Riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap kepuasan dan komitmen organisasional. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan (DKP) Kota Denpasar dengan menggunakan petugas kebersihan Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Denpasar sebagai sampel/subjek penelitian sebanyak 60 orang. Berkaitan dengan metode penelitiannya, riset ini menggunakan wawancara dan kusioner sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya analisis jalur (path analysis) sebagai teknik analisis datanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan K3 berpengaruh signifikan secara positif pada kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif signifikan pada komitmen organisasional, dan kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel yang memediasi pengaruh penerapan K3 pada komitmen organisasional. Kata kunci : penerapan K3, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of health and safety management implementation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research used sanitation officer of Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Denpasar as research respondent. Data collection method used interview and quitionare and for data analysis will be used path analysis. The results showed that the implementation of health and safety management has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction serve as a variable that mediates the effect of health and saftey management implementation on organizational commitment.

Competition that occurs between companies in the era of globalization requires companies to continue to make improvements or a change in order to remain competitive. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate and reward system on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample was determined by 86 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to CV employees. Wiracana and analyzed using calculative descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and path analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational climate variables and reward systems have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The organizational climate, reward system and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment on CV.Wiracana.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The approach of this study is quantitative. The population in this study are permanent employees who are in PT. Astra International Tbk, Honda. The sample of this study were 100 employees in PT. Astra International Tbk, Honda using path analysis. From the analysis model the value of the dependent variable was obtained from the results of the questionnaire and using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the model studied has met the model's feasibility test. Job satisfaction shows positive and significant results on organizational commitment, job satisfaction shows positive and significant results on turnover intention, organizational commitment shows positive and significant results on turnover intention and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment. This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. This study was quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method used an online questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale and sampling used purposive sampling technique. Processing of data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not be proven to have an effect on the Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance and job satisfaction also had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance. The last, transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang.

Term incentive used in this study is the extent to which incentives can motivate members of the organization (employees) to achieve the goals of the organization (company). The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of giving incentive and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and work motivation. Research was conducted on the employees of QNB Bank Indonesia Area Surabaya. Data collected by a questionnaire distributed to all employees and employee. Data have been collected and analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that giving incentive and job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. The study also found that giving incentive and job satisfaction of employees  QNB Bank Indonesia Area  Surabaya has a significant positive effect on employee work  motivation at  the  Bank QNB Indonesia Area Surabaya.

The research objective is to analyse the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with the mediation of the variable organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Data analysis in this research is quantitative using a path analysis model (Path) with the help of Smart PLS Software version 3.2 .8. The results found that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Interestingly, it indicates an insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction both show a significant positive effect on employee performance. For testing the indirect effect is found empirical facts that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by organizational commitment. The organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by job satisfaction.

This study was aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to OCB, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the effect of organizational justice to job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the influence of superordinate support to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Sample was determided by using probability cluster sampling method and random sampling.The sample were staffs of Psychiatric Hospital and PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Surakarta. Data collection using questionnaires was distributed directly as many as 200 questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted by using SEM. The results showed that job satisfaction had a positive effect on OCB, organizational commitment had no effect on OCB. Job satisfaction had no effect on organization commitment. The value of organizational justice to job satisfaction shows significant effect, but not on organizational commitment. Superordinate support had no effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT Angkasa Pura Hotel, In-Flight Catering, Tuban. The number of samples taken were 89 employees, using the proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data analysis using classical assumption test, path path analysis, sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. Efforts to increase employees' sense of organizational commitment, organizations should be able to provide support to their employees because the higher the support given to employees, the higher the job satisfaction felt by employees. <em>Employee performance of </em> <em>PT Sun Star Motor</em> <em>is affected by many factors. This research aims to analiyze the influence of work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance at  PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang</em>. <em>The technique of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The population and sample </em><em>are the entire of employees of PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono</em> <em>is 40 people. Data collection method used are questionnaire, participant observation and literature review. The results of F-test, shows that work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment has significant affect on employee performance at PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang. Based on the results of the t test, the work environment has a significant positive effect on the employee performance of PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance at PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang. And organizational commitment has significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang. While the coefficient of determination (adjusted R<sup>2</sup>) of employee performance is 61.8% which is explained by work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The remaining 38.2% is influenced by other factors outside the model</em>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect leadership style, motivation, and work environment for job satisfaction. The sampling method in this study use probability sampling. Sample in this research is 100 employee on PT. Niagamas Lestari Gemilang in Jakarta. Data collection technique is done by deviding quisioner. Data analysis technique used SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this study is leadership style, and work environment have significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and motivation have insignificant positive effect on job satisfaction. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasaan kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probabilitas sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT. Niagamas Lesatari Gemilang yang berada di Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kerja, dan motivasi mempunyai pengaruh postif yang tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance
