O presente artigo trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica realizada a partir de periódicos científicos e livros que versam sobre a relação alcoolismo e trabalho. A pesquisa qualitativa tem como objetivo fazer uma reflexão quanto à atuação do enfermeiro do trabalho no processo saúde-doença do funcionário e sua relevância dentro das organizações no que trata da relação do álcool e o trabalho, bem como os fatores que favorecem o uso e abuso desta droga. Foi dado um enfoque através da sistematização escrita da saúde do trabalhador; da importância da enfermagem do trabalho enquanto ferramenta para prevenção e promoção da qualidade de vida do trabalhador; dos problemas clínicos e psiquiátricos causados pelo alcoolismo, haja vista que, no Brasil, o alcoolismo é o terceiro motivo de faltas e a causa mais frequente de acidentes no trabalho. Por se tratar de uma droga lícita e de grande divulgação e incentivo de uso pela mídia, o consumo abusivo do álcool e outras drogas tem se tornado um dos mais graves problemas de saúde pública em todo o mundo despertando bastante interesse e preocupação nas últimas décadas.Descritores: Enfermagem do Trabalho, Alcoolismo, Saúde do Trabalhador. The role of nurses in the prevention of alcoholism in the workplaceAbstract: This article is a literature review of research from scientific journals and books that deal about alcoholism and work. RESUMO Objetivo: refletir sobre a relação da Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde no processo saúde-doença e na qualidade de vida do profissional de saúde residente. Método: trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, do tipo reflexivo. Refere-se a coleta de dados a uma pesquisa documental e à revisão de literatura com busca nas bases de dados PUBMED/MEDLINE, LILACS, e biblioteca virtual SCIELO com 16 artigos submetidos à análise. Resultados: destacam-se as categorias “Condicionantes legislativos da residência e a interface na saúde do trabalhador” e “Residência versus qualidade de vida”. Conclusão: percebem-se condicionantes negativos sobre a residência que podem influenciar o adoecimento do residente. Espera-se, porém, que esta pesquisa contribua para gerar subsídios tanto de políticas públicas sobre a residência, como de material para aperfeiçoar o regulamento interno dos cursos, políticas essas que ofereçam diretrizes que favoreçam o desenvolvimento de boas práticas em formação e saúde. The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the mediating effect of organizational embeddedness in the relationship between quality of work life (QWL) and turnover under a foundation of conservation of resources theory. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 422 healthcare professionals through a questionnaire survey, and analyzed by means of a confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Findings The results indicate that organizational embeddedness has a negative impact on employees’ intention to leave, and on actual turnover. For QWL perception, career opportunities, work life balance, and job characteristics are positive and significant predictors of organizational embeddedness. In addition, organizational embeddedness plays an intermediary role that mediates the relationship between the three components of QWL mentioned earlier and turnover intention, and also between the factor of career opportunities and actual turnover. Research limitations/implications The current research took place within two healthcare organizations. Replicating the study in a variety of business sectors or professions with a larger sample of subjects would be useful for the generalizability of the findings. Practical implications Organizations may improve their retention of employees by offering intrinsic resources that can be obtained from the social contexts of the individual through human resource management system, e.g., growth opportunities, a healthy and caring work life quality. Such motivational resources then develop a sense of obligation toward their places of employment, which influences their intention to stay or leave. Originality/value This study examines the mediating role of organizational embeddedness between employees’ perception of their work life quality and their desire and behavior to withdraw, which is an area of inquiry that has not been fully investigated in the literature.

