In 2019-2020, 21.4 percent of the cooperatives were dissolved. The increased dissolution of cooperatives is thought to be due to poor cooperative management and employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of situational leadership style, organizational culture, educational level, and motivation on employee performance of Klungkung Regency Cooperative with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The population is all cooperatives located in Klungkung with cooperatives in Klungkung as samples through purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Results show that situational leadership, organizational culture, education level and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of situational leadership style, motivation and training on employee performance in the Srinadi Klungkung Cooperative Market. This study was conducted on all 350 employees and spread across nine Koppas Srinadi Klungkung business units. The number of samples taken was 78 employees, with probability sampling method, proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis and testing of hypotheses situational leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive effect on employee performance and training has a positive effect on employee performance. The positive influence of the variable situational leadership style, motivation and training on employee performance, has proven the theory used is the organizational behavior theory. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. The number of samples taken as many as 50 employees accounting and finance section, with non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, work environment and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance. This shows that with a good organizational culture and environment, and giving compensation to employees, employee performance will increase. The results of this study can provide additional information in empirical studies regarding the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance.

This study aims to determine: the influence of teachers perceptions on situational leadership style of theschool principal accounting teacher performance. This study uses a correlational study approach with samples taken from the accounting teacher in SMK Madiun incluster random sampling as much as 97 people. The variables of this study consists of one independent variables, namely: the perceptionof teachers on a situational leadership style of school head (X) and one dependent variable is: accounting teacher performance (Y). The data was collected using a structured question naire covered. Results of data collection were then analyze dusing regression analysis technique simple using SPSS version 20. The results show that: (1) perception of teachers on a situation a lleadership style of the principal and teacher performance category average accounting bothin the range of 50%, (2) the perception of teachers on a situational leadership style ofthe principal positive effect on teacher performance accounting with a contribution of  80,6%, remaining at 19,4% accounting teacher performance is determined by factors other than research. Keywords : teachers perceptions on situational leadership style of the school principal  and teacher performance accounting

BPD Bali’s bank is a commercial bank engaged in the banking sector. The achievement of Bank BPD Bali's credit targets cannot be separated from employee performance, because with the maximum performance of employees the target set will be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of GCG, motivation, and leadership style on the performance of employees of Bank BPD Bali’s in Badung Regency. The populations used in this study were 2 branch offices and 7 sub-branch offices in Badung Regency with the determination of the sample using purposive sampling method, the total sampels was 57 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study showed that GCG, motivation, and leadership style had a positive effect on the performance of the employees of Bank BPD Bali’s in Badung Regency, by implementing Good Corporate Governance, motivation and leadership style will improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the relationship of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variables in Telkom Indonesia Regional VII Division. The population of the study is based on managerial & staff job positions consisting of 62 respondences from 161 full-time employees of Indonesia state-owned telecommunication company, Telkom Indonesia Regional VII Division. This research used quantitive methods. The primary data were collected by the questionnaire as the instrument to prove the results of the study. By using Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS), the analysis of collected data revealed and to test the hypotheses. According to the findings of this research supported the positive effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction through employee performances. The hypotheses analysis in the study has no significant effect of leadership style on employee performance, whereas job satisfaction as partial mediating.

Abstract: Employee contribution becomes important when it is done with effective action and right behavior. Not only the amount of effort but also the direction of the business. The nature, effort or willingness to work as well as the various things that constitute organizational support is very important for the success of employee performance. In this study, the author tries to analyze the problems faced by the administrative staff of Jember University (UNEJ). Empirical tests were conducted on 115 administrative employees to obtain data on organizational culture and leadership style that has been enough to give hope to the administrative staff. Analyzer used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). From the results of model testing, it can be concluded that organizational culture and leadership style have a positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership style positively affect the organizational culture. Organizational culture, leadership style, and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance. To improve the performance of administrative employees, especially the dimensions of cost control and self-reliance initiatives, it requires a bureaucratic leadership style and autocratic leadership style in an open and process-oriented organizational culture system as an effort to improve employee job satisfaction.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance

Salah satu keberhasilan perusahaan tergantung pada karyawannya. Untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan, perlu diketahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 77 karyawan di PT Asno Horie Indonesia. gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi merupakan variabel bebas dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan, kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama. Validitas dan reliabilitas pertanyaan diuji setiap variabel. Kemudian, variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi di regresi terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Asno Horie Indonesia. One of the company's successes depends on its employees. To achieve this prosperity, it is necessary to know the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted on 77 employees at PT Asno Horie Indonesia. Leadership style and organizational culture are independent variables and employee performance is the dependent variable. This study uses literature, questionnaire, observation, and documentation as the main data collection tools. The validity and reliability of the questions were tested for each variable. Then, the independent variables are regressed on a dependent variable. The results showed that the leadership style variable did not significantly influence employee performance, and organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the performance of PT Asno Horie Indonesia's employees.

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture on knowledge transfer, and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Boven Digoel Regent's office. The sample used in this study is the entire population or saturated samples as many as 90 respondents. The collection methods in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used path analysis with the Smart PLS application. The results showed that leadership style has no significant effect on knowledge transfer and employee performance. When mediated by knowledge transfer, the leadership style to affect employee performance was also insignificant. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on knowledge transfer, but interestingly has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance if it is mediated by knowledge transfer. Transfer knowledge has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
