This study aims to review the concept of entrepreneurship capital in the context of rural entrepreneurship. Rural entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly popular because it is considered as the proper instrument in stemming urbanization. This research examines the relationship between entrepreneurship and firm performance in the perspective of resource-based theory. The researcher used a structural equation model approach as a tool to measure the relationship. The unit of analysis of this study is a rural youth entrepreneur domiciled in East Java Province, Malang Regency, Bojonegoro, and Tuban. This study used a quantitative approach involving 733 youth entrepreneurs with a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study found that not all elements of entrepreneurship capital were able to influence firm performance. The three elements are cultural capital, social capital, and human capital. Other findings show financial capital is no longer as a major consideration to support entrepreneurship as in previous studies.

PurposeThis study aims to test and analyze the effect of maintenance operation, time utility and occupancy on sustainability with transit oriented development (TOD) as a moderating variable.Design/methodology/approachThis research is a quantitative research. The data in this study are a combination of primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The research took place at PT MRT Jakarta with all the board of directors as a sample in this study. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling and data analysis using structural equation model (SEM).FindingsThe result shows that maintenance and operation (M&O) have a positive and significant effect on time utility, M&O have a positive and significant effect on sustainability, time utility has a positive and significant effect on occupancy, occupancy has a positive and significant effect on sustainability and the influence of TOD does not significantly influence the relationship between time utility on occupancy and occupancy on sustainability.Originality/valueThe originality of this research lies in testing the maintenance operation, time utility and occupancy variables on sustainability with the renewal of TOD as a moderating variable.

(2) to know the relationship ofvariables that affect the competence of supervisors on the performance of the quality of buildingconstruction in Malang. The research was carried out on several samples of foreman in Malang. The sampling technique used is the judgmental technique (purposive). The statistical tool used inthis study is Structural Equation Model (SEM) to determine the relationship of variables that affectthe foreman’s competence on the quality of construction of the building performance in Malang. The analysis showed that foreman’s competency factors affecting the performance of thequality of building construction in Malang are competency skills, personal and management. Fromthe result of this research noted that there is a significant effect between skills variables, personalvariables and management variable on the quality of buildings construction in Malang. Based onthese result, it is advisable to conduct further research for other types of work that can be seen inmore depth the competence of foreman. Keywords: foreman competence, quality of building construction

Competition in tour & travel in gaining subscribers is increasing in line with the increment of consumer demand for traveling. Brands can be a competitive tool of a company. Research conducted is aimed at analyzing Brand Love, Brand Trust toward the Word of Mouth through Brand Loyalty. A total of 200 respondents in the sample who use the services of tour and travel is selected by using Purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis applies the Structural Equation Model / SEM. This study finds (1) the positive and direct influence of Brand Love, Brand Trust toward Brand Loyalty, Word of Mouth. (2) Brand Loyalty plays a role in mediating the relationship between Brand Love, Brand Trust with Word of Mouth. (3) The strongest factor affecting the Word of Mouth is the Brand Trust. Competency mapping is developed as the promising tool to measure the talent enhancement of the faculty members working in higher education at Bangalore. It is considered to be the need of the hour to update with respect to changing environment in the field of technological, cultural, social and economic way.to conduct the study, there are 450 faculty members included as respondents from three different segments through convenience sampling technique. To describe their actual opinion of the respondents towards the competency mapping, there are six variables are used and one moderating variable also employed to enhance the talent and skill level of the faculty members, and the same was collected through administering structured questionnaire. A structural equation model is created with the primary data collected using statistical software AMOS V.21 and explained the relationship between the defined variables under the study. Finally, it is concluded that, the faculty members are agreed upon that competency mapping is a tool for measuring the talent enhancement, and which will be much helpful to survive under the hectic competitive position created by the digital rivalry.

The influence of digitalization has extended across industries including the financial sector. Numerous innovations for investment have been launched while financial information has now become easily accessible, raising potential for Generation Z (Gen Z) to make investment. This study aims to understand financial literacy and investment behavior of Gen Z in Jakarta, Indonesia. Data were collected using quantitative approach, particularly through adoption of online questionnaire and convenience sampling technique. The relationship between financial literacy and investment decisions was then analyzed using Structural Equation Model regression - Lisrel statistical software. Finally, it was found that financial literacy significantly influenced investment decisions of Gen Z in Jakarta.

The paper investigates attitude towards online advertising in Kathmandu Valley. The paper adopted descriptive cross-sectional research design and non- probability sampling technique to collect data. Data were collected from 401 online shopping customers of Kathmandu Valley. PLS based structural equation model was applied to examine the hypotheses. First, the study examined the relationship between good for economy elements and attitude toward online advertising, result confirms that the good for economy elements have a significant influence on the attitude toward advertising in online platforms. This paper also examined the relationship between quality elements and attitude toward online advertising and found that good quality elements of advertisement have a significant influence on attitudes toward online advertising in online platforms. Findings suggest that good for the economy and quality elements of online advertising have a significant influence on attitudes toward online advertisements.

This paper focuses on explaining how individuals set goals on multiple performance episodes, in the context of performance feedback comparing their performance on each episode with their respective goal. The proposed model was tested through a longitudinal study of 493 university students’ actual goals and performance on business school exams. Results of a structural equation model supported the proposed conceptual model in which self-efficacy and emotional reactions to feedback mediate the relationship between feedback and subsequent goals. In addition, as expected, participants’ standing on a dispositional measure of behavioral inhibition influenced the strength of their emotional reactions to negative feedback.

This study focused on college students’ attitudes toward the relationship between online civic responsibility and online civic engagement and its impacts. It also investigated the mediating roles of online civic learning and online civic expression in this relationship. A survey was conducted in Taiwan, testing for indirect effects with mediated variables using a structural equation model. The study tested hypotheses about the mediations of online civic learning and online civic expression on this relationship between online civic responsibility and online civic engagement for college students. The results indicate that the mediators of online civic learning and online civic expression fully mediate the relationship between online civic responsibility and online civic engagement.
