The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between service quality, price and location on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on Milala Service Station Medan. The population of this research is the service users of Milala Service Station during the study period with a total sample of 82 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data collection method with a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The multiple linear regression equation obtained from the test results is Y = -0,636 + 0,145X1 + 0,224X2 + 0,236X3 + ei, meaning that simultaneous service quality, price and location have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of users of MilalaService Station Medan services. However, location variable is the most influential variable on customer satisfaction of service users of Medan Milala Service Station. With a regression coefficient of 0.236 or 23.6%, this means that Milala Medan Service Station should maintain its existing location. R square of 0.401, meaning that variations in customer satisfaction can be explained by variations in service quality, price and location by 40.1% and the remaining 59.9% can be explained by other variables not explained in this study. From the results of research and discussion, Medan Milala Service Station should further develop and maintain indicators of service quality, price and location available at Medan Milala Service Station, so that employees can further enhance customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product price diversity, which consists of product quality diversity, product type diversity, product display diversity to customer satisfaction. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with 90 respondents in the Tebat branch of Ramayana, and data collection techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show the variable of product quality diversity and product display variables have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction in the Ramayana branch of Tebet. While the variable price of product prices and the diversity of product types have no effect on customer satisfaction in the Ramayana Depart. Store Tebet branch. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. This research aims to know the influence of product quality, and quality service to the customer's preferences in store savings wadiah yad dhamanah. The method used was explanatory survey with multiple linear regression test tool. The respondents of the research was Bank BRI Syariah KCP Setiabudhi Bandung. As for the sampling technique used is a sampling of saturated. The results showed a preference Bank BRI Syariah KCP Setiabudhi can be categorized and significantly higher client preferences are influenced by the variable quality of product and service quality.

Impact of Work Discipline on the Performance Capability of the Nagari Apparatus in Managing Financial Nagari in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of work discipline on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The population used in this study were all nagari apparatus in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Subdistricts of 80 people, while the samples used as many as 75 respondents were determined by the Slovin formula using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline of the nagari apparatus is relatively high while the performance of the nagari apparatus is still low and the results of the regression test explain that work discipline has an impact on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts.

Customer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or satisfaction from customers that arise after using or consuming a product / service. The purpose of this study is to determine how promotion and quality influence Grab customer satisfaction in Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that the effect of promotion and service quality on Grab service satisfaction in Denpasar City is partially and simultaneously significant.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and brand image on interest in buying Iphone 12 in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were 4,175 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, while the sample in this study used the slovin formula as many as 98 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software program.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control and communication toward employee performance in Bank Indonesia representative office of Bengkulu Province. The sampling technique is a census of 48 permanent employees. Data collection using questionnaires and analytical methods used are multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that locus of control and communication had a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously toward employee performance in Bank Indonesia representative office of Bengkulu Province.
