The purpose of this research is to modify a simple disc device for learning physical education. The research method used was the development of Borg & Gall, namely (1) collecting information, (2) developing the initial form (in the form of a disc tool model), (3) expert validation testing, namely using 1 validation of athletic experts and one physical education learning expert, and small-scale trials using questionnaires and analysis, (4) revision of the first product design, based on the results of experts and small-scale trials (20 students), (5) field trials (48 students), (6) final product revision, (7) the final result of the modification produced through revision of field trials. The results of expert validation were carried out by 2 validities, namely validation in the field of athletic experts and validation of physical education material experts, and the results obtained in each validity were the first for the validation results in the field of athletic experts getting a percentage of 87.6% calcification (Good) , the second for the validation results in the field of Physical Education material experts got a percentage of 83.0% with the classification (Good). The results of the student questionnaire on a small scale test got a percentage of 86.6% (good). the results of the questionnaire on large-scale test students got a percentage of 81.8% (good). The conclusion and advice is that the development of a modified model of disc throwing tools with iron plate waste media can be used as an alternative to discus throwing. With the modification of disc throwing, teachers and students can be helped in learning discusses, students are interested and more active and excited in learning throw the disc.

The lack of training models and training creativity in creating traditional game-based training models for kenshi to improve the basic techniques of kempo becomes problems in this study. The purpose of this research is to produce a model of basic martial arts techniques of kempo through traditional games for kenshi beginners. This research is a research and development (R&D) research which was adapted into 8 steps in research: 1). Field news collection 2). Breakdown of the news that has been collected 3). Elaborating initial creation 4). Expert validation and revision 5). Small scale trial 6). Large-scale trial 7). Making the final product 8). Product effectiveness test. The small-scale trial subjects of 20 beginners kenshi were taken from 2 dojos, namely the Panjatan Junior High School dojo and the Amikom dojo. The large-scale test subjects totaling 45 beginners kenshi were taken from 3 dojos, namely Balong, Triharjo, and SD Gunung Kidul. The subjects in this study came from 5 dojos in Perkemi DIY. Data were collected through interviews, distributing questionnaires, field notes, evaluation, and assessment rubrics for beginner kenshi. The results of this study are in the form of training models for basic techniques of kempo martial arts through traditional games for beginner kenshi, and there are five training models: 1. gobak sodor, 2. yeye, 3. pahtil catfish, 4. zogdag, 5. stick dance. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the traditional game-based kempo martial arts training model for kenshi beginners is feasible to use. The author's recommendation to other prospective researchers is to examine traditional games in an approach with other disciplines and use professional research subjects in other sports.

Abstract This study aims to develop a simple prop of resonance topic using audacity software. The research was conducted based on the model from Borg and Gall, which involved only five main steps: analyzing the developed product, developing the initial product, expert validation and revision, small-scale field trials and revisions, and large-scale trials and final products. The small-scale and large-scale feasibility tests were given to 29 students of SMAN 5 Palu Class XI IPA6. The product quality data obtained were analyzed using a descriptive analysis from quantitative data into qualitative, then the average quality score was processed using category criteria. In the analysis results, the overall average score of media experts is 2.97, categorized as “Good”. The overall average score from material experts was 3.33, categorized as “Very Good”. While the average analysis result of the overall small-scale trials was 3.35, categorized as “Very Good”, and the result of the overall large-scale trials was 3.39, categorized as “Very Good”. The overall average score obtained in the transformation in table 2 shows that the simple teaching aid on resonance topic using the Audacity software developed by the researcher was feasible to be used as a medium for learning physics in the classroom.

This research aimed to produce models of hitting practice tools, which could be used in training beginner woodball athletes in Indonesia. A process of research and development was followed after the model of Gall, Gall, & Borg (2007). Small-scale field trials were first conducted at Gerokgak Woodball Club (GWC), or GerokgakWoodball Club (GWC) Buleleng-Bali, involving 10 athletes (5 males and 5 females). These were followed by large-scale field trials conducted in Pengkab WoodballBuleleng, or Pengkab Woodball Buleleng-Bali, involving 20 athletes (10 males and 10females). Data gathered were both quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative descriptive analysis was employed with the (a) observation instruments/observations of the effectiveness of the tool development model; and (b) the athlete response questionnaire as part of the validation process. Qualitative descriptive analysis was applied to data gained from interviews, observations and fieldnotes in processing suggestions for improvement from material experts, media experts, and practitioners. This research produced an effective and appropriate hitting practice tool for beginners in woodball and a guide/instruction on how to use the tool. These wood practice products can be carried or moved in accordance with training needs (portable), can be used to train the consistency of the punch, increase the frequency of hitting exercises, in the open field (outdoor) or in the building (indoor). The wood practice tool can be used by athletes to practice short stroke, medium, long, or finishing/gating.

Nervous system teaching materials available in schools do not contain scientific-related content as mandated by the 2013 curriculum. In addition, teaching materials also do not contain student character reinforcement content. The purpose of this study is to develop “Nervous Problem Based Module with a  Conservation Character” as a nervous system learning supplement. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using ten steps, namely identification of potential and problems, data collection, product design, product design validation, product design revisions, small scale trials, product revision I, large scale trials, product revision II, and final products. The research subjects were students of class XI of SMA N 1 Bae Kudus. Nervous Problem Based Module with a  Conservation Character  tested the feasibility, readability, and effectiveness. Feasibility tests obtained very valid results. Readability test results were very valid. Test effectiveness by applying  Nervous Problem Based Module with a  Conservation Character in learning, obtained effective results and can be used in learning. The insertion of the conservation character reinforcement in the module gives positive results on the character of students. It can be concluded that “Nervous Problem Based Module with a Conservation Character” is decent and effectively applied in the nervous system learning.
