The successful accomplishment of organizational goals, targets, and work programs is closely related to the organization's human resources. Any evaluation regarding organizational performance is likely to involve the accomplishment of the organization's vision, mission, and work programs. Such evaluation is conducted by the human resources within the organization. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the influence of individual innovation capability, intrinsic motivation, and self-efficacy on the student organizations' individual performance at Ciputra University. Proportional random sampling is used to select 265 respondents as research samples, while Multiple Linear Regression analysis is used to analyze the research data. The results of the hypothesis tests can be summarized as follows: (1) Individual Innovation Capability significantly influences Individual Performance; (2) Intrinsic Motivation significantly influences Individual Performance; and (3) Self-efficacy significantly influences Individual Performance. The findings of this research can be used as a reference for the organization to improve the individual performances in the future

Information systems technology used by the organization is intended to facilitate the individual in completing the task. The ease of a system and utilization in management of the system by users of the system is a determinant of the success of a system. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of individual performance factors of accounting lecturers on the effectiveness of the use of IMISSU information systems. Population in this research is all lecturer of Accounting Department at Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Udayana Bali. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with data collection method using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that experience, training, education, and incentives have a positive effect on the effectiveness of IMISSU use.Based on the result of research, it is suggested for Udayana University as IMISSU information system provider in order to keep improving and improving to improve organizational performance, and for IMISSU users IMISSU information system is expected to improve their ability continuously to build better performance. Achievement in learning is the result of the learning process that is determined by students individually in a certain time frame. The results of learning achievement are different for everyone, and are recorded as a score in your report card or in the achievement index. Learning achievement of a person is influenced by two factors, internal (from the individual) and external (outside of the individual), where the individual factor is more influential that the external factor, so the writer of this research have decided to emphasized more on the internal factors which are the self concept and self efficacy. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of self concept and self efficacy on Majoring Accounting student towards their learning achievements. This research uses the survey method to collect prime data from a population of Majoring Accounting student from the University of Sam Ratulangi and also uses the determination of sample based on purposive sampling method. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis tools with the help of SPSS 22. The result of the research are, (1) Self concept has a significant influence on student learning achievement, (2) Self efficacy has a significant influence on student study prestige. Human resources is one of the elements that determine the success of an organization's goals. To achieve the goals of the organization then needs to be done is to give intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Referring to doing intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation then will result job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to know condition and influence intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction employee Human Resource Department in PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. either through partial and simultant. Samples taken by 31 respondents with a saturated sample technique. Instrument of analysis used is validity, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17 software. The results of research showed that the condition of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and job satisfaction top rated by employee Human Resource Department in PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. Intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have strong influence on job satisfaction employee Human Resource Department in PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. either through partial and simultant

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors that influence entrepreneurial intentions among college student. The five independent variables was used include need for achievement, locus of control, self-efficacy, instrumental readiness, entrepreneurship experience. Sample in this research is students on Pattimura University totaling 160 people. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to measure this study. The results of this study indicate that need for achievement, locus of control, entrepreneurship experience have no effect on the intentions of entrepreneurial among students. Whereas instrumental readiness and self-efficacy variable has positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention between students of Pattimura University. Quality human resources are needed in obtaining the success of the company. This study aims to determine the analysis of social, personal, cultural and psychological influences on purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones in Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample of 50 people who bought at Samsung Experience Store in Surabaya who filled out questionnaires which were already recorded customers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that social, personal, cultural and psychological influences simultaneously on purchasing decisions in Surabaya. As well as social, personal, cultural and psychological influences partially on the purchasing decisions of Samsung experiene store smartphones in Surabaya. The higher the social, personal, cultural and psychological well the higher the level of purchasing decisions.

The quality of human resources, work professionalism, communication has an influence on the performance of education and employment center employees in airlines both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The aviation training center population was 79 employees and 75 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random samples. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing and analysis conducted stated that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the quality of human resources, work professionalism, and communication support employee performance.

Entrepreneurial Intention is a component that can explain the mindset and have a substantial impact on individual behavior. This fact indicates how hard a person's mindset is in trying and how much effort is put in so that the desired behavior can be carried out. This study examines the direct and indirect effects of an entrepreneurial mindset, perceived behavioral control, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention. A total of 354 students in Malang took part in this research. We used descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The study results found that the entrepreneurial mindset and perceived behavioral control affected entrepreneurial self-efficacy—similarly, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial mindset, and perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurial intention. Our results also found that entrepreneurial self-efficacy failed to mediate the effect of the entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial intention.

This study wanted to determine the ethical perceptions of students from the individual side of accounting students at FE UNP, namely from the emotional intelligence and ethical sensitivity of students. The author makes students the object of research because an accountant's ethical perceptions can also be influenced by several factors. One of them is external factors, namely the environment. The environment affects the formation of a person's character so that it affects their behavior. This research is classified as a causative research. The population used in this study were accounting students at the Padang City College. Samples were taken using purposive stratified sampling technique. Where is the sampling by taking samples of people selected by the author according to specific characteristics and certain characters. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis used in this study is to use the SPSS 21 computer program. . The results of this study are that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on students' ethical perceptions as prospective accountants and ethical sensitivity has a positive effect on students' ethical perceptions as prospective accountants.

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and motivation on the performance of BUM Desa operational operators in Bantul Regency. This study uses a survey method that is data collected using a questionnaire. Populations in this study were operational operators of BUM Desa in Bantul Regency as many as 82 people, and the selected sample of 54 people. The sampling method uses a convenience sampling method. The collected data is then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that the work experience and motivation affect the performance of BUM Desa, while gender, education and age did not affect the performance of BUM Desa. This shows that education and age do not guarantee a person's ability to carry out their duties and obligations. The results of this study are expected to be considered by the Village Government in preparing Human Resources to manage the BUM Desa. If BUM Desa is managed by the right Human Resources, has qualified capabilities and appropriate qualifications, then BUMDes can run according to the plans that have been made.

Human resources are the most important assets in an organization because human resources have a role as the subject of implementing policies and operational activities of an organization. Every organization must pay attention to and empower its human resources properly so that the organization can develop. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine whether organizing, directing and controlling simultaneously affects employee performance. 2) To determine whether organizing, directing and controlling partially affects employee performance. 3) To find out which of the three has a dominant influence among the leadership roles in Islam on employee performance. This research is an explanatory research. the population in this study was only 52 people. Another term saturated sample is census, where all members of the population are sampled. In this study the authors used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. technique, it is explained briefly between variables. From the analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Organizing, directing and controlling simultaneously affects employee performance. 2) Organizing, directing and controlling partially influences employee performance. 3) Organizing has a dominant effect on employee performance.
