Employee Performance plays an important role in the success of an organization. An organization expects employees to complete tasks in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. One form of government in improving the performance of its employees is the application of SIPKD. This research was conducted at the Bali Provincial Tourism Office. The purpose of this research is to find out how much effectiveness SIPKD, leadership style, and work environment have on employee performance. The sample selection method in this study uses the saturated sample (census) technique. The number of samples in this study were 40 people. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of SIPKD has no significant effect on employee performance. While the leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Bali Provincial Tourism Office. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles and the work environment on employee performance at UPI Serang Campus. The research approach used is a mix method. The research population is an employee of education personnel at the University of Education Indonesia Kampus Serang, while the sample technique used in this study is purposive sampling using as many as 31 respondents. The method used is quantitative research. The data analysis methods used are decryptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that: (1) leadership styles did not have a significant influence on employee performance. (2) The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. (3) Leadership style and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination showed that the contribution of the influence of leadership style and the work environment on employee performance was 76.50%, while the remaining 22.50%, was a contribution from other variables (£) that were not examined in this study

In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City.

This study aims to measure the effect of leadership styles, organizational commitment to performance with the mediation of motivation in the civil service of the Faculty of Universities in Surakarta. The study population was a civil servant employees in the faculty. The sample is determined by the saturated sample technique, the entire employee staff respondents as many as 76 people. Methods of data collection techniques used are questionnaire. Data analysis method used is the method of path analysis (path analysis). From the results of this study concluded that the style of leadership, organizational commitment and motivation of jointly have a significant influence on employee performance. While the results of the t test of leadership style variable result that leadership style has no effect on the motivation and performance of the organization's commitment and motivation.Variabel partially have a significant influence on employee performance. With the result that the path analysis variables mediate motivational leadership style on employee performance. Motivation also mediate organizational commitment to employee performance. Judging from the coefficient (R Square) we can conclude that the motivation was influenced variable leadership style and organizational commitment of 0.46% while the rest influenced by other factors beyond the study variables. Performance is influenced by the motivation of employees by 44% and the rest influenced by other factors beyond the variables. Performance of employees affected by variables of leadership style and organizational commitment by 36% while 64% is variable - the other variables outside the study.

ABSTRACT Every company needs an organization. Important factors that can affect the performance of these employees can be a work problem, work environment and work culture of the workplace. This study aims to determine whether the work environment, cultural organization, and workload are related to the performance of employees at SMP IT Permata Hati Banjarnegara. This study uses quantitative by collecting primary data obtained by requesting questionnaires to employees. The population data used is the population of individuals and teachers of SMP IT Permata Hati Banjarnegara numbering 40 people with the sample used is a saturated sample so that the total number of research samples is there. The results showed a positive and significant work environment on the performance of SMP IT Permata Hati Banjarnegara. Organizational Culture does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMP IT Permata Hati Banjarnegara. Positive and significant workload on the performance of employees at SMP IT Permata Hati Banjarnegara. The work environment, organizational culture and workload have a significant influence on employee performance.

The uncertainty situation that happened lately, especially these last two years, has forced all organizations to adapt and change fast. The ability of leaders to be more agile in doing the changes is needed. The changes needed not only to give new directions for the organization, but also to improve employees’ performance especially the millennials. Furthermore, work environment is also a factor that determine how millennial employees’ performance performed in organization. This research aims to analyze the agile leadership style and work environment will affect millennial employees’ performance in a VUCA World that filled with volatility and uncertainty. The population for this research is millennial generation employees at Jabodetabek dan the sample selection was done using Hair Method. This paper was using PLS as the method for data analysis. The result showed that there was positive and significant influence for agile leadership and work environment to performance of millennial employees.

This study aims to explain the effect of work motivation and work environment variables simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The research method used quantitative models, using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data distributed to 50 employees at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The research method used is a quantitative method through an associative approach. Research location of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The sample selection method in this research is saturated sample (census). The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test and t test. The results of this study indicate: 1) Work motivation and work environment simultaneously influence employee performance. 2) Partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that observers of cleanliness and observers of work space so that the tasks given by employees are done well and it is hoped that with work motivation

This study aims to determine the effect of participatory leadership style, motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) of Yapen Islands Regency, Papua, Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research with the sources of data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. This study used a saturated sample with a total of 101 people and applied multiple regression to analyse the data. It found that the participatory leadership did not affect the employee performance, while motivation and work environment influence the employee performance. It implies that the latter variables are the employee performance’s key drivers and should be the main priorities.

This research entitled "The Influence of Compensation and Work Environment to employee’s Performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Rubber Processing Department Plantation Kotta Blater Jember Jember ". This study aimed to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment to employee’s performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII rubber processing department plantation Kotta Blater Jember. The population in this research were all employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII rubber processing department plantation Kotta Blater Jember. The sampling method used is saturated sample or census with the number of respondents as many as 34 people. Variables used as many as 4 variables. The analysis tool used is Path Analysis. The results showed that: 1) Compensation and work environment have a significant influence on work motivation in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember; 2) Compensation and work environment have a significant influence on the employee’s Performance in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember, and; 3) Motivation significant influence on the employee’s Performance in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on leadership style and its impact on employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. This research is motivated by the low work motivation of employees and the conditions of the work environment that do not support employees in carrying out work and leadership style that does not support employees in carrying out work, thus affecting the decline in employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. The research method with a quantitative approach with the path analysis method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observation and interviews. The respondents of this study were 50 employees of the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. The sampling method uses the total sampling method in which the entire population in this study is the research sample. Hypothesis testing is calculated by the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 20.0. The results of this study found that motivation does not significantly influence leadership style, work environment does not significantly influence leadership style, motivation has significant effect on performance, work environment has a significant effect on performance, and leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. Whereas directly motivation through leadership style has a significant influence on performance and indirectly the work environment through leadership style has a significant influence on the performance of the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat staff. This study aims to determine the motivation of work to mediate the effect of training and work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze 1) the effect of training on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 2) the effect of training on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 3) the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 4) the influence of the work environment on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data through research on 62 respondents. Structural Equation is used to analyze data, using PLS (Partial Least Square) version 2.0. The results of this study indicate that there are 1) positive and significant influence of training on employee performance 2) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance 3) positive and significant effect of training on employee performance through motivation 4) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance through motivation.
