<p class="Abstrak">Sistem informasi manajemen menjadi kebutuhan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi untuk membantu kegiatan operasional, memudahkan manajemen dalam melakukan pengawasan dan meningkatkan produktivitas. PT. Telkom Akses merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penyediaan layanan konstruksi dan pengelolaan infrastruktur jaringan. Permasalahan yang terjadi, dalam memanajemen validasi data hasil pembangunan fiber optik tidak efektif dan tidak termonitor dengan baik, masih dilakukan secara manual tanpa menggunakan sistem, sehingga dengan proses yang berjalan saat ini mengakibatkan adanya data pembangunan yang terlewatkan untuk divalidasi. Order validasi yang tidak tercatat prosesnya secara detail mulai dari order masuk untuk divalidasi, status order, pemberian pelabelan, dan proses pembuatan laporan yang memakan waktu karena dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terupdate secara langsung sesuai dengan kondisi order. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi yang dapat memanajemen validasi data pembangunan fiber optik pada PT.Telkom Akses, dengan menghasilkan rancangan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat melakukan pengelolaan setiap order dan menghasilkan keluaran laporan hasil validasi untuk keperluan manager. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tahapan penelitian mulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah dengan menggunakan metode PIECES, studi literatur, pengumpulan data, analisa sistem, dan perancangan sistem menggunakan diagram <em>Unified Modeling Language</em> (UML) dan rancangan <em>prototype </em>antar muka dengan teknil <em>flat design</em>. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan metode <em>consistency analysis</em> menghasilkan persentas 100% yang menunjukan bahwa rancangan sistem informasi sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan diharapkan dapat dilakukan implementasi perangkat lunak sistem informasi manajemen validasi data pembanguan fiber optik.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p class="Abstract"><em>Management information systems become a necessity for a company or organization to assist operational activities, facilitate management in conducting supervision and increasing productivity. PT. Telkom Akses is a company engaged in providing construction services and network infrastructure management. Problems that occur, in managing the validation of the results of the construction of optical fiber are not effective and not monitored properly, still done manually without using a system, so that the current process resulted in the development of data that is missed for validation. Order validation is not recorded in detail, starting from the entry order to be validated, order status, labeling, and the time-consuming process of reporting because it is done manually and is not updated directly according to the conditions of the order. The purpose of this research is to produce an information system design that can manage the validation of optical fiber development data at PT. Telkom Access, by producing a web-based application design that can manage every order and produce outputs of the validation results for the manager's needs. This study uses qualitative methods with stages of research ranging from identifying problems using the PIECES method, literature study, data collection, system analysis, and system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams and interface prototype design with flat design techniques. The results of the evaluation using the consistency analysis method yielded a 100% percentage which showed that the design of the information system was in accordance with the needs and it was hoped that the implementation of the management information system software for the validation of fiber optic data development.</em></p>

Abstract - Knowledge management is needed right now, but many companies or institutions are constrained in conducting knowledge management because of the limitations of the information system. In Information Systems Study Program Universitas Terbuka still uses a manual system that uses Windows file explorer. This results in the difficulty of sharing information with outsiders. Therefore we need a web-based knowledge management information system design that can solve problems so far. The design model in this article uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, which is a structural model and techniques for modeling object-oriented program (OOP) design. The results of the design of knowledge management information systems are expected to be able to help develop software later. Keywords: information systems, knowledge management, Unified Modeling Language (UML).   Abstrak - Knowledge manajemen merupakan hal yang dibutuhkan saat ini, namun banyak perusahaan atau lembaga terkendala dalam melakukan knowledge manajemen karena keterbatasan sistem informasi. Di Prodi Sistem Informasi Universitas Terbuka masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu menggunakan windows file explorer. Hal ini mengakibatkan sulitnya berbagi informasi dengan pihak luar. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sebuah perancangan sistem informasi manajemen knowledge berbasis web yang bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan selama ini. Model perancangan pada artikel ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML) yaitu model struktur dan teknik untuk pemodelan desain program berorientasi objek (OOP). Hasil yang dari perancangan sistem informasi manajemen knowledge ini diharapkan bisa membatu pengembangan perangkat lunak nantinya.                                                                                                                     Kata Kunci: sistem informasi, manajemen knowledge, Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Pada saat ini penggunaan sistem informasi telah diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk mendukung proses bisnis pada perusahaan secara real time dan terintegrasi. Penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen terintegrasi ini pada dasarnya dapat diterapkan bukan hanya pada perusahaan saja, tetapi juga dalam industri pendidikan khususnya sekolah. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin menggambarkan model sistem informasi manajemen untuk mendukung proses bisnis yang terdapat pada sekolah. Model konseptual sistem informasi manajemen untuk sekolah ini digambarkan dengan mengunakan notasi Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan pendekatan model arsitektur “4+1 View”. Model ini diharapkan dapat membantu analisis dan perancangan proses bisnis pada sekolah secara keseluruhan. ModelSistem informasi konseptual ini dapat membantu pengembang aplikasi sekolah dalam lebih memahami dan mengembangkan sistem. Sekolah dapat memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang sistem informasi manajemen dengan menggunakan model sistem informasi manajemen ini.

Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat, salah satunya adalah informasi mengenai aset yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan. Aset merupakan barang atau benda yang terdiri dari benda yang bersifat bergerak dan benda yang bersifat tidak bergerak yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. PD.BPR Kerta Raharja merupakan Perusahaan Daerah milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang bersama-sama Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, Provinsi Jawa Barat dan PT Bank Jabar Banten yang bergerak dalam pemberian kredit pada masyarakat. Yang dimana saat ini dalam proses pencatatan data aset masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel, dimana masih dapat terjadi salah input data aset dan bisa saja data hilang dari penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen aset pada PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Cabang Balaraja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisa menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Kemudian menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk menggambarkan prosedur sistem yang berjalan, menggunakan bahasa program PHP dan menunggunakan MySQL sebagai database yang dibangun. Hasil akhir yang dicapai pada sistem informasi manajemen aset memiliki kelebihan dalam membantu user untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat, mulai dari pendataan sampai pembuatan laporan. Kata kunci : Manajemen Aset, Data, Analisis  Every company needs fast and accurate information, one of them is information about assets that are owned by a single company. The asset is an item or object that is made up of objects that are in motion and an object that is not moving, owned by the company. PD. BPR Kerta Raharja is the company Governmentowned area of Tangerang Regency Government together Banten, West Java and PT Bank Jabar Banten in the granting of credit on the society. Which is currently in the process of recording data assets are still using Ms application. Excel, where it still can occur is wrong data input and data assets missing from storage. The purpose of this research is to design information systems asset management in PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Balaraja Branch. Research done by observation, interviews and literature study. Analysis using the method of SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Industry, Opportunities, Threats). Then use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the procedure in a system that is running, using the programming language PHP and the MySQL database as the menunggunakan was built. The end results were achieved at asset management information system has advantages in helping the user to obtain information more quickly and accurately, from logging to the making of the report. The agricultural sector is one of the main income sectors of the Payakumbuh City community. Efforts made by the Payakumbuh City Agriculture Service are to market agricultural products produced by the Payakumbuh community. So far, product marketing and information on agriculture have been delivered directly from the heads of the sub-district, neighborhood, RW and Wali Nagari. This is considered to be less effective and efficient. Through the use of current technology, a website-based information system needs to be built by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) system design tools. With the existence of this website-based information system, it helps the Department of Agriculture to market agricultural products and information related to agriculture to the wider community.

PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is a company engaged in the field of Autoparts Manufacture. Barcode is the identity of an item / product on the package. Barcode technology has been used as the identity of goods in a production. Barcodes are used to facilitate the identification of goods produced. Paste the barcode on the packaging of packaging results at PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is done manually, but there are often errors attached to the barcode on a similar packaging. This research will design and create a system based on Visual Basic.Net and Arduino to select barcode attachment errors that have the potential to be sent to consumers. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, database design and interface menu design. The system created will then be tested to detect the black box test. With a computing-based design system that functions to detect barcodes on the packaging automatically, the problem of sticking barcodes on the packaging can be detected.

CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram. Kemudian membuat desain antarmuka untuk proses implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Dengan pembuatan sistem informasi inventaris,

The need for information in life has transformed into basic needs. As an impact, this will cause problems when not handled properly. The Garuda Cooperative is one of the Employee Cooperatives in Sragen with complex managerial data but its management is still manual. To support its business process, a management information system is needed to handle data quickly and accurately. This study aims to develop a management information system for Garuda Cooperatives. The flow of research used is analysis, design, implementation, testing, and conclusion. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in the form of a use case diagram and statechart diagram. The programming language used is Delphi with PostgreSQL as database management. The information system produced includes processing savings and loan business units, processing membership data and reports. The results of the system testing on 8 respondents showed that the system was running well to meet needs, had an attractive appearance, and was easy to use.

This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract This paper firstly introduces the main content of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and proves that it can transmit information among the users, the developers, the designers and the managers efficiently, which improves their collaboration capabilities and greatly increases the degree of industrialization in software development projects. Secondly, a library management system development and design is carried out, based on UML modeling mechanism to analyze a simple library management system. Thirdly, a demand analysis mode of the management system is built with the help of a case diagram and an analysis diagram after analysis of a simple library management system, using UML modeling mechanism. Then a book lending management subsystem has been designed in the library management system by a design class diagram and a sequence diagram. The design process indicates that as a modeling language of software engineering, UML has a very good application prospect.
