Abstract This research is a case study research related to customer satisfaction, focuses on more effective service improvement and changes in regards with meeting the customer needs. Through empirical approach and related enterprises investigation, based on employees’ perspective and end-user’ perspective, it designs a questionnaire system to collect data. In a case company, totally 31 interviews were made from 18 subsidiaries and 13 from end customers. Finally, we use statistical analysis to analysis the collection data and draw a conclusion. The outcomes of analysis show that communication and effective information flow, as well as effective service processes are the key while technical knowhow is the basic requirements. Throughout the body of the research, we can observe that there are significant differences between the internal and external customers perspective. These differences should be taken into consideration when the service improvement is the main objective. This research helps manufacturing firms to improve their value added services in addition to operating closer to their global customers.

To answer the research problem, researchers describe how the learning strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving student self control, and what are the inhibiting and supporting factors for implementing Islamic religious education learning strategies in improving student self control in SMA Negeri 4 Binjai. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of case study research so that this research problem can be explored in detail. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and study of documents. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the data is carried out by testing the data credibility, the dependability test, and the confirmation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result is PAI teacher learning strategies using several strategies including expository learning strategies, inquiry learning strategies, problem based learning strategies and cooperative learning strategies. In addition, the school has several strategies in improving student self control, namely the Individual approach to students, habit of doing positive things, organizing good programs and establishing joint responsibility to improve students' Self Control. Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving students' Self Control in SMA 4 Binjai In applying Self Control, there are several supporting factors. As the principal, teachers, staff and students provide good support and support all types of programs that are held. The inhibiting factor is that the infrastructure facilities are inadequate for learning given the large number of students who need conducive learning places. On the other hand learning time constraints become a barrier considering the lack of PAI learning hours which can only be used for the delivery of material demanded by the curriculum (syllabus) so that improvements in implementing self control cannot take place properly.

This thesis considers how to use atmosphere as a driver when designing to strengthen the relationship between the body and architecture. Wigley, following Semper, argues that atmosphere is constructed through the outer surface. Surface is used as a key element in architectural practice to contribute to the overall atmospheric conditions within architecture, to influence the way an occupant experiences space. To strengthen the relationship between the body and the built, this thesis looks at the surface of architecture to explore ‘how atmosphere can be designed for through a kinetic surface’. This thesis begins with a theoretical review of atmosphere and surface, along with case study research that contributes to the thesis exploration through design research. This thesis consists of three design outputs that test the kinetic surface at three increasing scales to engage the body. These design outputs include an installation, a house and a public building with each design increasing in complexity. While primarily focusing on the atmosphere produced through surface, these experiments also deal with site and programmatic constraints. This thesis concludes with an architectural strategy of using a double layered kinetic surface in a public building to create atmosphere that forms a strong relationship with the body, through light, movement and materiality.

This study focuses on reviewing, analyzing, comparing lean assessment methods/tools from previous researches, and selecting an appropriate method/tool, and then applying the selected one to evaluate the leanness level in the specific company. Literature review and case study research at JVN-Company are conducted in this study. The result finds that: (a) LAT developed by Pakdil & Leonard (2014) is the effective tool to measure efforts in implementing Lean and identify wastes from Lean perspective within an enterprise; and (b) By applying LAT to assess the leanness level at JVN company, the results show that JVN company has achieved the leanness level at 68,58%; while Customer dimension has the highest LAT score showing that JVN has high customer satisfaction and loyalty. However, the delivery dimension, particularly late delivery, is in special need of improvement in comparison with other dimensions. Accordingly, a few proposals have been recommended for JVN to consider and adopt the appropriate ones to improve its performance. Overall, the results of this study provide helpful references for manufacturing companies in Vietnam to self–assess their leanness comprehensively, thereby developing the proper and effective roadmap for Lean transformation.

Anemia caused by iron deficiency in the blood is called iron deficiency anemia, which means that the concentration of hemoglobin in the blood decreases due to disruption of the formation of red blood cells due to lack of iron levels in the blood. Someone is said to approach the state of anemia if iron deposits in a person's body are very low even though physiological symptoms of anemia have not been found. Lack of hemoglobin and iron levels in the blood has a bad effect on the body. Anemia can affect various age categories from children, adolescents, adults, women, men, and especially women of childbearing age and pregnant women. The consequences arising from anemia include drowsiness, weakness, impaired work productivity, impaired physical and motor growth in children, a high risk of death in the mother and fetus, and the risk of fetuses with less weight. Research conducted using qualitative methods with case study research for UNS graduate students who have been known to have anemia. The existence of this study is expected that the authors and the public can find out the causes of anemia and can find out the simple preventive measures that can be taken to reduce the incident.

Most of the cases of anemia in Indonesia are caused by the lack of iron in the body since the iron existing in the food consumed does not meet the need. The need of the iron of female teenager is used to replace the lost of the iron during the menstrual cycle. The purpose of this study was to identify relationship between Fe tablet drinking behavior in teenagers with the level of hemoglobin. Method: The research design was quasi eksperiment using one-shot case study research. The research sample was 19 student at STIKes Patria Husada Blitar at May 24th until Juni 22nd 2012, its choosed with purposive sampling. The data collected by observation using checklist. The analisys using spearman rank, with significant level ≤ 0,05. Result: The result showed that drinking behavior of Fe tablets were not good with the mild anemia hemoglobin level was 26.3 with p-value of 0.009 was obtained. Discussion: A good drinking behavior of iron tablets will result in the raise of hemoglobin levels formed, so that anemia could be prevented.
