Kebijakan pemerintah untuk membuka pasar global akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kompetisi yang terjadi pada UKM. Salah satu industri yang terkena dampak adalah industri batik di Kota Pekalongan. Kebijakan pemerintah dengan adanya pasar bebas akan meningkatkan tekanan kompetisi yang terjadi dipasar. UKM batik merupakan salah satu indusrtri yang akan berdampak dari kebijakan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana pengaruh tekanan kompetisi terhadap kreativitas inovasi dan keunggulan bersaing UKM batik di Kota Pekalongan Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Persaingan yang ketat mendorong pengusaha terus berinovasi baik inovasi produk, desain, metode pewarnaan, teknologi maupun inovasi pelayanan supaya industri batik di minati dan mampu bersaing baik pasar lokal maupun ekspor. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada UKM industri batik di Kota Pekalongan. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling pada pemilik atau pengelola industri batik dengan kriteria pengelola atau pemilik minimal sudah di industri batik minimal 5 tahun. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program AMOS 16.0. Hasil hipotesis penelitian diduga tekanan kompetisi berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan pengusaha melalukan kreativitas inovasi produk, tekanan kompetisi dan kreativitas inovasi produk diduga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UKM industri batik. Dorongan pasar dan dorongan dari pengusaha membuat pengusaha terus menerus harus melakukan inovasi produk untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing UKM. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan memberikan kontribusi pada teori Resource Based view (RBV) yang menegaskan bahwa sebuah perusahaan berusaha mempertahankan keunggulan bersaing melalui inovasi produk. Tekanan kompetisi akan mendorong pengusaha untuk melakukan kreativitas inovasi sehingga mempunyai produk yang berkualitas dan bervariasi sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen.The government's policy to open up global markets will affect the level of competition is going to SMEs. One industry that is affected is the batik industry in Pekalongan. Government policies to free markets will increase competitive pressures that occur in the market. SMEs indusrtri batik is one that will have an impact of this policy. The purpose of this study was to examine how the effect of competitive pressure on the creativity and innovation of SMEs competitive advantage batik in Pekalongan Central Java Province. Intense competition encourages employers continue to innovate both product innovation, design, staining methods, technology and service innovations in the batik industry that are interested and able to compete both local and export markets. Location of the research done on the SME industry in Pekalongan batik. The sampling technique is purposive sampling on the owner or manager of the batik industry with the manager or owner minimal criteria already in the batik industry at least 5 years. Analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 16.0. The results of the study hypothesis of competition pressure allegedly positive effect on the ability of employers put through the creativity of product innovation, the pressure of competition and product innovation creativity alleged significant effect on the competitive advantage of SMEs batik industry. Market forces and the encouragement of entrepreneurs make entrepreneurs constantly have to innovate products to achieve competitive advantage of SMEs. Results of this study are expected to contribute to the theory of Resource Based view (RBV) which confirms that a company trying to maintain a competitive advantage through product innovation. Competitive pressures will encourage employers to creativity innovation so as to have a quality product and varies according to the wishes of consumers.

Abstract The formulation of the research problem is whether product innovation effects purchase decisions, whether product innovation and purchase decisions affect customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of product innovation on the purchase decision of Toyota Calya, and examines the effect of product innovation and purchasing decisions on customer loyalty. The population is the Toyota Calya’s customers in Bogor and Bekasi. The population is not known with certainty, therefore the sampling technique is done by accidental sampling technique in determining the number of samples. A total of 203 questionnaires were collected. Therefore, the sample in this study was 203 respondents. The data analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed a significant influence on product innovation on purchasing decisions. Product innovation and purchasing decision also significantly influence customer loyalty. Purchasing decisions significantly mediate the effect of product innovation on customer loyalty. Innovations must still be made in order to maintain the loyalty of Toyota Calya car users in Bogor and Bekasi. Keywords: Product innovation, purchasing decisions, and loyalty AbstrakRumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah inovasi produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian,  dan apakah inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian toyota Calya, dan menguji pengaruh inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi penelitian adalah pengguna mobil merek Toyota Calya di Kota Bogor dan Bekasi. Populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti,oleh karena itu teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dalam menentukan jumlah sampel. Kuisioner yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 203 kuisioner. Oleh karena itu, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah sebanyak 203 responden. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara signfikan inovasi produk dengan keputusan pembelian. Variabel Inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi  loyalitas pelanggan. Keputusan pembelian secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Inovasi harus tetap dilakukan demi untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna mobil Toyota Calya di Kota Bogor dan Bekasi.

