"Group Development is one of the most important cornerstones of social life. It dictates how our work and social circles develop and influences the relationships in our lives, and in turn, these relationships dictate the levels of satisfaction we report in our lives. Teamwork is also important in our experiences as it is strongly related to group development and is linked with many aspects, such as professionalism and efficiency in teams. In this paper, we discuss the importance of group development for any forming teams and analyze the concept within nine models (Bass and Ryterband, Tubb, Cog’s Ladder, Homan, Woodcock, Fisher, Jones, Tuckman and Wheelan), with a particular accent on the last two (Tuckman and Wheelan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan multimedia pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran praktik individu instrumen pokok dasar, (2) mengetahui kelayakan multimedia pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran praktik individu instrumen pokok dasar, dan (3) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran praktik individu instrumen pokok dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan desain model pengembangan Stephen M. Alessi dan Stanley R. Trollip. Langkah-langkah pengembangannya yaitu: (1) perencanaan; (2) desain; dan (3) pengembangan. Teknik analisis data untuk uji coba produk menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ditinjau dari aspek media dinilai “Sangat Baik” dengan skor 4,27 oleh ahli media;(2) ditinjau dari aspek materi dinilai “Sangat Baik” dengan skor 4,47 oleh ahli materi; (3) ditinjau dari aspek penggunaan dinilai “Sangat Baik” dengan skor 4,23 oleh siswa; (4) peningkatan hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan kenaikan rerata skor siswa kelas yang menggunakan multimedia sebesar 31,53 sedangkan kelas yang tidak menggunakan multimedia meningkat sebesar 20,11. DEVELOPING LEARNING MULTIMEDIA OF INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE IN FUNDAMENTAL MUSIC INSTRUMENT FOR SMK STUDENTS IN THE EXPERTISE OF KARAWITAN Abstract The purposes of this research were: (1) to produce multimedia learning on the subject of individual practice in fundamental music instrument; (2) to determine the appropriateness of the learning multimedia in the subject of individual practice in fundamental music instrument; and (3) to determine the improvement in the students’ learning outcomes from the use of multimedia in teaching the subject of individual practice in fundamental music instrument.This research was a research and development, with the development model design by Alessi and Trollip. The development stages were as follows: (1) planning; (2) design; and (3) development. The data of the try-out of the product was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the media aspects were rated "very good" with a score of 4.27 by the media expert; (2) the material aspects were rated "very good" with a score of 4.47 by the materials expert; (3) the aspects of using product were rated "very good" with a score of 4.23 by the students; (4)the improvement of the students’ learning outcomes in the class using the multimedia showed a mean score increase of 31.53 which was greater than that of the nonmultimedia class which was only 20.11. Each country’s national development model is unique and covers its current and future goals and interests. Both in Uzbekistan and in Russia, one can see that the concepts of national development are expressed in terms of decisions, decrees, instructions, programs, regulations, plans, strategies, as mentioned above. The article provides a comparative analysis of the structural aspects of these concepts, processes and events taking place on their basis.

<p>Modul adalah salah satu bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarnya, peserta didik membutuhkan modul pembelajaran biologi yang berbasis <em>contextual Taeching Learning</em> (CTL). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan modul yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian <em>Research and development </em>(R&amp;D) dengan menggunakan model pengembanan 4-D (<em>four D</em>) terdiri dari tahap define, design dan develop, sedangkan tahap dessiminate tidak dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan modul yang dikembangkan memiliki nilai rata-rata kevalidan yaitu 3,51 dengan kriteria sangat valid. Nilai rata-rata kepraktisan modul oleh peserta didik yaitu 3,49 dengan kategori praktis.</p><p> </p><p>Modules are one of the teaching materials that students can use in the learning process. Students need a biology learning module based on contextual learning (CTL) to increase their learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to produce a valid and practical module. This research was a Research and development (R&amp;D) study using the 4-D (four-D) development model consisting of define, design and development stages, while the disseminate stage was not carried out. The results of this study indicate that the module developed has an average value of validity 3.51 or on very valid criteria. The average value of the practicality of the module was 3.49 or on the practical category</p>

This study generally aims to develop VideoScribe-based learning media to improve the ability in writing descriptive text in English subjects. The development model used in this study is a combination of Borg and Gall development research steps, and the design of 4D-Thiagarajan  learning model includes initial research and information gathering, planning stages, design stages, development stages, revision, and final product stages. The techniques of data collection in this study were carried out through indirect communications and test. Data collection tools used was questionnaires, observation’s sheet, and performance tests. The results showed that the design of instructional media development in this study consisted of (1) The design of the development of learning media was conducted using the modified models Borg and Gall and 4D Thiagarajan. (2) The application of VideoScribe-based learning media through activity as follows a) preparation, b) introduction, d) Evaluation, e) closing. (3) After applying VideoScribe-based learning media to improve students’ ability on writing Descriptive Text in English subjects and conducted pretest and posttest, it can be concluded that there is an increase in students' ability in writing Descriptive Text before and after the use of learning media.

