<em>This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 2) the effect of work loyalty on employee performance at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 3) the effect of job satisfaction and job loyalty towards employee performance at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading. The data used in this study are primary data with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading. The sample is 48 respondents. The saturated sampling technique and the analytical tool used in this study is simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed: 1) job satisfaction affected the performance of employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 2) work loyalty affected the performance of employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading, 3) job satisfaction and work loyalty affected the performance of employees at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna KCP Kelapa Gading.</em>

This study is to examine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. Population in this research was the entire employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Besuki, Situbondo, Indonesia which was about 295 peoples. Then, the researcher applied probability random sampling technique to select 170 respondents as the sampling. The researcher analyzed the data by applying multiple linear regression method. The result shows that leadership and job satisfaction contribute positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of nonfinancial compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance of PT Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi partially and simultaneously. The research this use  quantitative approach by using interview and questionnaire. The samples using purposive sampling technique with Slovin formula resulted 217 respondent samples. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test. The result of the research found that: (1) Nonfinancial compensation has no significant effect on employee performance; (2) Motivation have significant effect on employee performance; (3) Job satisfaction have significant effect on employee performance; and (4) Nonfinancial compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction have significant effect on employee performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership, work environment, Islamic work ethics, and job satisfaction on employee performance of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study was 43 employees with the sampling technique using surfeited sampling, which made the entire population a sample. Retrieval of data through the distribution of structured questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of leadership and work environment were positive towards employee performance. Meanwhile, Islamic work ethics and job satisfaction have no effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of age and level of education on the performance of agricultural extension assistants, either simultaneously or partially. This research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The sample of the research was the Agricultural Extension Assistants in Banyuwangi Regency. The sampling technique was a total sampling of 40 respondents. The main data of this research are primary data obtained by data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression to determine the effect simultaneously and partially. The results showed that age and education level had a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension assistants, either simultaneously or partially.

This research aims to analyze the impact of work environment and workload on employees' work performance. The research object is KSU Islah Citra Mandiri employee in Boyolali. The population was KSU Islah Citra Mandiri Boyolali employees with a total number of 32 people, the samples of which were taken by use of saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression to examine the impact of work environment and workload to employees' work performance. The research results indicated that the work environment and workload influence employees 'performance both partially and simultaneously: the work environment has positive impact, while workload has negative impact on employees' performance.

The purpose of this study was to know the partial influence between work rotation on employee performance, to know the partial influence between organizational communication on employee performance, to know the partial influence between job satisfaction on employee performance, to know the simultaneous influence between work rotation, organizational communication and job satisfaction. The method in the study was to use multiple linear regression, with classical assumption test stages (data normality, multicolinearity and heteroscedastiity), coefficient of determination, analysis of multiple linear regression coefficients and significant tests (t and F). The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely KOPEGTEL Jaya employees of 56 customers. The results showed that partially variables of job rotation, organizational communication and job satisfaction affect employee performance. Simultaneously it also shows that variables of job rotation, organizational communication and job satisfaction affect employee performance. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination found that variables of work rotation, organizational communication and job satisfaction have an influence of 80%, while the remaining 20% is explained by other unknown factors or variables and is not included in this regression analysis, such as salary, work environment and others. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, unntuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan antara rotasi kerja, komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Metode dalam penelitian adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan tahapan uji asumsi klasik (normalitas data, multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas), koefisien determinasi, analisis koefisien regresi linier berganda dan uji signifikan (t dan F). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada responden yaitu karyawan KOPEGTEL Jaya yang berjumlah 56 pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahwa secara parsial variabel rotasi kerja, komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan juga menunujukkan bahwa variabel rotasi kerja, komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi ditemukan bahwa variabel rotasi kerja, komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 80%, sedangkan sisanya 20% dijelaskan dengan faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak diketahui dan tidak termasuk dalam analisis regresi ini, seperti gaji, lingkungan kerja dan lainnya.   KataKunci:Rotasi Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

This study aims to determine the level of influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior toward investment decisions. The data used in this study are primary data, the sample used in this study were PKK members in Jambi City. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 2,337 + 0.159 X1 + 0.518 X2, and the test of this study using the f-test, R2-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior affect investment decisions.

This research was conducted to see the effect of service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Besuki branch of JNE. Sampling was done by random sampling technique where all the population was taken at random to be the research sample. This is done to increase customer satisfaction at JNE Besuki branch through service quality, promotion and price. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression to determine service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality affects customer satisfaction, promotion affects customer satisfaction, price affects customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

<em>This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision on the selection of broiler for household consumption in Surakarta. This study is a case study conducted in one of the densest urban village of Tegalharjo, Jebres, Surakarta. This research was conducted in November - December 2015. The basic method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with survey technique to household / household in Tegalharjo Village, Jebres, Surakarta. Sampling technique is done by Purposive Sampling method with 86 respondents. Primary data was obtained from interview with questionnaire tool. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Surakarta, Jebres and Tegalharjo. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression test. The result of research shows that the instrument is valid because r count&gt; r table and reliable because of Alpha Cronbach result for each sub variable in the range 0,761 - 0,873, research data is normal distribution with significance value of each variable&gt; 0,05, result of multiple linear regression test show each variable has significant effect on broiler consumption except family wealth factor variable (X2), with value of Adjusted R2 equal to 0,731. Conclusion from this research was that the economic and social factors as a whole affect the level of consumption of broiler in the household in Surakarta.</em>
