IPDN sebagai lembaga pendidikan diharapkan dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi (TI) untuk membangun sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas serta mensinergikan kekuatan sivitas akademika IPDN. Tetapi, berdasarkan analisis kecukupan komponen tata kelola teknologi informasi dalam IT blueprint IPDN tahun 2015 – 2019, IPDN belum memiliki tata kelola TI yang memadai, sehingga manfaat teknologi informasi masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada domain service operation, dimana pada domain tersebut diketahui seberapa besar manfaat layanan TI. Analisis tingkat kematangan service operation kemudian dilakukan dan menunjukkan nilai maturity level yang masih berada pada level 1-initial. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, kemudian dilakukan analisis risiko dan analisis prioritas terhadap tata kelola service operation sehingga hasilnya dilakukan perancangan SOP untuk dua proses dalam ITIL Versi 3 service operation yaitu manajemen insiden dan manajemen masalah. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu IPDN dalam meningkatkan kapabilitas layanannya serta meningkatkan maturity level setidaknya menjadi level 3-defined.

Salah satu pilar utama atau domain dari pengelolaan teknologi informasi (TI) adalah investasi TI. Oleh karena itu, strategi untuk mengelola investasi TI sangat penting untuk mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan pengelolaan TI (IT Governance). Perusahaan perlu mengetahui tingkat kematangan dari manajemen investasi TI yang dapat membantu mengelola investasi TI dengan benar. Penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran terhadap peningkatan level kematangan manajemen investasi TI pada perusahaan BUMN setelah mengaplikasikan studi kelayakan finansial berdasarkan Generic IS/IT Business Values oleh Ranti, pada setiap tahap investasi TI serta meningkatkan struktur organisasi TI dengan membentuk IT steering committee. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa level kematangan manajemen investasi TI meningkat dari level 1 menjadi level 3. One of the key pillars or domains of Information Technology (IT) Governance is IT investment. Therefore, the strategy to manage IT investment is essential to support the successful implementation of IT Governance. Companies need to know the maturity level of IT investment management that can help them managing the IT investment properly. This research measures the increase of IT investment management maturity level of a state-owned company in Indonesia (BUMN) after applying the Financial Feasibility Study based on Ranti's Generic IS/IT Business Values in each IT investment stage as well as improving IT organization structure by forming IT Steering Committee. The result of this study indicates that the level of IT investment management maturity has increased from level 1 to level 3.

Sehubungan dengan tata kelola TI, perludigunakan suatu standar yang baik untuk melihatpengelolaan TI yang ada. COBIT (ControlObjectives for Information and RelatedTechnology) sebagai salah satu alat dalampengukuran tata kelola TI dapat digunakan untukmelihat tata kelola TI yang ada. Domain Plan andOrganise (PO) dan Aquire and Implement(AI) sangat tepat dilaksanakan pada saat ini,karena organisasi yang sedang membentukstruktur dan bentuk baru. Tingkat kematangan(maturity level) yang ada pada setiap proses TI yangterdapat dalam domain Plan and Organise (PO) danAquire and Implement (AI) pada PT. PrimasentaResources Indonesia rata -rata pada tingkat 1,753dan masih berada pada level 1 (initial/ad-hoc),walaupun ada 3 (tiga) proses TI yang sudahberada di level 2 (repeatable but intuitive). Untukdapat mencapai tingkat kematangan yangdidinginkan (expected maturity level) di level 3(defined process) maka semua prosedur yangdisyaratkan di tiap proses harus dipenuhi. Untukmencapai level 3 (defined process), mengacu padastandarisasi COBIT maka setiap organisasi harusmemiliki mekanisme dan prosedur yang jelasmengenai tata cara dan manajemen proses investasiteknologi informasi, dan mengkomunikasikan sertamensosialisasikan dengan baik di seluruh jajaranmanajemen organisasi.

The Accurate system in a company as data bookkeeping aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the data recording process, the performance of the Accurate system to avoid losing company data. The method used in this research is IT-IL Version 3 Domain Service Operation, this study uses  SWOT analysis within the company and it can be concluded that the value of all the factors can be specified for each item Strength: 2.32, Weakness: 0.71, Opportunity: 2 , 14, and Threat: 0.64. So it is known that the Strenght value above the Weakness value is the difference (+) 1.64 while the difference between the Opportunity and Threat values is 1.5. This research shows that the maturity level is at level 3 (Defined) with an average of 3,4. This shows that the resulting standard process is feasible..

The use of information and communication technology in a company gives an important contribution for the achievement of business objectives. PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, especially in the Business Solutions and Services Operations (BSSO), plays a significant role in the utilization of information and communication technology assets to PT Perusahaan Gas Negara. It takes a good IT governance for BSSO to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT usage. Audit of IT governance maturity using COBIT 4.1. Maturity model level used to determine the maturity level of IT usage in the enterprise with a scale of 0 (non-existent) to 5 (optimized). This study focused on two domains namely Plan and Organise (PO) and Monitor and Evaluate (ME) model to measure the maturity level of IT maturity levels in PT Perusahaan Gas Negara. From this study, the results of the maturity level domain PO is 3.13 and ME is 2.98, it can be given the conclusion that the maturity level of IT governance at PT PGN is in level 3 (defined). At this level means that all the procedures in the company are standardized and documented, but the company is still not able to detect the deviations that have occurred.

