The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy, funding decisions, inflation, interest rates and currency exchange rates. This study took a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. based on the results of the analysis of this study proves that profitability has a positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy does not affect the value of the company. Funding decisions negatively affect the value of the company. Inflation has a negative effect on firm value. Interest rates have a negative effect on firm value. Currency exchange rates have a negative effect on company value. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

The problem of this study is whether there is the influence of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and gross domestic product on the value of the company in the textile and garment sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study concluded, first, inflation has a negative effect, it states that inflation is inversely related to the value of the company with inflation. Second, interest rates, exchange rates and gross domestic product have a positive influence on the value of the company. The third is an increase in the value of the company, so there is also an increase in interest rates, exchange rates and gross domestic product, and vice versa. Third, inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and gross domestic product partially influence the value of the company in the textile and garment sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017 simultaneously and have a positive and significant effect on the value of companies in manufacturing companies. Textiles and Garments Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Fourth, inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and gross domestic product jointly affect the value of the company in the Textile Subsector and Garment Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the inflation, IBCinterest rate, and exchange rate on CSPI. The research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) by using sample of 72 consisted of the entire variable monthly data during  2010  to  2015 with  the selection  of  the sample through a non probability sampling method by purposive sampling method and the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the analysis found inflation, IBC interest rates, and exchange rates simultaneously affect the CSPI. The Inflation and IBC interest rates partially significant negative effect on the CSPI, this means an increase in inflation and IBC interest rates may result decrease value of CSPI. Exchange rates partially significant positive effect on CSPI. This means that the increase occurred in exchange rates can increase the value of CSPI.Kata kunci:   Inflasi, Suku Bunga, Kurs, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG)

A high increase in company value is a long-term goal that must be achieved by a company, which is reflected in the market price of its shares because investors' assessment of the company can be seen through the movement of the stock prices of companies listed on the stock exchange. stock exchange for companies that have gone public. This has an impact on shareholders to maintain their investment and potential investors are interested in investing in the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of tax avoidance and dividend policy on firm value with leverage as a moderating variable. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018, totaling 166 companies, while the sample of this study was 18 companies with a purposive sampling method. The research method used is descriptive statistics, classic assumption testing and hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that tax avoidance is not significant to firm value, dividend policy has a significant effect on firm value, leverage does not moderate tax avoidance on firm value, leverage. does not moderate dividend policy on firm value, and tax avoidance and dividend policy affect firm value

<p><em>The purpose of the Company was established to obtain profits and to improve the shareholders' welfare. Maximizing firm value is very important because the company's goals can be realized. The higher the firm value will be a signal for the market to trust the company's prospects in the long run. The purpose of this study was to determine </em>s<em>ignificant the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, company size, growth opportunity and liquidity to firm value of manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2015-2018. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population used is a manufacturing company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2015-2018 with a total sample of 160 samples. The results of the study simultaneously show that the variables of dividend policy, debt policy, firm size, growth opportunity and liquidity affect the firm value. The results of the study partially stated that dividend policy and debt policy variables positive effect of the firm value. But, firm size, growth opportunity and liquidity do not effect of the firm values</em></p>

The purpose of this study is to analyze the company’s micro factors such as liquidity (CR), solvency (DER) as well as macro factors, namely interest rates to firm value (Tobin’Q) so that they can assess the development of good company conditions. The companies studied were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period of 2014 – 2018. The method of this research was explanatory research. Samples were taken by purposive sampling from a population of manufacturing companies that met the sample criteria. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that liquidity and dividends had a significant positive effect on firm value, while solvency did not support the hypothesis. Implications and suggestions are discussed in the article.

A pharmaceutical company is a healthcare company that focuses on researching, developing, and distributing drugs and/or medical devices. Firm value is the stock market value that reflects the wealth of the owner of a company. The purpose of this research is to examine whether capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on company value in the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period. The research population used is the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period, totaling 12 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 6 companies based on the criteria. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS application system. The results showed that simultaneously capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on firm value. Partially the capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value. Sales growth partially has a positive and insignificant effect on company value. Partially the dividend policy has a significant positive effect on company value. Keywords: Capital Structure, Sales Growth, Dividend Policy, and Company Value.

The purposeof this study was to examine the effect of Investement Opportunity Set (IOS), dividend policy, and opportunistic behavior on firm value at Manufacturing Companies listed on Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. This study used secondary data from the company’s annual report. The samplimg method in this study used purposive sampling, the final sample obtained was 29 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) used price proxy (MBVE) and investment proxy (CAPBVA) have a significant positive effect on firm value, while the dividen policy and opportunistic behavior have a negative effect on firm value but not significant.
