The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of age and level of education on the performance of agricultural extension assistants, either simultaneously or partially. This research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The sample of the research was the Agricultural Extension Assistants in Banyuwangi Regency. The sampling technique was a total sampling of 40 respondents. The main data of this research are primary data obtained by data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression to determine the effect simultaneously and partially. The results showed that age and education level had a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension assistants, either simultaneously or partially.

Research objectives: 1) To determine the characteristics of Javanese ethnic groups in Buluran Kenali Village; 2) To find out and analyze the influence of age, origin, education level and length of stay on the income of Javanese ethnic migrant residents in the Buluran Kenali Village. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from survey results by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicates that the average age of migrants is 44 years old, married with a total of 2 people, education that has completed an average of 10 years comes directly from Java, with the reason of moving to Jambi City due to family invitation and knowing the City Jambi from family/friends. From the results of multiple linear regression it is known that age, origin, level of education, length of stay have an effect on and significantly affect the income of ethnic Javanese migrants in Jambi City. Partially, age, education and length of stay influence and significantly affect the income of Javanese ethnic migrants in Jambi City, while the origin does not affect and the income of ethnic Javanese migrants in Jambi City. This study aims to determine the effect of accountability, transparency, and service quality on the interest of muzaki (study at zakat institutionsSurabaya). This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is all muzaki registered at zakat institutions in Surabaya. The sampling technique using convenience sampling. This study uses 6 (six) zakat institutions that have been selected by taking a sample of 120 muzaki. Primary data collection in this study used a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study show that accountability, transparency, and service qualitypartially have a positive and significant effect on the interest of muzaki to paying zakat. Accountability, transparency, and service qualitysimultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the interest of muzaki to paying zakat.Keywords: Accountability, Transparency, Service Quality, Interest, Zakat, Zakat Institution

<em>This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 2) the effect of work loyalty on employee performance at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 3) the effect of job satisfaction and job loyalty towards employee performance at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading. The data used in this study are primary data with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading. The sample is 48 respondents. The saturated sampling technique and the analytical tool used in this study is simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed: 1) job satisfaction affected the performance of employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 2) work loyalty affected the performance of employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 3) job satisfaction and work loyalty affected the performance of employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading.</em>

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of   tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy of service quality to consumer satisfaction of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionaires were distributed to the 100 respondent of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. Hypothesis testing using the T test. Result shows that  partially, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy variables has significant effect on consumer satisfaction  of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. Based on the analysis of known coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square is  0.477, this means 47,7% variable consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables service quality.

This study aims to determine the level of influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior toward investment decisions. The data used in this study are primary data, the sample used in this study were PKK members in Jambi City. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 2,337 + 0.159 X1 + 0.518 X2, and the test of this study using the f-test, R2-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior affect investment decisions.

This study's intended objective is to evaluate the effect of the work capability on the welfare of the apparatus and work facilities and its impact on the efficiency of the Mamuju police force in the province of West Sulawesi. This study uses a causal research design that illustrates a causal or causal association in the variables examined and used a quantitative approach. In this report, all the Mamuju Police staff, the West Sulawesi Province, were as many as 95. The sampling technique was a non?probability sampling process of systematic sampling, which implies that the samples were taken according to the order of the counted population members. Data collection was carried out by observation, distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. This review analyses and processes data with multiple linear regression using SPSS ver. 25. All the hypotheses suggested in this study are acceptable. The variables of the level of welfare and work facilities are critical variables that can influence staff's workability to enhance their performance. The story of welfare is necessary to inspire workers to function more efficiently; the more affluent the team, the more likely they are to increase their efficiency. Work facilities indicate that the types of facilities given by the company have facilitated an improvement in officers' efficiency, that the needs of the apparatus provide an appropriate standard of facilities, not just to facilitate their work, but also to promote satisfaction and ease of work.

This research was conducted to see the effect of service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Besuki branch of JNE. Sampling was done by random sampling technique where all the population was taken at random to be the research sample. This is done to increase customer satisfaction at JNE Besuki branch through service quality, promotion and price. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression to determine service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality affects customer satisfaction, promotion affects customer satisfaction, price affects customer satisfaction. SkripsiStarta One (S1) Accounting Departement STIE Widya Wiwaha Yogyakarta 2018. The purpose of this research is to know influence of Knowledge Taxation,Socialization, Service, Tax Sanctions and Education Level of Taxpayer Awareness Paying PBB P2 with using multiple linear regression and dummy’s variable. The sample in this research includes 120 respondences who are in the District of Prambanan, village Bokoharjo, Madurejo, Sambirejo, Sumberharjo, Wukirharjo, Gayamharjo. The sampling method is convenience sampling. The collected of data to use primary data with questionnaire technique and secondary data that is data taken from DPPKAD (Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aset Daerah). The results of the research to drawn that the partial, knowledge taxation has a positive relationship and significantly influence the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2, and Services have a positive relationship and significant effect on the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2. By mutual independentvariables affect the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2 as a dependent variable.

This research is to know the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation toward organizational commitment of teacher in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey method at the teacher at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 43 teachers at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using 16.00 for windows application. The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously to the organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency.
