers in number theory courses. The research instruments used are questionnaires, the scale of self-regulated learning, and interviews. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of this study are that most students have a moderate level of learning independence. The aspects or indicators of learning independence that need special attention are setting learning goals/targets. Prospective teacher students need to continue to train and develop their learning independence to become professional teachers who continue to develop along with the times.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out how the learning process of Etude Fifty Little Flute Studies is conducted in the flute instrument Major I course in the Music Education Study Program at FBS UniversitasNegeri Padang. This research is a descriptive analysis research by utilizing qualitative data. The implementation of Etude Fifty Little Flute Studies learning in flute instrument major I involved students of 2019 class who just took major I course which was played in 3 repertoires.The study examined the learning process of Etude Fifty Little Flute Studies Op 25 and Op 26 by looking for processes, learning experiences, and learning evaluations.Based on the results of learning conducted, Etude Fifty Little Flute Studies is very influential in the learning process.It is due to the fact that flute instrument major I studentsare still categorized as beginners and are new to the flute instruments and theoretical abilities such as using suspension, legato and staccato techniques.This is proven by students who carry out the process well and practice through the material given. Thus, these students get grades according to their processes.The relation between what is explained by the lecturer and the students theoretically and practically can be done well even though it is not that optimal because there is no direct control through face to face meeting.Keywords: Learning, Etude Fifty Little Flute Studies, Flute Instruments

This study aims to: (1) develop an electronic module based on 3D Pageflip Professional for Engineering Drawings course, (2) assess the quality of the electronic modules. The model the research is research and development (R&D). The electronic module was validated by learning media experts and learning material experts. The research subject was the 32 students of mechanical engineering education study program of FKIP UNSRI. The study concludes that: (1) the electronic module that is based on 3D Pageflip Professional for Engineering Drawing Course is appropriate to use for learning process; (2) the quality of the product is very good. The assessment from the experts resulted in a score of 85 for the display aspect (very good), 51 for the learning process aspect (good), and 54 for the learning material aspect. Whereas, from the students, it is 956 (very good) for the display aspect, 684 for the learning process aspect, and 847 for the content aspect (very good)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan Modul Elektronik Berbasis 3D Pageflip Professional pada mata kuliah Gambar Teknik di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin, (2) mengetahui kualitas Modul Elektronik Berbasis 3D Pageflip Professional pada mata kuliah Gambar Teknik di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin FKIP Unsri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Validasi modul elektronik ini dilakukan oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Subjek uji coba penelitian ini adalah 32 mahasiswa program studi pendidikan teknik mesin FKIP UNSRI. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) produk modul Elektronik Berbasis 3D Pageflip Professional pada mata kuliah Gambar Teknik layak untuk digunakan; (2) Kualitas produk modul elektronik ini sangat baik, hasil penilaian ahli media dan ahli materi ditinjau dari aspek tampilan 85 (sangat baik), aspek pembelajaran 51 (baik), dan aspek materi 54 (baik). Sedangkan hasil penialaian peserta didik uji coba lapangan pada aspek tampilan sebesar 956 (sangat baik), pada aspek pembelajaran sebesar 684 (sangat baik),  dan pada aspek isi sebesar 847 (sangat baik).

At this time, there is no textbook for the Science Learning I courses at th Science Education Study Program and the way to teach students is still based on the power point used by the lecturer. As consequences, the student learning process was to be less than optimal in getting learning references. The purpose of this study was to describe the teaching skills of students after the implementation of the Science Learning Textbook I. This study used one shot case study design. The results showed that the use of Science Learning Textbook I could train students' teaching skills. The average student teaching skills were 3.45 with a percentage of 78 categorized Good.

ABSTRACT This study aims to understand the positive relationship between cosmetology and fashion courses with entrepreneurial Make Up Artist services for graduates and students of Medan State University Dance Education. The theoretical foundation in this paper is used as a guideline in writing a thesis consisting of cosmetology theory (Harymawan, 1993: 134), namely makeup is the art of using cosmetic materials to provide makeup or changes to the players on stage or stage with the appropriate atmosphere and naturally, the fashion code of Endang Caturwati (1996: 36), what is meant by clothing is everything that a person wears, consisting of clothing and accessories (accessories) and identical to the word costume, and entrepreneurial theory Thomas W. Zimmerer in Suryana (2011: 19) states entrepreneurship is the process of applying creativity and innovation in solving problems and finding opportunities to improve life or business. This research was conducted in November to January 2017. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative data analysis using the Product Moment Correlation formula. The location of the study was conducted in the Dance Education Study Program at the Language and Arts Faculty of Sendratasik, Medan State University, Jl. Williem Iskandar Pasar V Medan Estate. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that cosmetology and fashion subjects make an effective contribution of 80.7% towards entrepreneurship for Make Up Artist services, it can be seen that the cosmetology courses really pay attention to the shape of the face with the desired makeup as well as the fashion where the subject provides knowledge about the differences in traditional clothing and creative clothing, so graduates and students are motivated to apply and hone the ability to become a make up  artist service. Keywords: Makeup and Clothing, Make Up Artist Entrepreneurship Services. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetaui hubungan positif antara matakuliah tata rias dan busana dengan kewirausahaan jasa  Make Up Artist pada lulusan dan mahasiswa Pendidikan Tari Universitas Negeri Medan. Landasan teoritis dalam skripsi ini dijadikan pedoman dalam penulisan skripsi yang terdiri dari teori tata rias (Harymawan,1993:134) yaitu Tata rias adalah seni menggunakan bahan-bahan kosmetika untuk memberikan dandanan atau perubahan pada para pemain di atas panggung atau pentas dengan suasana yang sesuai dan wajar, tata busana Endang Caturwati (1996:36), yang dimaksud dengan busana adalah segala yang dikenakan seseorang, yang terdiri dari pakaian dan perlengkapannya (accessories) dan identik dengan kata kostum, dan teori kewirausahaan Thomas W. Zimmerer dalam Suryana (2011:19) menyatakan kewirausahaan adalah proses penerapan kreativitas dan inovasi dalam memecahkan persoalan dan menemukan peluang untuk memperbaiki kehidupan atau usaha. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Nopember sampai dengan Januari 2017. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus Korelasi Product Moment Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Prodi Pendidikan Tari Jurusan Sendratasik Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Medan, Jl. Williem Iskandar Pasar V Medan Estate. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa matakuliah tata rias dan busana memberi sumbangan efektif sebesar 80,7% terhadap kewirausahaab jasa Make Up Artist, hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa matakuliah tata rias benar-benar memperhatikan bentuk wajah dengan dengan rias yang diinginkan begitu juga dengan tata  busana yang mana matakuliah tersebut memberikan pengetahuan tentang perbedaan busana adat dan busana kreasi, sehingga lulusan dan mahasiswa termotivasi untuk mengaplikasikan dan mengasah kemampuan untuk menjadi seorang make up artist.  Kata kunci : Tata Rias dan Busana, Kewirausahaan Jasa Make Up Artist.