This study aimed to find out the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, innovation and marketing capabilities on competitive advantage. The research population comprised Fish Processing Business in Semarang City. The sample was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The sample was 100 companies. The data were collected by a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using AMOS 24.0 analysis tool. The test results using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques indicate that the model is in accordance with population data. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurship oriented , innovation and marketing capabilities had a significant positive effect on competitive advantage. Used by analyzer for example validity test, test reliabilitas, and hipotesis test use modelling equation structural (SEM).

The study is aimed at examining the effect of market orientation, learning orientation, innovation and competitive advantage on marketing performance. Populations in this research are 41 which 3, 4, and 5 star-rated hotels in Semarang City. The numbers of samples in this research are 120 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection are using documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research show that companies which apply learning orientation, innovation and competitive advantage can improve marketing performance, but for market orientation has no effect on marketing performance.

The era of digitalization which is an era where everyone uses digital means as a medium of communication and a means of communication. The use of this media is considered very effective and has a tremendous impact on its users, the phenomenon of online shopping is growing rapidly. The current availability of a marketplace is very helpful in finding a product, such as Tokopedia, which is the largest online shopping marketplace in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interactive digital media on online product purchasing decisions. The population in this study are active users of the Tokopedia marketplace who have made purchases in the South Tangerang City area. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were as many as 64 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS. The results of the study show that the existence of digital media can influence potential consumers to make purchase transactions, seen through each indicator of the digital media variable, namely the website and social networking Instagram, which shows significant positive results on the decision to purchase fashion products on the Tokopedia marketplace. Abstrak Era digitalisasi yang merupakan era di mana setiap orang menggunakan sarana digital sebagai media penghubung dan alat komunikasi. Penggunaan media ini dinilai sangat efektif dan memberikan dampak yang luar biasa kepada penggunanya, fenomena berbelanja secara daring semakin berkembang pesat. Ketersedian marketplace saat ini sangat membantu dalam pencarian suatu produk, seperti Tokopedia yang merupakan marketplace berbelanja daring terbesar di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media digital interaktif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk secara online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aktif marketplace Tokopedia yang pernah melakukan pembelian yang berada pada wilayah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak sebanyak 64 responden. Tekhnik analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa dengan adanya media digital dapat mempengaruhi calon konsumen untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian, dilihat melalui setiap indikator dari variabel media digital yaitu website dan jejaring sosial instagram menunjukan hasil positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di marketplace Tokopedia. This study aims to understand the role of service quality and trust in developing customer satisfaction and loyalty at JNE Margonda, Depok. The research is used as a quantitative approach. Respondents are 127 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.80 applications for analyzing the data. All three hypotheses are accepted, and the data supports the model. H1: service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. H2: Trust has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. H3: Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The Conclusion: (1) The high quality of service from JNE Margonda Depok increases customer satisfaction (2) If trust in JNE Margonda Depok is high, then higher customer satisfaction will be higher too; (3) Respondents who feel satisfied when using JNE Margonda services will be more loyal to JNE Margonda Depok ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan JNE Margonda, Depok. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden sejumlah 127 orang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi Lisrel 8.80. Tiga hipotesis penelitian ini diterima semua, data mendukung model. H1: Kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. H2: Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. H3: Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kesimpulan : (1) Kualitas layanan yang tinggi dari JNE Margonda Depok meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan; (2) Semakin percaya responden terhadap JNE Margonda Depok akan semakin tinggi pula  kepuasan pelanggannya; 3) Kepuasan yang tinggi dari pelanggan akan membuat pelanggan semakin loyal terhadap JNE Margonda Depok