The development of clinical thinking and the improvement of medical care largely depend on doctors and society’s attitude to medical errors. A balanced, rational perspective to medical errors is critical with an understanding of the main aspects of medication errors. The paper presents two important aspects of the problem of medical errors - their probability and, in a sense, their routine, as well as the role of collective relationships in shaping an objective attitude of doctors to errors. The article argues that the correct action of a doctor does not mean that they are unmistakable. The factors that determine the complexity of medicine are listed. The actual and ambiguous effectiveness of the medicine is considered. It is argued that the development of evidence-based medicine is evidence of the relativity of knowledge in medicine. The basic variants of the relationship of doctors in the collective are given. The role of collegiality in improving the professional experience and quality of medical care is specified. It has been shown that the absence of objective criteria of guilt or innocence of a doctor in error exacerbates the problem of errors. It emphasizes the flaw of equating all errors with misconduct and the unilateralism of such an approach in preventing mistakes. A vicious circle is presented, where the traditionally negative attitude towards doctors who made a mistake ultimately leads to concealment of errors, a decrease in the number and quality of error analysis, stagnation in the development of clinical thinking, an increase in the number of errors and, accordingly, the legal tightening of demand for medical errors.

Resum: Les darreres investigacions sobre la novel·la cavalleresca catalana Curial e Güelfa subratllen de forma unànime la qualitat literària de l’obra i la riquesa de la cultura literària del seu autor, en especial en relació als autors clàssics i italians. Entre els italians, nombrosos estudiosos han remarcat el paper cabdal de Boccaccio, i en particular del Decameron, com a model d’escriptura i com a intermediari de la tradició clàssica, per a l’autor anònim català. En aquest treball oferim una mostra de la presència de la novella X.8 en el text català, tot resseguint ambdues narracions, i observant l’encaix en el nou context narratiu que duu a terme l’autor anònim del Curial. Això ens permet, a més, valorar la relació de la novel·la cavalleresca i la traducció catalana del Decameron de 1429.Paraules clau: Curial e Güelfa, Boccaccio, Decameron, novella X.8Abstract: The latest research on the Catalan chivalric novel Curial e Güelfa has highlighted unanimously the literary quality of the work and the richness of the literary culture of its author, in particular in relation to the classical and Italian writers. Among the Italians, many scholars have stressed the crucial role of Boccaccio, and in particular of the Decameron, as a literary model and as an intermediary in the classical tradition, for the anonymous Catalan author. In this work we offer a view of the presence of the novella X.8 in the Catalan text, following both narratives, and observing the fitting in the new narrative context that carries out the anonymous author of Curial. Besides, this allows us to appreciate the relationship of the chivalric novel and the Catalan translation of the Decameron of 1429.Keywords: Curial e Gu?elfa, Boccaccio, Decameron, novella X.8

El Análisis de Situación de Salud es una herramienta que busca mejorar la salud y calidad de vida de poblaciones. Se diseñó una investigación transversal, descriptiva; con doble propósito: relacio- nar condiciones de vida y comportamiento del proceso salud y enfermedad en la comunidad Cerro de Guayabal y realizar ejercicio práctico-docente con estudiantes del quinto semestre de Medicina. Se encuestaron 266 familias, 1134 personas (91%) de la población total. El 71% solo alcanza nivel de formación primaria. Más de la mitad tiene viviendas en condiciones regulares y cultura sanita- ria entre regular y mal. El 87% no tiene necesidades básicas cubiertas. Más del 50% son familias disfuncionales. El 56% se dispensarizó de riesgo y 11% enfermos. Dada las condiciones de vida y ausencia de centro de salud parece existir morbilidad oculta. Existe riesgo de accidentes de tránsito y laboral. Resultó un tema crítico la recolección de residuos, el acceso a agua potable y la conta- minación ambiental. Existe imperiosa necesidad de intervenciones de salud para mejorar el estado de salud y calidad de vida de esta comunidad. Palabras clave: calidad de vida, estado de salud, salud pública. Abstract: The Health Situation Analysis is a tool that seeks to improve the health and quality of life of pop- ulations. A cross-sectional descriptive study was designed; with dual purpose: to relate living con- ditions and health behavior and disease process in the Cerro de Guayabal community and make practical-teaching practice with students of the fifth semester of Medicine. 266 families, 1134 people (91%) of the total population were surveyed. Only 71% reached primary level. More than half are in regular housing conditions and health culture fair to poor. 87% do not cover basic needs. More than 50% are dysfunctional families. 56% were risk dispensary and 11% were sick. Given the living conditions and lack of health center it seems to be hidden morbidity. There is a risk of traffic and labor accidents. Waste collection, access to drinking water and environmental pollution were critical issues. There is an urgent need for health interventions to improve the health state and quality of life of this community. Key words: life quality, health state, public health.

