Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis Fasilitas Perpustakaan dalam menignkatkan Minat Baca Siswa di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menunjukkan pengaruh variabel X terhadap varibel Y. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 206 peserta didik, dengan sampel sebesar 41 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik angket, dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis datanya menggunakana statistik deskriptif serta teknik analisis statistik infrensial Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas perpustakaan di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar dan Minat baca siswa di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar, berada dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dapat ditinjau dari hasil Analisis Regresi Linear sebesar 23,6 %. Dalam mendukung minat baca siswa maka dibutuhkan fasilitas perpustakaan seperti peran guru, pustakawan, fasilitas internet, penyediaan ebook, ejournal dan fasilitas lainnya.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the analysis of library facilities in improving student reading interest in SMK Negeri 4. This research is a quantitative study that shows the effect of variable X on Y variables. The population were 206 students, with a sample of 41 students. The data were gathered through questionnaire techniques, documentation, observation and interviews. The descriptive statistics and infrential statistical analysis techniques, and simple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The study indicated that the SMK Negeri 4 Makassar’s library facilites and the reading interest of SMK Negeri 4 Makassar students were in good category. It was reviewed from the results of Linear Regression Analysis of 23.6%. In supporting students' reading interest, library facilities such as the role of teachers, librarians, internet facilities, the provision of ebooks, ejournal and other facilities are needed.

The competitor that must be faced by the Mie Sedaap Company is that the Noodles should move aggressively to increase consumer awareness in order to increase customer growth. For this reason, this research focuses on the issue of how advertising can shape brand awareness and repurchase interest. To answer the problems that have been formulated, it is necessary to obtain data relating to the research variables. Data on advertising, brand awareness, and repurchase interest were collected from 30 respondents using a questionnaire. The collected data is then analyzed using Simple Linear Regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, then In accordance with the results obtained in this study from the descriptive statistics seen from the value of F = 19,197 (p = 0,000), while advertising and interest in constant repurchase (a) obtained 0.837 results, regression coefficient (b) obtained 0.866 results , prediction of the relationship between the effect of advertising on the repurchase interest. This can be seen from the value of F = 111,807 (p = 0,000). The results of this study can be seen that respondents strongly respond positively to sadaap noodle products, and advertising is indeed very influential on the formation of brand awareness and interest in repurchasing delicious noodle products. Adequate work facilities with suitable conditions that are well maintained and will help smooth the work process in an organization. This study aims to determine the use of work facilities, on the performance of employees in the section of the Regional Financial Management Agency Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province. Therefore, to achieve these objectives researchers used data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, and documentation with a population of 35 people. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis using percentages and for inferential statistical analysis techniques using data normality tests, product moment correlation analysis, and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the work facilities in the section of the South Sulawesi Provincial Financial Management Agency Secretariat are in a good category, in terms of indicators: machinery and equipment, infrastructure, work equipment, land, and buildings. For the quality of employee performance in the section of the South Sulawesi Provincial Financial Management Agency Secretariat in a good category, which is viewed from: quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence. Based on the product moment correlation test analysis, there is a positive and significant influence on the use of work facilities on the performance of employees in the section of the Regional Financial Management Agency of South Sulawesi Province at 17.00%, stated to be accepted with a moderate level of influence. From the results of simple linear regression analysis shows that there is an influence of work facilities on employee performance in the section of the Regional Financial Management Agency Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province.

In the management of tourism sector, Pacitan regency can not be separated from the role of central government in meeting the economic needs and tourism infrastructure in Pacitan regency. The policy of regional autonomy has encouraged the Pacitan local government to manage its own finances in order to increase the regional fiscal independence. The research sample is district government of Pacitan determined by purposive sampling method. The method of analysis in this study is to use simple linear regression analysis. The analysis used is classical assumption test and simple linear regression analysis is used to know the influence between independent variable (X) that is tourism sector to dependent variable (Y) that is fiscal independence. From the results of research proved that the tourism sector positively affect the fiscal independence of the region Pacitan post-establishment of Geopark Gunungsewu. This study aimed to determine the role of halal certification and halal awareness toward used product buying behavior. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 college students of State Polytechnic of Malang that are selected through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the linear regression analysis. The study show that halal certification and halal awareness have positive impact on used product buying behavior.

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the implementation of whistleblowing system and fraud prevention, and to find out how the whistleblowing system affects fraud prevention at the Jabar Banten Central Bank in Bandung. Research Methodology: This study used the explanatory method and simple linear regression analysis. The program used was SPSS Version 19.00. Results: The whistleblowing system affected fraud prevention by 54.3%. Limitation: The study is limited to the role of the whistleblowing system and fraud prevention. This study aims to determine the effect of performance allowances on the performance of staff in Minahasa District Agricultural Office. This study was conducted from May to August 2017 from preparation to the writing of research reports. Data used in this research are primary data andsecondary data. Primary data is collected by distributing questionnaires directly to employees for selfcompletion. The population in this study was all employees in Minahasa District Agriculture Office which amounted to 184 employees. Slovin formula is used to determine the number of samples so as to obtain the number of samples of 64 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression analysis, for hypothesis testing using t-test with SPSS version 20 program. The research results showed that the test result t probabilility value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Therefure, the performance allowances significantly influence the performance of employees in the Minahasa District Agricultural Office.*jnkd*

This study aims to find out about; 1) the influence of library facility management on students' reading interest, 2) the influence of library service management on students' reading interest, 3) the influence of library facility management and library service management on students' reading interest at SMAN 1 Pringsewu. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 611 students and a sample of 242 students. The data in this study were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using statistical software. The results showed that; 1) the significance value of the library facility management X1 variable was 0.000 less than 0.05, 2) the significance value of the library service management X2 variable was 0.000 less than 0.05, and 3) the significance value of the X1 variable facility management variable library, namely 0.000 and X2 library service management which is 0.030 less than 0.05. Can be concluded that; 1) there is a significant influence of library facility management on students' reading interest, 2) there is a significant influence of library service management on students' reading interest, 3) there is a significant influence of library facility management and library service management on students' reading interest in SMAN 1 Pringsewu.

Some students perceive lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) positively, even though LGBT is a sexual deviation that is not appropriate with values and norms. There are several factors that influence an individual's perception of LGBT, including sexual identity. This study aims at looking at the contribution of sexual identity to student perceptions about LGBT. This research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method and a simple linear regression analysis. The sample of this research was 385 taken from 15.752 undergraduate students of Universitas Negeri Padang which the sample was drawn by using the Slovin formula and continued with a Proportional Random Sampling technique. The instrument used was the Guttman model's sexual identity scale and the scale of students' perceptions of the LGBT Likert model. After analyzing the data with the descriptive technique and the simple linear regression analysis, the results showed that sexual identity significantly contributed to the students' perceptions of LGBT. This research has implications as a basis for counselors to help students avoid sexual identity mismatches and prevent the emergence of positive perceptions of LGBT.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

This research to analyze and evaluate intellectual capital on financial performance obtained by return on equity, asset turnover and growth in revenue. The population in this study are consumer goods companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The research sample was received by 21 companies obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 20 application and uses the VAICTM method to measure intellectual capital. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a significant effect on financial performance generated by return on equity, but intellectual capital does not have a significant effect on financial performance required by asset turnover and growth in revenue.
