The aim is to determine the factors affecting sustainability reporting with a focus on firm age, woman presence, profitability, and leverage. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. Total population consist of 103 firm-years that consistently publish sustainability reporting for the period 2018-2020. samples consist of 33 firm-years based on the criteria.Testing the data using multiple linear regression, the results showed that firm size, woman presence on board of commissioners’, and profitability do not have a significant effect on the sustainability reporting disclosure. However, woman presence on board of directors and leverage had a significant effect on the sustainability reporting disclosure. The objective of this study is to examine the influence of firm size, leverage,  firm age, independent commissioners, and type of industry toward influence of intellectual capital disclosure. The study also aimed to examine the intellectual capital disclosure toward the firm’s value. The sample of this study is consisted of companies listed in the Kompas 100 index during the period of 2013- 2015, so that this study obtained a total observation of 156 units. This research was conducted based on documentation, while data is acquired through the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Fact. Data were analyzed based on  multiple linear regression, t-test and  F-test. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the leverage,  independent commissioners, and type of industry have significant influence on the intellectual capital disclosure while firm size and firm age does not have significant influence on the intellectual capital disclosure. The results also showed that the intellectual capital disclosure has no significant influence on the firm’s value. This study aims to analyze the effect of gender diversity in both the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, as well as the effect of education background of the President Commissioner on the firm value. Gender diversity is measured from the proportion of women in Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, while the education background is measured by the education background of the President Commissioner. In this research, the firm value is measured by Tobins Q. The sample used in this study consist of 70 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in the year 2012. This study employs multiple linear regression to draw the research results. The analysis results show that gender diversity in both the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors significantly affects firm value. On the contrary, the education background of the President Commissioner does not affect firm value. This result support the argument that diversity of boards will, through various ways, affect firm financial value in the long and short term.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of audit committee, gender of Commisioners and Directors, role duality, and firm size against extention of sustainability report disclosure. The population of this research comprises companies registered as manufacturing companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the periods 2015-2017. The technique of determining the sample used is purposive sampling. This research uses a multiple linear regression. This research proves that audit committee, gender of Commissioners and Directors, role duality, and firm size together have an effect against sustainability report disclosure. This research also proves that partially audit committee and firm size have a positive effect against sustainability report disclosure. Meanwhile, gender of Commissioners and Directors doesn’t have positive effect and role duality doesn’t have negative effect against sustainability report disclosure.

The characteristics of the board in a company affect the company's capital structure because of the relationship between the monitoring mechanism which is a function of the board of directors on the company's capital structure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the board of directors' diversity which is proxied on the variables of female presence, foreign citizenship, board size, sales growth, profitability and firm size on capital structure. This study uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression methods. The sample of this study is a manufacturing company listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016 - 2017. The method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling. This research data can be obtained from secondary data, namely the company's annual report. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression showed that the presence of women and foreign citizenship had an effect while the variable board size, sales growth, profitability and firm size did not affect the capital structure.

This study aims to test and provide empirical the effect of profitability, leverage and firm size of the audit report lag. The population in this study is a sub company property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014. Sample of 34 companies was selected by purposive sampling method. The data used in this study as much as 102 samples. This study uses several stage of calculation, using outlier test that is by converting the data into a standardized score or so-called z-score. After going through the process of outlier samples were chosen in this study to 93 samples. Analysis of the data using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5% and determine the hypothesis used t test and f test. The results test showing that profitability, leverage and firm size are simultaneous positive and significant effect on audit report lag. The results test this study indicate that profitability has significance on audit report lag are partial. Meanwhile leverage and firm size has no significance on audit report lag

<em><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Good Corporate Governance mechanism on the board of commissioners, the board of directors, the proportion of independent commissioners, the audit committee, CAR on ROA. This study also uses a purposive sampling method for sampling. The analysis test used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population used by companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011 - 2013 and which meet the sample selection criteria. The sample used was 25 companies. Data is collected through secondary data collection in the form of the company's annual report for the period 2011 - 2013 which is published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression which had met the testing of classical assumptions. The results of the analysis show that the board of commissioners, the proportion of independent commissioners, audit committees, CAR does not significantly influence ROA while the board of directors has a positive and significant effect on ROA.</span></em>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Board of Directors, Non Independent Commissioners, and Managerial Ownership to Manufacturing Company Performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted at food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between more than two variables. Based on the results of the study stated the Board of Directors statistically has no significant effect to company performance (ROA). Non independent commissioners statistically has no effect to company performance (ROA), Managerial ownership has no statistically significant effect to company performance (ROA). The study was conducted to investigate the effect of KAP size, solvency, audit tenure, and complexity of operations on audit delay. The data used are secondary data derived from the financial statements of mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2018. The sample selection is done by purposive sampling, so that the total sample can be obtained as 57 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression processed with  the SPSS 22 program. The results of the study simultaneously show that the size of the KAP, solvency, audit tenure, and complexity of operations affect the audit delay. While the research results partially state that the solvency and complexity of operations have an influence on audit delay, while the KAP size and audit tenure have no effect on audit delay. From the results of the study, is expected to assist auditors in identifying factor - factor that affect audit delay in optimizing performance and as a material consideration for investors in making investment decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital intensity, and inventory intensity on tax avoidance. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 with a population of 150 companies. Determination of the sample in this research is by non probabilaty sampling method and by purposive sampling technique, so that the research sample is 63 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis which shows that all independent variables in this study, namely profitability, capital intensity, and inventory intensity have a positive effect on tax avoidance. This study aims to determine affect of size and leverage on firm value of BUMN companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2017 either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are all of BUMN companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2012-2017, which amounted to 20 companies. The sample is in the form of selected BUMN company financial statements with certain criteria from 2012-2017. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that firm size has a negative effect on firm value. Leverage has a positive effect on firm value. The results of the partial hypothesis test indicate that size has a significant effect on firm value while leverage does not have a significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously size and leverage have a significant effect on firm value. The contribution of size and leverage to company value is 43.8% and the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other variables.