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la relación existente entre el deporte y la televisión, e identificar el papel del profesional del área de Educación Física en relación al deporte televisivo. Los diferentes medios de comunicación de masa (MCM) producen discursos e imágenes relacionadas al deporte, atribuyéndole a este elemento de la cultura, una serie de significados. Específicamente, ver el deporte a través de la televisión, es muy diferente de verlo en estadios y gimnasios, porque la producción televisiva está restricta a las jugadas y escenas previamente elegidas y seleccionadas por periodistas y productores de la información. Como procedimientos metodológicos, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de carácter cualitativa, así como un análisis textual, temático, interpretativo y crítico de los libros de estudiosos del Ocio, de la Comunicación y de la Educación Física. Las conclusiones son las siguientes: Al transmitirse el deporte por la televisión, éste es transformado en un «telespectáculo». Es en este proceso que se hace fundamental el papel desempeñado por el profesional de Educación Física, así como sus conocimientos. Este profesional, basado en la perspectiva de la Educación para el Ocio, será capaz de facilitar en sus alumnos el acceso al conocimiento propio del área, y el que éstos alcancen un nivel superior o inventivo de comprensión. De esta manera la intervención pedagógica realizada en la educación formal será fundamental para que dichos sujetos tengan acceso a elementos teóricos tales que les permita realizar una lectura competente del deporte difundido por el conjunto de medios de comunicación, y con ello disfruten de sus momentos de ocio con calidad.Palabras clave: Deporte; Ocio; Medios de Comunicación; Cultura.Abstract: This paper has the objective of analyzing the relationship between sports and television, and identifies the role of the professional who acts in the field of Physical Education related to sport on television. The media institution produces discourses and an image related to sports and attributes a group of signifiers to this cultural element. Watching sport on television is different from watching them in a stadium or a gymnasium. This occurs because the televise production is restrict to the passes and scenes chosen previously by journalists and producers. As methodological procedures, it was made bibliographical review of qualitative type and also, thematic, textual, interpretative and critical analysis of the books written by scholars in the field of Leisure, Communication and Physical Education. The conclusions are: sport, when it is showed by television, it is transformed into entertainment. During this process, the role of the professional of Physical Education is essential to mediate knowledge. The teacher, based on the perspective of education for leisure, can help students to have access to the knowledge so they can reach superior and inventive level of comprehension. Accordingly, pedagogical mediation realized in formal education will be essential so that the subjects have access to theoretical elements for a qualified reading of the sport showed by media, thus, they can enjoy their moments of leisure with quality. Key words: Sport; Leisure; Mass Media; Culture.

Since COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way people conduct things, including educational activities, online learning has become a necessity that schools must adopt. This study aims to analyze the relationship of various variables that affect the success of online learning in accounting subjects in vocational high. This study is a quantitative cross-sectional online survey with 308 respondents from 26 schools in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Data analysis was performed through regression analysis with moderating variables. It concluded that the success of online learning process as measured by Learning Satisfaction was influenced by Student Characteristics, Learning Accessibility, and Textbooks, while Multimedia Materials and other Text Materials did not have any effect. It further observed that teacher Support does not affect learning satisfaction but can moderate the relationship between student characteristics and textbook quality. This means that all related parties need to focus on changing students' mindset, improving the quality of textbooks, and increasing accessibility. On the other hand, to increase success, it is necessary to strengthen the role of teachers.

This article reviews and summarizes two decades of empirical literature concerned with both direct and moderating variable-based analyses of the relationship of organizational stress with job satisfaction and job performance. Moderating influences of various constructs operationalized at the individual, group and organizational level of analysis are classified and then reviewed systematically. An evaluative summary of this research suggests that although there have been significant improvements in the analytical methods employed to investigate such phenomena, much of this research still does not consider the role of reciprocal relationships that evolve over time. We provide four guidelines for improving the quality of both theoretical rigor and methodological robustness in this important area of organizational inquiry.
