The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. The number of samples taken as many as 50 employees accounting and finance section, with non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, work environment and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance. This shows that with a good organizational culture and environment, and giving compensation to employees, employee performance will increase. The results of this study can provide additional information in empirical studies regarding the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to test training, employee environment, and organizational culture on employee performance with satisfaction as an intervening variable. using a quantitative approach, the data of this study were collected from 100 employees Sekretariat Badan Pelatihan dan Pendidikan Keuangan Jakarta. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis in this study by using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there is a significant positive effect of training on employee performance, there is a significant positive effect of the work environment on employee performance, and there is a significant positive effect of organizational culture on employee performance. then, there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a work environment that has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a significant positive organizational culture on job satisfaction, and there is a positive job satisfaction on employee performance. besides, it was found that the direct effect of training on employee performance was greater than the indirect effect of training on job satisfaction, there was a work environment that directly affected employee performance greater than the indirect influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, and there was an influential organizational culture directly on employee performance is greater than the indirect influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction.

Determination of the sample in this study using a sampling technique with nonprobability sampling method, especially the purposive sampling method. This research was conducted on all LPDs in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken were 35 LPDs with 105 observations. Data collection is done by questionnaire instrument. The results of this questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the effectiveness variables of the use of SIA, SIA training, and internal LOC have a positive effect on the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. This shows that the use of SIA that is more effective, routine in conducting training accompanied by confidence in individual users will provide convenience and benefits for employees who have an influence on improving the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and self-efficacy on employee performance. The object of this research is a historical and tourism site in the Semarang City, namely the Sam Poo Kong Temple and Lawang Sewu. The research was conducted in quantitative method by distributing questionnaire to the employee in the both locations. The sampling method that purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents are employee has been working for at least one year. Based on the data collection, a sample of 107 employees was obtained to be analyzed. The data were analyzed using regression analysis method. The results of the study strengthen the findings of previous studies that work environment and self-efficacy have a positive effect on employee performance.

The aim of this research is to know and to analyze the influence of work culture, work motivation and competency on employee's performance. The Objects are employees of  BJB bank at Ciamis, Garut and Tasikmalaya). The method used is descriptive. The sample was taken by using total sampling technique with total of the samples 89 people. By path analysis, the research found that work motivation with indicators internal and external motivation; work culture with indicators of Service excellence, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, Intelligence, Trust included in the high category. Work motivation with indicators of internal motivation and external motivation is included in the sufficient category. Competencies with indicators of Work Quality, Cooperation, Responsibility and Quantity of work are included in the sufficient category. Employee performance with indicators of Work Quality, Discipline Behavior, Use of work time and Attendance are included in the sufficient category. There is a partial positive effect and simultaneous work culture, work motivation and competence on employee performance so that the hypothesis is verified. This means that if the strategy which includes work culture, work motivation and competence is increased, the performance of bank employees to Tasikmalaya, Garut and Ciamis will be better.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.

Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal the influence of organizational culture, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at the Bangko Class II Penitentiary, either directly or indirectly for Bangko Class II B Prison employees. This study uses a quantitative method, with exogenous variables, namely organizational culture (X1), compensation (X2), work environment intervening variables (X3) and endogenous variables, namely employee performance (Y) at Bangko Class II Correctional Institution (Lapas). The population of this research is all employees of Lapas in Bangko Class II Correctional Institution, namely 55 people. The sample was obtained through total sampling so that the respondents in this study amounted to 55 samples. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and is divided into 2 paths, namely sub-structure 1 and sub-structure 2. Data is collected through a questionnaire that has been validated and reliable in advance, both content and empirical test of items in the field. The results of this study have found that the hypothetical model is proven to be used as a new model in improving employee performance for every employee at the Bangko Class II Penitentiary.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty and performance Result of t test that is Organizational Culture have positive and significant influence to Employee Loyalty, Compensation have positive effect and not Significant to Employee Loyalty And Work Environment negatively and Not Significant to Employee Loyalty. This research aim is to know the influence which is significant from work environment variable to employees performance at PT Mitra Global holiday, Jimbaran Bali. Respondents were all employees which is total amount to 52 respondents and the sampling tehnique using purposive sampling, such as sampling technique with specific consideration. Type of data used qualitative and quantitative which we derived from the premiere and secondary data. The method used to gather the information were interviews, library, research questionary and observation. The analysis technique is descriptive analysis, likert scale, correlation, determination, regression and t-test analysis. Based on the correlation analysis, its clear that the influence of the work environment on employee performance is equal to 0,804. It is mean that there’s be strong relationship influence between work environment of employees performances at PT Mitra Global Holiday Jimbaran Bali. The more conducive of work environment the better the performance of employees. Mean while, from the determination method of 64,4 percent stated that the work environment has the effect of 64.6 percent and the remaining 35,4 percent were caused by other factors. According to regretion analysis the result have t-count 9,559 > t-table 2,40 states that the influence of work environment have relation with enthusiasm of employees at PT Mitra Global Holiday, Jimbaran- Bali.
