This research entitled "The Influence of Compensation and Work Environment to employee’s Performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Rubber Processing Department Plantation Kotta Blater Jember Jember ". This study aimed to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment to employee’s performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII rubber processing department plantation Kotta Blater Jember. The population in this research were all employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII rubber processing department plantation Kotta Blater Jember. The sampling method used is saturated sample or census with the number of respondents as many as 34 people. Variables used as many as 4 variables. The analysis tool used is Path Analysis. The results showed that: 1) Compensation and work environment have a significant influence on work motivation in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember; 2) Compensation and work environment have a significant influence on the employee’s Performance in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember, and; 3) Motivation significant influence on the employee’s Performance in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on leadership style and its impact on employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. This research is motivated by the low work motivation of employees and the conditions of the work environment that do not support employees in carrying out work and leadership style that does not support employees in carrying out work, thus affecting the decline in employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. The research method with a quantitative approach with the path analysis method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observation and interviews. The respondents of this study were 50 employees of the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. The sampling method uses the total sampling method in which the entire population in this study is the research sample. Hypothesis testing is calculated by the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 20.0. The results of this study found that motivation does not significantly influence leadership style, work environment does not significantly influence leadership style, motivation has significant effect on performance, work environment has a significant effect on performance, and leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. Whereas directly motivation through leadership style has a significant influence on performance and indirectly the work environment through leadership style has a significant influence on the performance of the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat staff. This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. Employee Performance plays an important role in the success of an organization. An organization expects employees to complete tasks in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. One form of government in improving the performance of its employees is the application of SIPKD. This research was conducted at the Bali Provincial Tourism Office. The purpose of this research is to find out how much effectiveness SIPKD, leadership style, and work environment have on employee performance. The sample selection method in this study uses the saturated sample (census) technique. The number of samples in this study were 40 people. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of SIPKD has no significant effect on employee performance. While the leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Bali Provincial Tourism Office. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The results of this study are direct compensation, indi- rect compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on em- ployyee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork, Internal Work Environment and Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out by non probability sampling method  with saturated sample technique with the number of respondents as many as 95 respondents who become employees at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS statistics version 25 program. The results of this study prove that Teamwork partially affect Employee Performance, Internal Work Environment partially affect Employee Performance and Financial Compensation partially affect Employee Performance.

This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work environment, and work stress affect the performance of employees of UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. The population in this study used all employees at UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi, totaling 80 employees. The sampling method is a non-probability sample with a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula, data collection is done through a questionnaire and get the results of 64 respondents as a sample. The results in this study indicate that; (1) Work motivation has no partial effect on employee performance, (2) Work Environment has a partial effect on employee performance, (3) Work Stress has a partial effect on employee performance, (4) Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Stress have an effect simultaneously.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on employee performance, and the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This research is classified into quantitative research in the form of associative causality. The population in this study were 86 employees using a simple random sampling method so that as many as 71 employees were used as samples. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results obtained that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City.

Leadership is one of the issues in the management is still quite interesting to be discussed today. The role of leadership is very strategically important for the achievement of the mission, vision and goals of an organization. One such way to impose discipline and provide motivation to work that can be perceived by employees.  The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance. The influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees tested either directly or indirectly. To examine issues directly above the survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees in the General Hospital of the Brothers of Bungo. Data was analyzed by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership, discipline and work motivation influence simultaneously and partially on performance. Where is the leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees at the General Hospital Brothers, where are the good category, Discipline are in both categories, motivation and performance of employees are in both categories. The analysis tool in this research using descriptive method verification. Where the use of a range of scales, while in the verification using path analysis or path analysis.Key words : Leadership, Discipline, Motivation and Employee Performance
