Tujuan penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Data diperoleh melalui survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 69 orang responden pada PT. Bank Ekonomi Raharta, Tbk Area Jakarta 5. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t untuk uji secara parsial dan uji F untuk menguji pengaruh secara simultan dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 20. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan Kompensasi dan Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara simultan. Secara parsial, Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sedangkan Motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.This Research Entitlethe Effect Of Compensation And Motivation On Employee Performance. The Data Obtained Through The Survey By Distributing Questionnaires To 69 Respondents At Pt. Bank Ekonomi Raharja, Tbk Area Jakarta 5. The Sampling Technique Use Dissaturated Sampling, Whereas The Method Of Analysis Used Is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis And Hypothesis Testusing The T-Testfor Testing The Partiallyand F-Testfor Testing The Effect Of Simultaneously Using Spss Software Version 20. The Result Of The Research Showed That Compensation And Motivation Has Influence On Employee Performance Simultaneously. Partially, Compensation Has Influence On Employee Performance Whereas Motivation Han’ts Influence On Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the factors of price perspective attributes, brand benefits, media branding, promotions, after-sales guarantee, products, colors, and designs as well as fuel consumption as items of motor products on consumer behavior. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 194 respondents. The data analysis was using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that Honda's products were more dominant in the implementation of its marketing strategy with a contribution of 87.75% while the attributes of Yamaha's products contributed to the influence of the remaining 79.40% influenced by other factors. In addition, the results of the analysis obtained a regression equation for Honda products Y = -13.33 + 0.428 X1 - 0.035 X2 + 0.02 X3 + 0.319 X4 + 0.01 X5 + 0.367 X6 - 0.03 X7 + 0.034 X8, while for Yamaha products are Y = -13.03 + 0.37 X1 + 0.5 X2 + 0.11 X3 + 0.30 X4 - 0.004 X5 + 0.33 X6 - 0.13 X7 + 0.2X8.

PT Telkom Indonesia is one of the best SOE companies in Indonesia. One of the efforts made by Telkom is to always become a good corporate that they have experienced and knowledgeable human resource. This research aimed to determine the effects of knowledge sharing on employee performance with teamwork as a moderator in PT Telkom Indonesia division of regional II Jabodetabek. The research method used in this research was quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The basic theory used in this research is the basis theory of knowledge sharing and teamwork. The population in this study was Regional II employees of PT Telkom Indonesia that have 95 respondents as the total of respondent in this research. The sampling technique type used non-probability sampling with using convenience sampling. In this research the method was using multiple linear regression analysis methods and hypothesis testing (T test, F test, and coefficient of determination) using application called SPSS 20 for windows. The research results in this study revealed that there is a positive impact and significant relationship between knowledge sharing on employee performance partially; while from simultaneously of knowledge sharing on employee performance with teamwork as a moderator also has a positive relationship and significant effect. Conclusion from this study showed that teamwork variable moderates the relationship between knowledge sharing on employee performance in Regional II PT Telkom Indonesia.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the population and sample is the Sharia Commercial Bank periode October 2014-March 2018 which amounted to 42 months. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result showed that with 95% confidence level partially variable Financing to Deposit Ratio have significant effect to profitability, while variable Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, and Equity have no significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Nevertheless, Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Equity simultaneously have significant effect to the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. With the coefficient of determination of 33,2%.Keywords: Natural Uncertainty Contract, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio, Equity

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

The purpose of this study is to simultaneously and partially determine and analyze the effect of accessibility and destination image toward the revisit to Tambing Lake. The variables of this research are accessibility (X1) and destination image (X2). While the dependent variable is the revisit (Y). This study used the research method of causal descriptive, with the sample size of 70 people. The sampling of this research used incidental sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1). Accessibility and destination image simultaneously have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 2). Accessibility partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 3). Destination image partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel aksesibilitas dan citra destinasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu aksesibilitas (X1) dan citra destinasi (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu niat berkunjung kembali (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kausal dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang. Bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Aksesibilitas dan citra destinasi secara simultan (serempak) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing; 2). aksesibilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing; 3). citra destinasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing.

This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

This study aims to analyse the effect of tax services, tax amnesty, taxation knowledge, and tax sactions on taxpayer compliance. The population in the study is an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in the study was an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta, and took part in the tax amnesty program. The sampling technique in this study used the convenience sampling method. Responden in the study amounted 60 respondents. The data anlysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained result that taxpayer compliance in influenced by tax services and tax amnesty programs. However, taxation knowledge and tax saction does not affect taxpayer compliance. The cause of taxation knowledge does not affest taxpayer compliance, perhaps the understanding of taxpayers regarding the procedures for payment and reporting is still minimal. Meanwhile, the reason for lack of support fot tax sanction on taxpayer compliance, perhaps because taxpayers consider that saction given when taxpayer violate laws are still mild. Therefore, these two reasons are factors that encourage taxpayers to behave disobediently.
