El siguiente trabajo representa un intento por abordar teórica y empíricamente las formas de configuración de la autoridad pedagógica actual, los elementos de continuidad y cambio verificados en su ejercicio y las nuevas legitimidades que permiten su emergencia. <p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">El presente artículo busca analizar las transformaciones que ha sufrido la autoridad del profesor en la escuela chilena a través de un estudio de caso. Para ello se analizará la noción de autoridad desde una perspectiva histórica en la cultura escolar del Instituto Nacional a través de 4 periodos: 1973-1977, 1982-1986, 1990-1994, 2006-2010. A partir de entrevistas realizadas a ex alumnos del Instituto Nacional se observarán las maneras en que se ha concebido la autoridad en las distintas épocas y las transformaciones que se han producido en los periodos señalados. Esta pesquisa consiste no estudo de caso entre as coberturas da morte do ator mexicano Roberto Gómez Bolaños, o “Chespirito”, feitas pelo canal FOROtv, pertencente ao conglomerado de mídias mexicano Televisa, e pelo Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão. O aspecto cultural merece especial destaque e, por meio da problematização das distinções existentes entre a morte (substantivo) e o morrer (verbo), o presente estudo demonstra que as coberturas da mídia nestes casos se fazem a partir da relevância da personagem para a identidade do público. Conclui-se, por meio do estudo de caso, que ocorreu o ofuscamento do sujeito (Roberto Bolaños) em detrimento da personagem (Chespirito). A cobertura sobre o morrer de Chespirito serviu, na verdade, para reafirmar sua vida e presença na mídia.     PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Morte; Morrer; Roberto Bolaños; Chespirito; Cobertura de mídia; Televisão.     ABSTRACT This research is the case study of the coverage of the death of Mexican actor Roberto Gómez Bolaños "Chespirito" made by FOROtv, news channel belonging to the Mexican media conglomerate Televisa, and the Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão. The cultural aspect deserves special attention, and through the questioning of existing distinctions between death (noun) and the die (verb), this study shows that media coverage in these cases are made from the importance of the character to the identity of the public. So, through the case study, the conclusion is that ocurred the obscuring of the subject (Roberto Bolaños) at the expense of the character (Chespirito). El aspecto cultural merece una atención especial y, a través de preguntas de las diferencias existentes entre la muerte (sustantivo) y la matriz (verbo), este estudio muestra que la cobertura de los medios de comunicación en estos casos se hace de la importancia del carácter de la identidad el público. En conclusión, a través del estudio de caso, que se oscurece el sujeto (Roberto Bolaños) a expensas de carácter (Chespirito). In its development, madrasas experienced ups and downs in their development. The most basic problem is the management aspect. The following cases of management are interesting to note. There are schools or madrasas that initially experience setbacks, then can progress rapidly. On the other hand, there are schools or madrassas that initially developed, but then almost went out of business. One of the reasons is due to the management that is not mature enough, therefore personnel management in the world of education is very important especially in educational institutions especially Islamic-based educational institutions. This study aims to determine the application of personnel management in Islamic education institutions and supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. This research is a type of field research with a multi-case study research approach. Data collection methods used Participatory Observation and In-depth interviews. The steps of data analysis in this study use the analysis of the Miles and Huberman models. Based on the results of research in the field it was found that: 1) The implementation of personnel management in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School which consisted of educators and education staff. There are several components of personnel management, including seven components that have different divisions and elements, namely planning, recruitment, coaching, dismissal, but there are three important components that have not been comprehensively applied, namely compensation, appointment and evaluation. 2) Supporting factors for the implementation of personnel management in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School are the motivation given by the madrasa headmaster and headmaster to their personnel so that they always try to be better and give encouragement or enthusiasm in carrying out their tasks. Both vision, mission, goals because each institution must have a vision, mission and goals as well as MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong High School have a vision, mission and clear objectives, while the inhibiting factor in the implementation of personnel administration is a means of implementing administration in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School due to the unavailability of sufficient funds and human resources in their fields.