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance, to determine the effect of the environment on business performance, and to determine the effect of social media on business performance. The population in this study are all SMEs owners in Jakarta. Non-probability sampling method will be used in this study with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The determined sample is 50 entrepreneurs who are business owners in the culinary field in the Kelapa Gading area who have been in business for more than one year. Data processing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of the SmartPLS application. Overall results of this study are, entrepreneurial orientation affects business performance, the environment does not affect business performance, and social media influences business performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha, untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan terhadap kinerja usaha, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial terhadap kinerja usaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemilik UMKM di Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel, yaitu purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 wirausaha yang menjadi pemilik usaha dibidang kuliner di daerah Kelapa Gading yang menjalankan bisnisnya lebih dari satu tahun. Pengolahan data meenggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Secara keseluruhan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha, lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha, dan media sosial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha.

ABSTRACTThe number of e-commerce companies in Indonesia causes intense competition toattract someone to visit and purchases through their site. Some of the factors that havean influence on a person's purchase intention are trust, risk perception and security.Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between trust and riskperception on consumer safety and its implications for consumer buying interest in theShopee marketplace, Jambi city. The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling or rather purposive sampling with 100 respondents who wereresidents of Jambi City who used Shopee e-commerce. Data analysis was performedusing the PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method processed withSmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The results of this study indicate that consumer trust and riskperception have a significant positive effect on consumer safety. Oleh karena itu,penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan dan persepsi resikoterhadap keamanan konsumen dan implikasinya terhadap minat beli konsumen dimarketplace Shopee kota Jambi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian inimenggunakan non-probability sampling atau tepatnya purposive sampling dengan 100responden yang merupakan warga Kota Jambi yang menggunakan e-commerce Shopee.Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) berbasis PLS yang diolah dengan software Smart PLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukan bahwa kepercayaan konsumen dan Persepsi risiko memiliki pengaruhpositif signifikan terhadap keamanan konsumen. Sedangkan keamanan konsumenberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen.Kata Kunci: e-commerce, Minat Beli Konsumen, Persepsi Risiko, kepercayaankonsumen dan keamanan konsumen.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial competence and business sustainability to competitive advantage. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study is the culinary SMEs in Cimahi City with the number of samples of 50 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data retrieval technique used is a questionnaire by using Likert instrument measuring scale. Data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that there is a positive influence of entrepreneurial competence variables and business continuity to the competitive advantage of business in the field of culinary in the City of Cimahi Keywords: Business Continuity; Competitive Advantages; Entrepreneurship Competencies  Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kelanggengan usaha terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik penarikan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala ukur instrumen likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling. The objectives of this paper is to investigate factors that affecting SMEs performance. Particularly, our study examined the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, adaptability to external environment, and competitive advantage to SMEs performance. We also test the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and adaptability to external environment on SMEs competitive advantage. Results of structural equation modeling on 100 SMEs in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, suggested that entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage has a positive effect on SMEs business performance. However, our prediction that adaptability to external environment positively affect SMEs performance was not supported. Furthermore, our study also found that entrepreneurial orientation and adaptability to external environment positively affect SMEs competitive advantage.

The phenomenon that will be analyzed in this research is that the current development raises the urgency that there is a need for more effective and efficient performance that can increase productivity, increase profits and reduce costs. Batik MSMEs in Laweyan, Solo, Central Java, which currently mostly use manual and semi-manual methods, need to develop themselves in order to be able to compete with batik invaders from abroad such as Malaysia, China and Vietnam. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of technology adaptation, market orientation and networking on the competitive advantage and business performance of batik MSMEs in Laweyan, Solo, Central Java. The population chosen in this study were all of the Batik Laweyan UMKM as many as 156 UMKM Batik. The number of respondents used in this study was 156 Laweyan Batik UMKM. The sampling technique in this research is the census method. The data collection method is by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling. Based on research, market orientation has a positive effect on competitive advantage, adaptation of modern technology and networking has no effect on competitive advantage. Adaptation of modern technology, market orientation, networking and competitive advantage have a positive effect on business performance. In terms of testing the fit model, it states that the model has a good fit. So from this it can be concluded that the model has a good enough fit to predict business performance.
