Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang signifikansi pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga Tiket dan Promosi terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Puro Mangkunegaran  Surakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung di area obyek wisata Puro Mangkunegaran Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga Tiket, dan Promosi berpengaruh  positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga Tiket, dan Promosi berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga Tiket, dan Promosi mempengaruhi variabel kepuasan pengunjung secara signifikan. Hasil uji R2 (koefisien determinasi) diketahui bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga Tiket, dan Promosi mampu menjelaskan sebesar 87,2% terhadap variabel kepuasan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain seperti trust, citra obyek wisata, dan tempat.

This research is a descriptive survey to determine the needs of lecturers and students for STEM-oriented problem posing learning models that can activate students to ask questions so that students can learn independently and can improve their problem solving skills in calculus. This research sample were students who took Calculus and lecturers who taught calculus. The research instrument used an online needs analysis questionnaire with two forms of statements, namely statements containing qualitative data. The research object consisted of 156 students from Padang State University, Bung Hatta University and STKIP PGRI Padang, as well as 2 lecturers teaching from the three colleges. The results of data analysis showed that on the part of lecturers and students is needed this learning model. Based on this results shows that the importance of designing a multidisciplinary oriented problem posing (STEM) learning model to increase problem solving abilities

Dalam penelitian ini penulis menganalisis karakteristik pengunjung Objek Wisata Kebun Raya Balikpapan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengunjung berdasarkan karakteristik demografis, karakteristik fisiologis dan karakteristik pola perjalanan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu, metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan rasionalistik berdasarkan data yang didapatkan melalui kuisioner. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, maka karakteristik demografis pengunjung Kebun Raya Balikpapan didominasi oleh generasi muda belum menikah, berusia 17-30 tahun dan didominasi oleh jenis kelamin laki-laki. Sebanyak 36% dari responden pengunjung merupakan pelajar dan mahasiswa. Karakteristik pengunjung secara fisiologis diperoleh hasil bahwa 98% responden pengunjung adalah wisatawan yang melakukan kunjungan singkat < 12 jam, dan alokasi anggaran terbesar adalah untuk transportasi sehingga tidak konsumtif. Berdasarkan karakteristik pola perjalanannya, diperoleh hasil bahwa mayoritas pengunjung (97,2% responden) merupakan pengunjung rombongan yang mengatur perjalanannya sendiri tanpa bantuan biro perjalanan dengan tujuan liburan dan preferensi kendaraan dominan adalah menggunakan mobil dan sepeda motor.

Tourism is one of the economic roots in Banyuwangi Regency which provides a trend with positive and significant values. The harmonization of the tourism sector with the creative economy sectors, such as industries and innovation carried out by the government in a sustainable manner are expected to be an alternative in the development of the regional economy through a multiplier effect. This study aims to identify the leading and non leading sectors of the business and industrial fields, so it can accelerate the tourism sector in Banyuwangi Regency. The analytical tools used are location quotient and shift share analysis. The results show that agriculture, forestry and fisheries, mining and excavation, the construction, and the education service as the leading sectors can be collaborated for accelerating tourism in Banyuwangi Regency. The performance of them can be proven from the results of the shift share analysis with a value that tends to be positive towards accelerating tourism in Banyuwangi Regency. Keywords : tourism, Location Quotient (LQ), shift share, leading sector

AbstractThis research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Relation Quality, and Promotion, either partially or simultaneously on the priority of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) KC Banjarmasin. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method as data collection. The analysis technique used is descriptive and explanatory analysis, to explain causal relationships and hypothesis testing. Covid-19 cases in Indonesia continue to increase sharply, the latest date is on July 22 2020 saw reactive patients reaching 91,751 cases, an increase there were 1,882 cases, deaths due to Covid-19 also increased by 139 people, the accumulative total of cases of death was 4,459 people. Assessment the effectiveness of government policies related to efforts to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19 continues to be carried out, including the implementation of social restriction policies large scale (PSBB) enforced in varios major cities in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze various conditions and problems implementation of large scale social restriction policies (PSBB) to allocating social assistance funds in the cities of Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bogor amidst unstable socio-economic conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic refers to new habits in living everyday life, remembering these three big cities are cities with the intensity of socio-economic activities population with a heterogeneous background. Method which used in research is a qualitative method with collection techniques library data and interviews. The qualitative method is research which are descriptive in nature, using analysis, referring to data, utilize existing theory as supporting material, and produce a theory. The result of the study show that there are pros and cons to application this large scale social policy (PSBB), even the PSBB is considered useless and does not exist because there are still many fields that are still operating, distribution of social assistance funds that are considered a solution for the community many low income earners are still not on target

