Abstract E-commerce is the purchase and sale of goods and services over the Internet. It assumed that despite the ever-expanding online transaction, the retail shops would not disappear. Various surveys have shown that customers still prefer to shop in stores and the number of purchases is increasing. Currently, they mainly use combinations of ecommerce and retail stores. Before the final purchase in the store, customers prefer to find out all the necessary information via the Internet. In the case of online shopping, customers prefer to look at the product in a retail shop and then purchase it via e-shop. In this paper, we decided to verify my hypothesis. The article aimed to determine the impact of e-commerce on retail stores.

The Internet has changed the traditional way of customers shopping and buying goods and services. Selling products and services directly to the consumer through the internet is online retailing. The usage of the internet in Pondicherry is growing high and usage of online purchasing is also high. This study focuses on the factors that online buyers take into consideration while shopping online. This study is to determine whether internet marketing will be beneficial and to examine the parameters for choosing the particular seller for the purchase of any product. Due to online shopping, it identifies the issues faced by the users while marketing through the internet and to analyses the attitude of customer towards internet marketing. This takes a look to know the customer’s interest in online purchasing and to know the opportunities for online shopping. Thisresearch will help in finding the impact of online marketing on customers’ purchasing patterns and how their security and privacy concerns about online marketing influence their online buying behavior.

In addition to the development of social technology and the widespread use of the internet, the fact that people are getting used to sharing their goods and services has made the concept of sharing economy a popular issue. Sharing economy is “a potential new way for sustainability,” and it is noted that it would disrupt the unsustainable hyper-consumption practices directing capitalist economies. In this regard, the importance of sharing economy becomes prominent. In this study, first of all, basic information was given about sharing economy and then the concepts about how it made progress were introduced. In the next step, the definitions of sharing economy were given, the importance of sharing was mentioned, and then the products used in sharing economy were mentioned. In the following stage, the benefits of sharing economy to nature were addressed, and the weaknesses and dark sides of sharing economy were revealed. Finally, the impact of the sharing economy on the service sector was emphasized, and opinions were presented for future research on this subject.

In the era of the diffusion of e-commerce and its services offered to the consumers over the Internet, the Internet is commonly used by both consumers and businesses to buy and sell their goods and services worldwide. This study focuses on the factors influencing customers' decisions and attitudes toward adopting online shopping in Jordan. The study found that online shopping in Jordan is still not very common, due to challenges and barriers that affect the diffusion of online shopping: delivery barriers, such as the lack of prepared transportation and mapping infrastructure, lack of reliable delivery system for delivering bought goods to the customers caused by the lack of postcode system; and lack of knowledge and awareness about the benefits of e-commerce among retailers and consumers. A structured questionnaire was distributed among 50 participants (university students, employees/professionals etc.), and then the collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Version 18.02 (SPSS). The results show that attitudes toward online shopping and intention to shop online were affected by lack of human resources, such as low level of experience in using the Internet and shopping websites for shopping, lack of developed IT infrastructure, trust in e-retailers, and online payment and delivery service concerns. However, Jordanian consumers are willing to adopt and recommend online shopping for others as an alternative way for shopping.

Internet access is being seen more and more as a basic human right. Yet the Internet remains inaccessible for many. Guidelines on accessibility exist, as do penalties for noncompliance, yet 84% of startup websites remain inaccessible. Accessibility is the capacity for individuals to equivalently use goods and services. The purpose of this research is to determine if exposure to an online resource focusing on how to make startups accessible, rather than why, impacts the willingness of individuals to adopt accessible strategies. Through the use of pre- and postsurveys, the impact on willingness was measured and compared to pre-exposure levels. The results suggest that startups may be willing to adopt accessibility guidelines after explicitly being shown how, however a gap still remains between willingness and execution.

The primary objective of this study is to examine the effects of the Internet’s Web tools (the level of Web content and the level of security on the Internet) on the interorganizational relationships (IOR) between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their loyal customers. This article focuses on B2B electronic commerce because according to a recent report, the value of goods and services sold via B2B electronic markets will reach $2.7 trillion by the year 2004 (Gartner Group, 2000). While these figures give the impression that B2B electronic commerce is expanding fast, the fact remains that many SMEs are still sitting on the sidelines (Caldeira & Ward, 2002; Lam, Shankar, Erramilli, & Murthy, 2004; Teo, Wei, & Benbasat, 2003). Many SMEs that maintain IOR with their customers have difficulties achieving the benefits as suggested by media and early research (Lituchy & Rail, 2000; Poon, 2000; Tagliavini, Ravarini, & Antonelli, 2001). In addition, there is little existing research that has empirically tested the impact of the Internet’s Web tools on IOR which lead to customer loyalty.

The intensive development of digital technologies and access to the Internet has transformed the principles of organizing economic relations in the sphere of trade in goods and services. E-Commerce has become one of the most dynamically developing areas in the economy of many countries, but unforeseen circumstances, such as the Covid-2019 pandemic, can probably significantly change the situation with the development of the e-Commerce sector, give the necessary impetus to increase Internet activity and turn the e-Commerce sector into a driver of economic growth in Russia.The article demonstrates the changes that have occurred in the dynamics and structure of international online commerce, describes how the customs preferences have changed under the influence of the pandemic. An adjustment of the estimates of the prospects for the development of global and Russian e-commerce is given.

Research background. The electronic environment has become an integral part of today’s marketing environment. The transformation of information technology makes it possible to reach the desired customer through various business instruments, regardless of his location. The number of consumers using the Internet to search for goods and services is increasing. As a result, social networks are gaining in importance from both businesses and consumers. There are currently over 800 social networks in the world. Corporate social networking accounts where a variety of news can be posted: from company start-up history to the latest company prototype news, and often for small businesses, and represents the cost of the website. Most authors point out that the scope of e-marketing is wider than online marketing because online marketing refers only to the Internet. Businesses seek to disseminate information about goods through social networks, given their popularity and impact on consumers. Purpose of the article is to construct the theoretical model that would help to determine how the impact of social networks on online marketing of companies can be assessed. Methods: analysis of scientific literature, systematization, generalization. Findings and Value added. Based on the model, proposed by the authors, the elements of Internet marketing are analyzed, as well as research on the importance of social networks in information transfer and communication with the consumer is emphasized and the most commonly used indicators of social networks are singled out.