ResumenEsta investigación cualitativa es un estudio de caso basado en registros y observaciones. Su carácter no experimental se debe a que se investigaron las interacciones sin modificar variable alguna. Se basa en la intervención con una familia cuyos roles no son claros y sus lí­mites son difusos; en el que Marí­a desea con la terapia aprender estrategias propias del rol de madre que le delega su hija para mejorar la conducta de sus nietas. Le fue útil la técnica de escalas de avance del Modelo de Terapia Centrada en Soluciones para medir cuantitativamente sus progresos asignándoles una cifra. Los resultados conductuales fueron favorables y aportaron tranquilidad a la abuela. Its non-experimental character is due to the fact that interactions were investigated without modifying any variable. It is based on intervention with a family whose roles are unclear and their boundaries are diffuse; where Maria wants with the therapy to learn strategies of the role of mother that her daughter delegates to improve the behavior of her granddaughters. Was useful for her the technique of scales of advance of the Model of Therapy Centered in Solutions to quantitatively measure girls’ progress assigning a number to their advances. Behavioral results were favorable and provided reassurance to the grandmother. The present paper discusses the notions of inter, multi and transdisciplinarity in the context of present day scientific practice, with a brief summary of the historical roots of the current scenario. As a case-study, it is analyzed the situation of research on HDs, as an emergent multidisciplinary field aiming at transdisciplinarity. An illustration is presented, from the experience of the constitution of a multidisciplinary team related to basic research in HDs. The author highlights the specific skills and modalities of participation of both the intervening specialists and the ‘generalist’ or manager of knowledge. Suggestions are offered on how to expand this model. <p>Trata-se de estudo de caso, objetivando-se pôr à prova a suspeita de características de altas habilidades/superdotação (AH/SD) em um adolescente de 12 anos, do sexo masculino, realizando-se dez sessões de avaliação psicopedagógica. Após anamnese detalhada com a mãe e com o adolescente, foram empreendidos testes psicopedagógicos e um de eficiência intelectual, aplicado por uma psicóloga colaboradora, como forma de avaliação multirreferencial e multimétodos. O adolescente foi avaliado com bons recursos intelectuais; todavia, características de AH/SD foram vistas apenas pela mãe, e não pelos professores participantes. Acompanhamento assistido em atividades e oferecimento de enriquecimento curricular nas áreas de seu interesse (dentro ou fora da sala de aula) e no nível de seu desempenho foram prescritos.</p><p><strong>Palavras-chave: </strong>Avaliação Assistida, Aluno com Altas Habilidades/Superdotação, Interação Professor-aluno.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Adolescente en el contexto de las altas habilidades/superdotación: evaluación psicopedagógica</strong></p><p>Se trata de un estudio de caso, que tuvo el objetivo de poner a prueba la sospecha de características de altas habilidades/superdotación (AH/SD) en un adolescente de 12 años, del sexo masculino; se realizaron diez sesiones de evaluación psicopedagógica. Después de anamnesis detallada con la madre y el adolescente, se realizaron tests psicopedagógicos y uno de eficiencia intelectual, aplicado por una psicóloga colaboradora, como forma de evaluación multirreferencial y multimétodos. El adolescente fue evaluado como teniendo buenos recursos intelectuales; aun considerando esto, características de AH/SD fueron vistas solo por la madre y no por los profesores participantes. Se prescribió acompañamiento asistido en actividades y ofrecimiento de enriquecimiento del plan de estudios en las áreas de interés del adolescente (dentro o fuera del aula) y en el nivel de su desempeño.</p><p><strong>Palabras clave: </strong>Evaluación Asistida, Alumno con Altas Habilidades/Superdotación, Interacción Profesor-alumno.