Increased tourism activity and the vulnerability of the Anyer tourism area on the coast of the Sunda Strait triggered the development of hotel preparedness for disaster risk reduction. The safety and security of tourists is the main focus of stakeholders, especially the hotel in realizing the coastal area of the Sunda Strait as a tsunami-resistant area. This study aims to identify tsunami preparedness programs for hotels in the tourism area of Anyer, the government programs of the Banten Province, and Serang Regency were also identified. Primary data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained through previous studies and local government policies. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. This study was carried out for six months in eight hotels in the Anyer tourism area. The results showed that hotels in the Anyer tourism area had not implemented the non-structural preparedness concept according to the tsunami ready hotel concept before the Sunda Strait Tsunami. The absence of standard tsunami operational procedures is one of the biggest causes of the number of casualties.

This study aims to prove whether gender, financial rewards and labor market considerations affect career interest in becoming a public accountant for accounting students at the Balikpapan College of Economics.The analytical tool used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. Financial rewards and labor market considerations affect career interest in becoming a public accountant for accounting students at the Balikpapan College of Economics, and among the two variables the most dominant is financial rewards with a higher tcount value. greater than the value of t table (2.908> 1.992). and the sig value. 0.005 <0.05. For the gender variable, it shows that there is no influence on the interest in a career as a public accountant for accounting students at the Balikpapan College of Economics, where the results show that tcount (-1.199) is smaller than t table (1.992) with a sig value. 0.234 is greater than the specified significance of 0.05. Keywords: Gender,    Financial  Rewards, Labor    Market  Considerations,       Career   Interest to Become A Public   Accountant

Tracer study dibutuhkan untuk mencari data alumni untuk diolah menjadi suatu informasi yang dapat diterima civitas kampus. Data hasil mentracer alumni akan digunakan oleh pejabat tinggi kampus, alumni dan juga perusahaan sebagai informasi mengenai kualitas alumni Institut Teknologi Kalimantan setiap tahunnya. Tracer Study 2019 ditunjukan untuk alumni ITK 2016, 2017 dan 2018 yang berjumlah 199 alumni dan yang merespon sebanyak 163. Dari 163 alumni yang merespon terdapat 120 yang pernah mendapatkan Beasiswa Kaltim Cemerlang. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) yang memiliki median tertinggi adalah Sistem Informasi dan median terendah dari prodi Teknik Elektro. Kategori bidang usaha para alumni terdiri dari 56,67% Perusahaan Swasta, 8,33% wiraswasta , Instansi Pemerintah (termasuk BUMN) 34,17% dan Organisasi non-Profit/Lembaga swadaya masyarakat sebanyak 0,83%. Berdasarkan urutan perolehan IPK terhadap Jurusan, Jurusan Teknologi Industri dan Proses menempati terendah dengan 3.29 dan Jurusan Matematika dan Teknologi Informasi (JMTI) berada diposisi tertinggi dengan 3.49. Alumni Beasiswa Kaltim Cemerlang lebih banyak memilih bekerja di perusahaan swasta dibanding kan instansi pemerintah meskipun banyak diantaranya memiliki IPK >3.00. untuk alumni yang bekerja dengan skala multinasional mendapatkan Rp 2.828.000 setiap bulannya. Jumlah alumni beasiswa kaltim cemerlang dengan skala nasional  sebanyak 32 lebih sedikit dibandingkan alumni yang bekerja di skala nasional pada perusahaan swasta namun, penghasilan yang diperoleh perbulannya rata-rata mencapai  Rp 5.212.000 lebih besar dibandingkan perusahaan swasta.Kata kunci: IPK, Tracer Study, Beasiswa Kaltim Cemerlang
