Information systems technology used by the organization is intended to facilitate the individual in completing the task. The ease of a system and utilization in management of the system by users of the system is a determinant of the success of a system. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of individual performance factors of accounting lecturers on the effectiveness of the use of IMISSU information systems. Population in this research is all lecturer of Accounting Department at Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Udayana Bali. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with data collection method using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that experience, training, education, and incentives have a positive effect on the effectiveness of IMISSU use.Based on the result of research, it is suggested for Udayana University as IMISSU information system provider in order to keep improving and improving to improve organizational performance, and for IMISSU users IMISSU information system is expected to improve their ability continuously to build better performance. ABSTRAKKinerja individu dirasa sangat penting dan perlu diperhatikan oleh setiap perusahaan, karena merupakan faktor dan pemeran utama dalam proses kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, pengetahuan, dan pelatihan sistem informasi berbasis komputer pada kinerja individual di PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kabupaten Badung. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 74 dan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 43 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 23.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan spritual dan pelatihan sistem informasi berbasis komputer berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja individual, sedangkan kecerdasan emosional dan pengetahuan sistem informasi berbasis komputer tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja individual.Kata kunci: kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, pegetahuan, dan pelatihan sistem informasi berbasis komputerABSTRACTIndividual performance is considered important and needs to be considered by every company, because it is a factor and the main character in the process of work. The purpose of this study is to determine the Influences of Intelligence, Sprituals Intelligence Knowledge, and Training of Computer Based Information System on Individual Performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Badung regency. The population of this research is 74 and the samples are 43 people with purposive sampling technique. Information is one of the business resources. Information system quality and company success are influenced by individual performance. The performance of individuals with accounting information systems that are supported by subjective norms and ease of use of the system. This study aims to examine and provide empirical evidence about the factors that can lead to the success of the accounting information system that has an impact on improving individual performance. This study examines souvenir companies in Bali by taking samples of employees at the Bali Agung Company Souvenir based on non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method and a sample of 60 employees. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and non-participant observation. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that the Quality of Accounting Information Systems (SIA), Subjective Norms, and Ease of Use have an effect on Individual Performance. The successful accomplishment of organizational goals, targets, and work programs is closely related to the organization's human resources. Any evaluation regarding organizational performance is likely to involve the accomplishment of the organization's vision, mission, and work programs. Such evaluation is conducted by the human resources within the organization. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the influence of individual innovation capability, intrinsic motivation, and self-efficacy on the student organizations' individual performance at Ciputra University. Proportional random sampling is used to select 265 respondents as research samples, while Multiple Linear Regression analysis is used to analyze the research data. The results of the hypothesis tests can be summarized as follows: (1) Individual Innovation Capability significantly influences Individual Performance; (2) Intrinsic Motivation significantly influences Individual Performance; and (3) Self-efficacy significantly influences Individual Performance. The findings of this research can be used as a reference for the organization to improve the individual performances in the future

This study wanted to determine the ethical perceptions of students from the individual side of accounting students at FE UNP, namely from the emotional intelligence and ethical sensitivity of students. The author makes students the object of research because an accountant's ethical perceptions can also be influenced by several factors. One of them is external factors, namely the environment. The environment affects the formation of a person's character so that it affects their behavior. This research is classified as a causative research. The population used in this study were accounting students at the Padang City College. Samples were taken using purposive stratified sampling technique. Where is the sampling by taking samples of people selected by the author according to specific characteristics and certain characters. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis used in this study is to use the SPSS 21 computer program. . The results of this study are that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on students' ethical perceptions as prospective accountants and ethical sensitivity has a positive effect on students' ethical perceptions as prospective accountants.

More practical data processing through the application of SIA with application programs, but the level of knowledge of human resources in the field of information technology is still limited. In general, the problems of the LPD in Tegallalang District are caused by a lack of quality human resources. The research objective was to determine the effect of employee competency, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of accounting information systems in the LPD of Tegallalang District. The study population included LPD in Tegallalang District, which numbered 43 LPD. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample technique. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of employee competency, work motivation, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the sophistication of information technology, and the technical ability users of accounting information systems of individual performance. This research was conducted on 27 BPR in Gianyar Regency. The number of samples taken is 108 respondents with the method of determining the sample, namely the saturated sample method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the sophistication of information technology, and the technical ability users of accounting information systems have a positive effect of individual performance. The application of an accounting information system is an important investment for a company. The use of information systems can improve the competitiveness of companies so as not excluded in their environment. This research was conducted in LPD Sub-district of Ubud. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the sophistication of information technology and the ability of personal techniques on the effective use of accounting information systems. Researchers use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis as a method of data analysis, where data collection is done by observation, interviews, library research, and questionnaires. As an initial stage of the analysis will be tested for validity and reliability of the research instrument. The results showed that the sophistication of Information Technology and Personal Engineering Capabilities had a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Use of Accounting Information Systems in LPD, Ubud Gianyar District. This research will recommend the formulation of a technology-based accounting information system so that it can compete in the midst of the tight and competitive world of competition.

This study discusses human resource management regarding the effect of work shifts, work experience, and work environment, on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti. This study uses a quantitative approach, the sampling technique is saturated sampling with a sample of 35 employees. The analytical technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test, F test. The results of the study found that partially there is a positive and significant effect between work shifts on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.000 <0.05. Work experience partially has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.019 <0.05. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.031 < 0.05. Work shift work experience and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 <0.05.

The effectiveness of accounting information systems is very instrumental in determining the success of management to achieve organizational goals and users of  SIA have a major role in the effectiveness of the system. This study to obtain empirical about the effect of personal engineering skills, involvement of users, education and training on effectiveness of SIA. The population used in this study is all employees who work at the Badung District Government Regional Organization. The method of the sample by nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling method, so that the respondents in this study amounted to 37 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results of this of personal techniques has a positive effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the involvement of users has a positive effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems, and education and training have a positive effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems.

This study aims to know the effect of moral intensity and perceived ethics on behavioral intentions related to accounting information system at PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda, Aceh Utara. Sampling technique used census sampling where all the population used as the samples so that the samlpe in this study is 30. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis whit hypotesis testing using SPSS 16 for windows to analyze the data of this study. The results show that Moral intensity has a significant effect on behavioral intention relation to the accounting informasion system, Perceived ethical variables has a significant effect on behavioral intention related to information system.