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The adolescent in the context of high ability/giftedness: psycho-pedagogical evaluation</strong></p><p>This is a case study aiming to test suspected characteristics of high ability/giftedness (HA/G) in a 12-year-old male adolescent, comprising ten psycho-pedagogical assessment sessions. After a detailed anamnesis with the mother and the adolescent, a collaborating psychologist applied psycho-pedagogical tests and one of intellectual efficiency as a form of multi-referential and multimethod assessment. The adolescent was evaluated as having good intellectual resources. However, HA/G characteristics were seen only by the mother, and not by the participating teachers. El artículo aborda el problema de las medidas socioeducativas privativas de libertad destinadas a adolescentes en su tránsito por el Sistema Penal Juvenil Uruguayo. El objetivo es visibilizar cómo se compone de la ética del cuidado de agentes a cargo de la custodia de adolescentes. La investigación es de enfoque cualitativo y desarrolla un estudio de caso, único, descriptivo y en profundidad. Con enfoque etnográfico, desarrolla técnicas de entrevistas en profundidad, observación y análisis de documentos. En los resultados se pone de manifiesto el funcionamiento de la privación de libertad a través del análisis de tres elementos clave en las interacciones cotidianas en la institución: las vivencias de agentes a cargo de la custodia de adolescentes, sus interpretaciones y definiciones sobre las medidas socioeducativas y la población adolescente. Se concluye en la importancia de orientar la ejecución de las medidas socioeducativas desde el enfoque de los cuidados para mejorar las condiciones de la población adolescente en el sistema. The article addresses the issue of socio-educational confinement measures for adolescents in the path through the Uruguayan Juvenile Penal System. The aim is to highlight how the ethics of the care of agents in charge of the custody of adolescents is composed. The research is qualitative and develops a unique, descriptive and in-depth case study. From an ethnographic approach, it develops techniques of in-depth interviews, observation, and analysis of documents. The results show the functioning of the confinement measures through the analysis of three key elements of the institution’s daily interactions: the experiences of the agents in charge of the custody of adolescents, their interpretations and definitions on socio-educational measures and the adolescent population. It concludes on the importance of guiding the implementation of socio-educational measures from the care approach to improve the adolescent’s conditions in the system.

<p><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 7.5pt; text-align: justify;">La presente investigación es el estudio del caso Perú sobre las estrategias implementadas por el gobierno peruano a partir de la detección del paciente cero con el objetivo de contener la propagación de la pandemia por el coronavirus COVID-19 decretada por la OMS. Se detalla el comportamiento de la evolución de la cantidad de infectados a partir del 6 marzo al 24 de abril 2020. El primer grupo de medidas se adoptaron a partir de la detección del paciente cero hasta la declaración por la OMS (Organización Mundial de la Salud) como pandemia, acompañado de la implementación de protocolos acoplados a nuestro sistema de salud y medidas tomadas por el gobierno peruano mediante Decreto Supremo 008-2020-SA declarando emergencia sanitaria a nivel nacional por un plazo de 90 días. Posteriormente se pasó a tomar una serie de medidas evaluadas desde el 12 al 26 de marzo y del 27 de marzo al 24 de abril 2020, fecha que finaliza el presente estudio, detallando las estrategias consideradas por el gobierno peruano contra la propagación del coronavirus COVID-19. The first groups of measures were adopted from the detection of patient zero until the declaration by the WHO (World Health Organization) as a pandemic, accompanied by the implementation of protocols coupled to our health system and measures taken by the Peruvian government through Supreme Decree 008-2020-SA declaring a national health emergency for a period of 90 days. Subsequently, a series of measures evaluated were taken from March 12 to 26 and from March 27 to April 24, 2020, the date this study ends, detailing the strategies considered by the Peruvian government against the spread of the coronavirus COVID -19. Os acordos firmados entre Portugal e Inglaterra antes, durante e após o Congresso de Viena referentes á s condições para a prática do comércio e, especialmente, á  proibição do comércio de escravos oriundos de portos africanos situados ao norte da linha do Equador, afetaram duramente a economia da capitania do Maranhão (norte da América portuguesa), fundamentada na produção de algodão, com mão de obra escrava. Com a Abertura dos Portos em 1808, o Maranhão transformou-se em grande fornecedor de algodão para a Inglaterra, fato que elevou os números da economia maranhense a patamares nunca antes presenciados. Contudo, tal crescimento foi abalado nos anos seguintes pelas dificuldades impostas ao comércio de escravos, especialmente os procedentes dos atuais territórios de Guiné, Senegal, Gá¢mbia e Gana (portanto, ao norte da linha do Equador), de onde provinha grande parte da escravaria empregada nas lavouras maranhenses. Anos mais tarde, em meio á s expectativas geradas pela Revolução do Porto, os negociantes radicados no Maranhão denunciaram os prejuá­zos motivados por tais acordos, que incluá­am privilégios á s embarcações inglesas e, indiretamente, sobrecarga de tributos ao comércio colonial. É nesse contexto que o negociante Izidoro Rodrigues Pereira fez imprimir, em 1822, o folheto  Advertências interessantes á  prová­ncia do Maranhão, objeto desse estudo de caso. Revolução do Porto.  