This study aims to determine the training evaluation at PT. Kujang Fertilizer. PT. Pupuk Kujang is a company engaged in the field of petrochemicals. Evaluation sheet of PT. Fertilizer Kujang is made based on Kirkpatrick's theory which consists of four levels of evaluation, namely reaction, learning, behavior, and results. At level 1, namely reaction, in the evaluation sheet is in accordance with the theory of Kirkpatrick, at level 2 that is learning should be held pretest and posttest but only made scale. At level 3, behavior, according to theory, but on assessment factor number 3, quantity and work productivity should not need to be included because they are included in level 4. At level 4, that is the result, here is still lacking to get a picture of the results of the training that has been carried out because only based on answers from superiors without evidence of any documents.   Keywords: Training Evaluation, Kirkpatrick Theory.    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui evaluasi training di PT. Pupuk Kujang. PT. Pupuk Kujang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang petrokimia. Lembar evaluasi PT. Pupuk Kujang dibuat berdasarkan teori Kirkpatrick yang terdiri dari empat level evaluasi, yaitu reaksi, learning, behavior, dan hasil. Pada level 1 yaitu reaksi, di lembar evaluasi tersebut sudah sesuai dengan teori dari Kirkpatrick, pada level 2 yaitu learning seharusnya diadakan pretest dan posttest namun hanya dibuatkan skala. Pada level 3 yaitu behavior, sudah sesuai teori namun pada faktor penilaian nomor 3 kuantitas dan produktivitas kerja semestinya tidak perlu dimasukkan karena sudah termasuk ke dalam level 4. Pada level 4 yaitu hasil, disini masih sangat kurang untuk mendapatkan gambaran hasil dari pelatihan yang sudah dilaksanakan karena hanya berdasarkan dari jawaban atasan tanpa bukti dokumen apapun.   Kata kunci: Evaluasi Pelatihan, Teori Kirkpatrick.

Abstract Introduction There are now over 2.5 million NHS patients awaiting elective surgery, with the most in orthopaedics. We present an algorithm and results for safely and equitably restarting surgery at COVID-light sites. Method An MDT applied the COVID-19 Algorithm for Resuming Elective Surgery (CARES) on 1169 patients awaiting elective orthopaedic surgery. It assessed safety, procedural efficacy, and biopsychosocial factors, to prioritise patients. They were assigned to five categories and underwent surgery at one of three COVID-light sites (1. access to HDU/ITU/Paediatrics/specialist equipment, 2. an NHS elective surgical unit and 3. a private elective surgical unit). Results 21 ‘Urgent’ patients received expedited care; 118 were Level 1/2; 222 were Level 3; 808 were Level 4. In 6 weeks, 355 surgeries were performed, with Urgent and Level 1/2 cases performed soonest (mean 18 days, p < 0.001). 33 high-risk/complex/paediatric patients had surgery at Site 1 and the rest at Sites 2 and 3. No patients contracted COVID-19 within 2 weeks of surgery. Conclusions We validated a widely generalisable model to facilitate resumption of elective surgery in COVID-light sites. It enabled surgery for patients in most suffering, undergoing the most efficacious procedures and/or at highest risk of deterioration, without compromising patient-safety.

In order to adequately characterize the visual characteristics of atmospheric visibility and overcome the disadvantages of the traditional atmospheric visibility measurement method with significant dependence on preset reference objects, high cost, and complicated steps, this paper proposed an ensemble learning method for atmospheric visibility grading based on deep neural network and stochastic weight averaging. An experiment was conducted using the scene of an expressway, and three visibility levels were set, i.e., Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Firstly, the EfficientNet was transferred to extract the abstract features of the images. Then, training and grading were performed on the feature sets through the SoftMax regression model. Subsequently, the feature sets were ensembled using the method of stochastic weight averaging to obtain the atmospheric visibility grading model. The obtained datasets were input into the grading model and tested. The grading model classified the results into three categories, with the grading accuracy being 95.00%, 89.45%, and 90.91%, respectively, and the average accuracy of 91.79%. The results obtained by the proposed method were compared with those obtained by the existing methods, and the proposed method showed better performance than those of other methods. This method can be used to classify the atmospheric visibility of traffic and reduce the incidence of traffic accidents caused by atmospheric visibility.

INTISARIMenerapkan standarisasi pada suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pengembangan perangkat lunak merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya. CMMI merupakan salah satu standarisasi yang penulis pilih untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan dari divisi Innovation CenterAmikom. CMMI yang digunakan ialah CMMI for Development versi 1.3 yang fokus terhadap tingkat kematangan di level 2 dengan 6 proses area. Penelitian ini mengambil 1 sample proyek di Innovation Center(IC) yaitu apliksai presensi berbasis mobile. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengukuran yang telah dilakukan, proses pengembangan lunak di IC berada di tingkat 1 (Initial) yang diketahui bahwa belum semua praktik yang ada di masing-masing 6 proses area diterapkan.  Implementation of  Information Technology (IT) in an organization require significant costs with high risk  of  failure [3]. Managing data is  a matter that must be done continuously by the organization and accompanied by monitoring and measurement of achievement that has been done as to meet the aspect of integrity, availablility. In this study using COBIT as a frame work in preparing the guidelines for information technology governance at PT.  X  on  DS11,  which  focuses  on  management of  data  about  the  level  of  concern  for management (management awareness) and  maturity level (maturity level).  The study and analysis indicates that the level of concern for management (management awareness) PT. X already on a fairly level and maturity level for the current maturity level (as is) at level 3 (defined process) and to the expected level of maturity located at level 5 (optimized). From the overall study results showed that PT. X has recognized that the data is an important organizational asset.
