<em>Employee performance of </em> <em>PT Sun Star Motor</em> <em>is affected by many factors. This research aims to analiyze the influence of work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance at  PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang</em>. <em>The technique of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The population and sample </em><em>are the entire of employees of PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono</em> <em>is 40 people. Data collection method used are questionnaire, participant observation and literature review. The results of F-test, shows that work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment has significant affect on employee performance at PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang. Based on the results of the t test, the work environment has a significant positive effect on the employee performance of PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance at PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang. And organizational commitment has significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang. While the coefficient of determination (adjusted R<sup>2</sup>) of employee performance is 61.8% which is explained by work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The remaining 38.2% is influenced by other factors outside the model</em>

"The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of the Ambon Branch of BPJS on health institutions".The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions. The population in this study were employees of the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions. The sample in this study were 32 employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was SPSS version 16. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 0.280 X1 + 0.392X2. The independent variable that most influences the dependent variable is the organizational commitment variable (0.392), and the last is the job satisfaction variable (0.280). The results of the t test show that all the independent variables (job satisfaction and organizational commitment) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) where all the independent variables obtain a t value greater than the t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.323, this means that 32.3% of employee performance can be explained by job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables, while the remaining 67.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.The implication of the above conclusions is that in an effort to improve employee performance, the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions should increase job satisfaction for employees, namely the leadership must provide more support for employees and must mutually cooperate between employees so that their sense of job satisfaction increases and increases commitment to oneself and at the company. An employee who has a high performance and better able to support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. Employees can work well if you have a high performance that can produce good work anyway. With the high- performance that employees, is expected to achieve organizational goals. This study examines the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction to be intervening variable. Data on compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance obtained through observation, record keeping and questioner with respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Statistical tests results showed  (1) the compensation proved significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.880, (2) work environment proved to be a significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.074, (3) job satisfaction proved to be a significant positive effect on employee performance the path coefficient of 0.264 and T-Stats for 2.458, (4) compensation proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.242 and T-Stats for 2.912, (5) work environment proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.378 and T-Stats for 3.343. Based on test results obtained statistical results of all variables positive and signicant impact.

The research objective is to analyse the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with the mediation of the variable organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Data analysis in this research is quantitative using a path analysis model (Path) with the help of Smart PLS Software version 3.2 .8. The results found that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Interestingly, it indicates an insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction both show a significant positive effect on employee performance. For testing the indirect effect is found empirical facts that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by organizational commitment. The organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by job satisfaction.

This study on the Influence Job Satisfaction and Job Motivation on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable (Study of Employee outsourcing PT J placed Tarumanagara University. Population in this study all employees  outsourcing PT  J, with sampling techniques is purposive random sampling, and samples taken 50 employees. Purpose of the study is to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and motivation on employee performance. Analysis is the method of multiple regression analysis and test assumptions, and validity testing is also done and reliability with the help of SPSS (Statistical Program for Society Science) versus 16:00. analysis showed that the presence of a significant positive effect between satisfaction and job motivation on organizational commitment, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, and R Square value 0.308, meaning 30.80% of organizational commitment is influenced by the level of job satisfaction and motivation. while other  results indicate that the presence of a significant positive effect between job satisfaction and motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, and R Square value 0.732 performance of 73.2% means employees outsourcing is influenced by the level of satisfaction, motivation, and organizational  commitment.Keywords: job satisfaction, job motivation, employee performance, organizational commitment, hypotheses testing, multiple regression.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance; analyze the influence of organizational commitment on OCB; analyze the influence of OCB on employee performance; analyze the role of gender as the effect of moderation of organizational commitment on employee performance; analyze the role of gender as the effect of the moderating effect of organizational commitment on OCB, and analyze the role of gender as the effect of moderation on OCB on employee performance.. The population and sample were 45 respondents from the Notary Office in Bangli Regency with the saturated sampling method. The data collection technique was using a closed multiple-choice questionnaire and the partial least squares (PLS) data analysis approach was used. The results of the research show that the evaluation of the overall model seen from the coefficient of determination can already be said, Q-Square Predictive Relevance meets the requirements of existing and Goodness of Fit in a large position, the overall model is declared quite good. The conclusion of this study is that organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance has not been received. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on OCB received. OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance is acceptable. Gender has not been tested as moderating of the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, organizational commitment on OCB and OCB on employee performance.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at Wahana Surya Bengkulu.The object of this research was Wahana Surya Bengkulu with the selection of samples in this study conducted by using total sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 65 respondents. The data collection method uses questionnaire.The results of the study show that The first, there is a positive effect of job satisfaction toward the employees’ performance of  Wahana Surya Bengkulu, if the ability is getting better or improved, there is a positive influence of work organization commitment toward the employees; performance of Wahana Surya Bengkulu, if the work discipline of employees increases, it will affect the performance of employees of Wahana Surya Bengkulu,  if employee work motivation increases, of course employee performance will also increase in line with increasing employee motivation, there are effects of job satisfaction, organizational commitment on the performance of employees of Wahana Surya Bengkulu employees, where job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect performance by 61.4%Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment,  Performance

The purpose of this study is to test training, employee environment, and organizational culture on employee performance with satisfaction as an intervening variable. using a quantitative approach, the data of this study were collected from 100 employees Sekretariat Badan Pelatihan dan Pendidikan Keuangan Jakarta. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis in this study by using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there is a significant positive effect of training on employee performance, there is a significant positive effect of the work environment on employee performance, and there is a significant positive effect of organizational culture on employee performance. then, there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a work environment that has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a significant positive organizational culture on job satisfaction, and there is a positive job satisfaction on employee performance. besides, it was found that the direct effect of training on employee performance was greater than the indirect effect of training on job satisfaction, there was a work environment that directly affected employee performance greater than the indirect influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, and there was an influential organizational culture directly on employee performance is greater than the indirect influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction.

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap kepuasan dan komitmen organisasional. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan (DKP) Kota Denpasar dengan menggunakan petugas kebersihan Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Denpasar sebagai sampel/subjek penelitian sebanyak 60 orang. Berkaitan dengan metode penelitiannya, riset ini menggunakan wawancara dan kusioner sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya analisis jalur (path analysis) sebagai teknik analisis datanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan K3 berpengaruh signifikan secara positif pada kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif signifikan pada komitmen organisasional, dan kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel yang memediasi pengaruh penerapan K3 pada komitmen organisasional. Kata kunci : penerapan K3, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of health and safety management implementation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research used sanitation officer of Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Denpasar as research respondent. Data collection method used interview and quitionare and for data analysis will be used path analysis. The results showed that the implementation of health and safety management has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction serve as a variable that mediates the effect of health and saftey management implementation on organizational commitment.

The objective of the researcher is to examine the variables of transformational leadership, work discipline and organizational commitment to employee performance at the DIY Preservation Hall. The population in this study were employees of the DIY Conservation Center. Sampling using Slovin formula (Sugiyono, 2011: 87), sampling technique using stratified random sampling method with 75 respondents.Data analysis techniques using classical assumption testing: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing using the T test, F test, coefficient of determination R2, beta coefficient of standardization. The results showed that the Transformational Leadership variable had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on employee performance and the presence of organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Conservation Center DIY.