ECHOS FROM VIENA IN TIMES OF PORT REVOLUTION Abstract: The agreement signed by Portugal and England before, during and after The Congress of Vienna regarding the conditions of commerce, and specially, to ban slave trade from African ports on the north of the Equator Line, affected hardly the economy of Maranhão”™s Captaincy (north of the Portuguese America), based on cotton production with slave labor. With the ports opening in 1808, Maranhão became a great cotton supplier to England which raised the economical figures of Maranhão to levels never reached before. This growth was shaken in the following years due to the difficulties imposed to slave trade, especially those from the current territories of Guinea, Senegal, Gambia and Ghana (north of Equator Line) from a huge part of slaves used on Maranhão”™s crops came from. Years later, under the expectations generated by Port Revolution, the businessman settled on Maranhão denounced the losses caused by these agreements, that included privileges to England vessels, and indirectly, overtaxes to colonial commerce. It”™s in this context that the businessman Izidoro Rodrigues Pereira printed, in 1822, the brochure  Advertências interessantes á  prová­ncia do Maranhão (Interesting warning to the province of Maranhão), object of this case study. Port Revolution.  ECOS DE VIENA EN TIEMPOS DE LA REVOLUCIÓN DE OPORTOResumen: Los acuerdos firmados entre Portugal e Inglaterra, antes, durante y después del Congreso de Viena con respecto a las condiciones para la práctica del comercio y en especial la prohibición del comercio de esclavos procedentes de los puertos africanos al norte del ecuador,   que afectó la economá­a de capitaná­a de Maranhao (al norte de la América portuguesa), basado en la producción de algodón, con base el trabajo esclavo. Con la apertura de los puertos en 1808, Maranhão se ha convertido en un gran proveedor de algodón a Inglaterra,   hecho que levantó los números de la economá­a de Maranhão a niveles nunca antes presenciado. Sin embargo, este crecimiento se ha visto afectado en los años siguientes por las dificultades impuestas al comercio de esclavos, sobre todo   los que vená­an de los actuales territorios de Guinea, Senegal, Gambia y Ghana (por lo tanto, al norte del ecuador), de donde llegó la mayor parte de los esclavos empleados en los cultivos de Maranhão. Años más tarde, en medio de las expectativas generadas por la Revolución de Oporto, distribuidores basados en Maranhão reportaron pérdidas motivadas por esos acuerdos, que incluyen privilegios a los buques británicos y, de manera indirecta, aumento de los impuestos al comercio colonial. En este contexto, el distribuidor Izidoro Rodrigues Pereira hizo impresión, en 1822, el folleto Advertencias interesante de la provincia de Maranhao, objeto de este estudio de caso. While transformational leadership has received much attention in recent years, the purpose of this article is to explicate the concept of transition leadership and its centrality to understanding policy implementation and school change through a case study of one district and its school principals, transitioning from court-ordered desegregation to unitary status. The article begins with a discussion of the concept of transition leadership and then examines school principals’ transitional leadership, that is, the process of helping to guide an organization’s response to a very significant change in citywide policy. Data reported in this article are based on a series of open-ended, in-depth interviews with a sample of the district’s elementary and middle school principals. Analyses suggest that transition leadership entails an unmaking of past policy while simultaneously remaking new policies and a heavy reliance on establishing a social fabric and sense of community. The conclusion calls for added attention to the balancing of continuity and change that may be necessary to the leadership of a policy transition.