One of the oldest and most dangerous criminal offences is hooliganism, i.e. an unlawful offence with intention to violate a public order, disrupt the peace of inhabitants or create a disorder. Disturbers of public recreation, as well as those who commit offences against other people are often referred to as hooligans in social life. Today, hooliganism is still considered as one of the most common types of criminal offences, although the number of these offences tend to decrease. Considering the legal issues related to hooliganism as important and topical, I have chosen this subject for this article. The publication will deal with the following issues: the criminal judicial understanding of the concept ‘hooliganism’; the types of hooliganism – petty hooliganism as an administrative violation, criminally punishable hooliganism; as well as the prevention of hooliganism – general and special. The methodological basis of the research is composed of a dialectic method of scientific examination, method of general theoretical analysis (analysis, synthesis, abstraction, induction, deduction) and individual scientific (special) methods such as historical, comparative analysis.

The chapter aims to decipher some aspects (of form and content) of the codes of ethics that are present and in force within the representative academic communities in Romania. The main thesis is that in the Romanian university system there is still no unitary practice in respecting the norms of academic conduct, on the background of implicit university autonomy, which can explain some negative consequences recorded throughout the social life, from the pre-university education system to the decision-making structures.

The description of residential buildings in the past is made possible by studying the physical structure of the preserved architectural and movable archaeological finds, and also by the analysis of the written (epigraphic and numismatic) material findings, as well as the analysis of the written literary works which, through the author?s subjectivity, documented the social life. That is why the knowledge of the classical antiquity construction handbooks can only contribute to the understanding of the architecture, housing conditions, and thus facilitate the reconstruction of the ancient houses. Works about residential buildings by Columella, Vitruvius and Faventinus, three authors from different periods of the mature antiquity, are fully preserved. This paper presents the results of a comparative analysis of their works, which indicate that the recommendations for determining the properties of various functional units within the residential building were similar over a longer period of time observed here.

From pagan nostalgia for neo-pagan revolution: Belarusian and Polish culture of the first half of the XX century in search of national identityThe article deals with a comparative analysis of philosophical and political projects of Belarusian (Vatslav Lastovsky) and Poland (Jan Stahnyuk) national renascence. Carried out a number of philosophical-methodological and political-ideological parallels in the positions of V. Lastovovsky and J. Stahnyuk within two content and thematic blocks: models of national history and projects of national revival. The author of this article draws attention to finding the both projects in the paradigm of the conservative-traditional searches of ethnic and national identity, their obviously nationalistic character and an internal inconsistency in the views of philosophers, romanticization of the national history, calling for the risky socio-political experiments. On the basis of a theoretical reconstruction of the meaningful problem-field of both the concepts – “Krivich Renascence” and “Slavish Pan-Humanism” – the article reveals the similarities and differences in the authors’ interpretations of the essence of national culture, the specifics of its development stages, the prospects for the realization of the historic mission of the Belarusian and Polish peoples. От языческой ностальгии к неоязыческой революции: белорусская и польская культуры первой половины ХХ века в поисках национальной идентичностиСтатья посвящена сравнительному анализу философско-политических проектов белорусского (Вацлав Ластовский) и польского (Ян Стахнюк) национального возрождения. Проводится ряд философско-методологических и политико-идеологических параллелей в позициях В. Ластовского и Я. Стахнюка в рамках двух концептуальных проблемно-тематических блоков: модели национальной истории и проекты национального возрождения. Подчеркивается нахождение рассматриваемых проектов в парадигме консервативно-традиционалистских поисков этнонациональной идентичности, их национально заостренный характер, а также внутренняя противоречивость взглядов философов, романтизация ими национальной истории, призывы к рискованным социополитическим экспериментам. На основе теоретической реконструкции проблемно-содержательного поля обеих концепций – «кривичского возрождения» и «славянского пангуманизма» – делаются выводы о схожести и различиях в авторских интерпретациях сущности национальной культуры, специфике этапов ее развития, перспективах реализации исторической миссии белорусского и польского народов.
