Changes in the method of weighting LQ45 shares on the IDX cause investment managers to tend to release issuers with low free float, even though the company’s fundamentals are in stable condition. This makes dividends not the only market cosideration in buying shares. This research aims to analyze the influence of internal and external factors of the company on dividend policy and firm value, and analyze the effect of dividend policy mediating the influence of internal and external factors of the company on firm value from LQ45 Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017 period. Judgement Samplingis used as a sample collection technique. Secondary data is form annual reports and monetary data, were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS v.3.2.6 software. The result of the research shows that internal factors give a significant positive effect on dividend policy, but external factors did not significantly influence dividend policy. Internal, external and dividend policy give a significant positive effect on firm value, while the company’s internal factors and company external factors do not have an indirect influence on the Firm Value thtough dividend policy.

This study discusses and analyzes the Ownership Structure, External Factors, Internal Against Capital Structure, Dividends and Company Value. The population used in this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using 37 companies. The data used are from 2010 to 2019, this study uses descriptive statistical analysis and inference with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis shows: ownership structure does not oppose capital structure, dividend policy, and firm value, external factors affect internal factors, external factors do not oppose capital structure, external factors do not significantly influence firm value, internal factors related to capital structure, factors internal does not oppose dividend policy, internal factors oppose company value, capital structure opposes dividend policy, dividend policy has no effect on capital structure, capital structure is related to company value, and dividend policy is related to company value. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. The size of the company has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value. The value of the company can provide maximum shareholder prosperity if the performance is good. one of them can be measured by profitability and other factors that influence company value are dividend policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable in the Kompas 100 Index company. This research was conducted in all mining companies incorporated in the Kompas 100 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples, using the purposive sampling method is as many as 17 companies from 100 companies during the 2014-2018 period. The data analysis technique applied in this study is the regression analysis moderation. The results of the analysis produce, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy moderates the effect of profitability on company value in the mining sector of the Kompas 100 Index. Research aims to analyze the effect of the variable Dividend Policy, Company Size, Capital Structure partially or simultaneously on Firm Value. The analytical method used in this method aims to examine the population and sample. The population in this study are companies listed in the mining Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. This sampling method uses a purposive sampling method, so that the population is 41 companies and after performing a standard sample determination that the research sample is 16 companies multiplied by 3 years, the number of observations is 48 companies in the mining sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2015-2017. The hypothesis in this study was tested using multiple linear regression. In this study, which was tested partially (T test) showed that the Dividend Policy variable did not have a significant effect on Firm Value, Firm Size had a significant positive effect on Firm Value, Capital Structure had no significant effect on Firm Value.

The purpose of this study is to test empirically the effect of leverage, investment stock, bond, and dividend policy on firm value and firm performance for agriculture, basic chemical industry, consumer goods, and finance on the Indonesian stock exchange. The population of this study is 632 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange, with a sample of 236 companies in 2018-2019, secondary data sources from ICDM, and audited financial reports by collecting documentation data and processing data with moderate multiple linear regression. The findings of the research are that financial policy proxied by leverage, investment in stocks and bonds shows a significant positive effect on firm performance, and dividend policy also shows a significant positive effect on firm value. To increase the generalizability of research results, future studies will collect data with different populations or different countries. This study contributes to the performance and value of the company where the increase in leverage, investment, bonds, and dividends will increase the performance and value of the company. The implication of this research is to improve the performance and value of the company for the better. This research is limited to capital structure, dividend policy on firm value with firm performance as moderation. Further research can be developed with different samples and more for generalizations.

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage and profitability to the firm value with dividend policy as moderating variables in Manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019.This type of research is associative quantitative research. The data collection method used is Sample Survey method. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of 182 companies. Sampling method with purposive sampling. And based on the criteria of the number of samples as many as 66 out of 182 companies. data analysis using multiple regression analysis with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The results showed that: Liquidity significant positive effect on firm value. Leverage significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy is able to strengthen the effect of liquidity on the firm value. Dividend policy weakens the effect of leverage on the firm value. Dividend policy is not able to strengthen the effect of profitability on the firm value

This research aims to analyze the impact of profitability, liquidity and firm size to firm value through dividend policy as intervening on manufacturing companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) which paid dividend for the period 2013 to 2017. The population on this study amounted 6 companies. The sampling method used in this study is cencus. Data were analyzed by path analysis technique and Sobel test. Analysis result found that profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy, while liquidity and firm size have negatively significant effect. On the second model, the result  show that profitability and dividend policy have a significant positive effect on firm value, while liquidity and firm size have no significant effect. Based on Sobel test result found that dividend policy was able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value, but unable to mediate the effect of liquidity and firm size effect on firm value. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of managerial ownership, firm size, profitability, dividend policy, investment decisions, capital structure and intellectual capital on firm value. The population of this study is family companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2019. The sample of this research is 128 samples. Sampling using purposive sampling method, namely determining the sample from the existing population based on the criteria desired by the researcher. This study uses multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate managerial ownership has no effect on firm value, firm size has no effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, dividend policy has no effect on firm value, investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, capital structure has a significant negative effect on firm value, and intellectual capital has no effect on firm value.

One important indicator factor for assessing the company's future prospects is to see the extent to which the company's profitability has grown. The purpose of this study was to determine the Relationship between Improving the Quality of Company Value through Corporate Governance, Gender Director, Audit Reputation in Conventional Banking and Islamic Banking in Indonesia 2013-2018. This research was conducted in listed companies that are members of the financial sector (Conventional and Sharia Banking) which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2018 from 31 banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from a period of 6 years from 2013 to 2018. Methods used is purposive sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. While the data analysis method using SEM and AMOS. The results of this study indicate that the Independent Board (Independent Board) does not have a significant positive effect on company performance and firm value (2) Gender Director (Female directorship) does not have a significant negative effect on company performance and firm value (3) Board Members (Managerial Board) ) has a significant positive effect on company performance; but Board Members (Managerial Board) do not have a significant positive effect on firm value. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of leverage , earnings management , and ownership structure on firm value in state-owned companies . Based on a population of 18 state-owned companies listed on the Stock Exchange was taken 10 stateowned companies in 2008 to 2012 as the samples in this study according to the criteria of the study , a total of 50 years as a firm observational data . At the stage of data processing are affected data outliers firm by 2 years so the number of samples used in this study for 5 years amounted to 48 firm year . Data analysis was performed using linear regression analysis using SPSS for Windows 16.00. Simultaneous testing results show that leverage , earnings management , government ownership , and public ownership and a significant positive effect on firm value . Result partial test indicates that earnings management does not affect the value of the company , while leverage , government ownership , and public ownership negatively affect the value of the company .
