A good company value is more than just a high level of profit achievement. The use of debt, some of the shares owned by management, and the company's performance in relation to its environment all have the potential to increase firm value. The purpose of this study is to empirically test the effect of leverage, managerial ownership, and environmental performance on firm value. The research population for this study is PROPER participating manufacturing companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2019. Purposive sampling is a method of determining the sample. Multiple regression analysis was used as the analysis technique. According to the findings of this study, leverage, managerial ownership, and environmental performance can all increase firm value. Current ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Equity are some of the many factors that are thought to have an influence on company value. Several studies have also used these factors as variables. Therefore, this study aims to test and reaffirm the results of previous studies with mixed conclusions. The sample of this study was 100 companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially Current ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio had no significant effect on Company Value, while Profitability had a significant effect on Company Value. Simultaneously testing shows that current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on Equity have a significant effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of environmental performance (PROPER rating), GCG mechanism, and foreign ownership on company value. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 with a total of 34 companies, environmental performance seen from the PROPER rating achieved by the company, Tobin’s Q to measure corporate value and proxy for GCG obtained using factor analysis. The data analysis technique of this study uses multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that environmental performance and foreign ownership had a positive effect on firm value. This indicates that the higher the percentage of foreign ownership and PROPER ratings obtained by manufacturing companies, the higher the value of the company. The mechanism of Good Corporate Governance is stated to have no effect on the value of the company. Keywords : Environmental Performance; Company Value; Good Corporate Governanc; Foreign Ownership.

Research purposes were determined the effect of company size, management ownership, profitability, and leverage on risk management disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The research type is a quantitative descriptive. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used the documentation method. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear test, F test, and t test. The results how that 1) company size has a positive and significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 2) managerial ownership has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; 3) profitability has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 4) Laverage has a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; and 5) Company size, managerial ownership, profitability, and leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

Purpose: This study aimed to understand the relationship between stakeholder and firm value with environmental performance as the intervening variable. The study was conducted on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and listed in the PROPER program during 2016 and 2017. The stakeholder variables in this study consist of managerial ownership (manager), consumer, and employee. Research methodology: The samples were determined using purposive sampling with a total of 131 companies and using path analysis method as an expansion of regression analysis. Result: The result is managerial ownership, consumer, and employee do not affect firm value directly. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value through environmental performance. The consumer has a significant and negative effect on the firm value through environmental performance and employee has a significant and negative effect on the firm value. Limitation: The sample is limited for two years period and adjusted R2 is 21.5%. Contribution: This study can identify variables that affect firm value, especially: manager, consumer, employee and environmental performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure, managerial ownership, and income variability on the company's capital structure (DER). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017- 2019 period. The population in this study were 181 companies, using the purposive sampling method the research sample was obtained as many as 46 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis technique with Eviews version 11 as a tool. Based on the research results, it is found that the asset structure has no effect on the capital structure. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on dividend policy with free cash flow as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2019. The sample was selected by means of a purposive sampling method with 42 companies as samples and 210 observations. The analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the higher the managerial ownership, the higher the dividend policy, especially in companies that have high free cash flow, and the higher the institutional ownership, the higher the dividend policy, especially in companies with high free cash flow. The value of the company can provide maximum shareholder prosperity if the performance is good. one of them can be measured by profitability and other factors that influence company value are dividend policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable in the Kompas 100 Index company. This research was conducted in all mining companies incorporated in the Kompas 100 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples, using the purposive sampling method is as many as 17 companies from 100 companies during the 2014-2018 period. The data analysis technique applied in this study is the regression analysis moderation. The results of the analysis produce, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy moderates the effect of profitability on company value in the mining sector of the Kompas 100 Index. The aim of this research to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership (MOWN) on Company value (Tobins) mediated by devidend Policy (DPR) in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for perid of 2013-2017. The population on this study were 14 companies with 7 companies that became the study sample. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. The method used is quantitative by emphasizing numeral data. The data used in this study are secondary data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique using the path analysis test. The results showed that managerial ownership had a significant positive effect on firm value; Managerial ownership has a significant positive effect on Devidend Policy; Devidend policy has a positive effect on company value; and Devidend policy mediates between managerial ownership of company value.

A B S T R A KPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perencanaan pajak dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan transparansi perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan laporan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015-2017. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif statistik, analisis regresi linear regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan perencanaan pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negative terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan transparansi perusahaan memoderasi hubungan antara perencanaan pajak dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hal ini di karenakan banyak informasi yang diungkapkan oleh manajemen pada laporan keuangan atau tahunannya, maka pemilik perusahaan dan investor dapat lebih mengetahui kondisi peusahaan yang sebenarnya.Kata Kunci: Perencanaan Pajak, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Nilai Perusahaan, Transparansi PerusahaanA B S T R A C TThis study aims to determine the effect of tax planning and managerial ownership on firm value with company transparency as a moderating variable. This study uses annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression. The results of this test indicate tax planning has a positive effect on firm value, managerial ownership has a negative effect on firm value, and corporate transparency moderates the relationship between tax planning and managerial ownership of firm value. This is because there is a lot of information disclosed by management in its financial or annual reports, so that company owners and investors can better know the real condition of the company.Keywords: Tax Planning, Managerial Ownership, Corporate Value, Corporate Transparency
