This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage and profitability to the firm value with dividend policy as moderating variables in Manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019.This type of research is associative quantitative research. The data collection method used is Sample Survey method. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of 182 companies. Sampling method with purposive sampling. And based on the criteria of the number of samples as many as 66 out of 182 companies. data analysis using multiple regression analysis with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The results showed that: Liquidity significant positive effect on firm value. Leverage significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy is able to strengthen the effect of liquidity on the firm value. Dividend policy weakens the effect of leverage on the firm value. Dividend policy is not able to strengthen the effect of profitability on the firm value

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to examine the effect of leverage proxyed by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability proxy with Return On Assets (ROA) to company value proxy with Price to Book Value (PBV) through dividend policy proxy with Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as an intervening. The study was conducted on 37 manufacturing companies using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 19.00. The result of the research shows that leverage has significant positive effect to company value; profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value; leverage has no effect on dividend policy; profitability has a positive effect on dividend policy and dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value. The dividend policy can’t mediate the indirect effect between leverage and profitability on firm value.

The value of the company can provide maximum shareholder prosperity if the performance is good. one of them can be measured by profitability and other factors that influence company value are dividend policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable in the Kompas 100 Index company. This research was conducted in all mining companies incorporated in the Kompas 100 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples, using the purposive sampling method is as many as 17 companies from 100 companies during the 2014-2018 period. The data analysis technique applied in this study is the regression analysis moderation. The results of the analysis produce, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy moderates the effect of profitability on company value in the mining sector of the Kompas 100 Index. Keyword : profitability, dividend policy and company value.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the company’s micro factors such as liquidity (CR), solvency (DER) as well as macro factors, namely interest rates to firm value (Tobin’Q) so that they can assess the development of good company conditions. The companies studied were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period of 2014 – 2018. The method of this research was explanatory research. Samples were taken by purposive sampling from a population of manufacturing companies that met the sample criteria. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that liquidity and dividends had a significant positive effect on firm value, while solvency did not support the hypothesis. Implications and suggestions are discussed in the article.

This research aims to analyze the impact of profitability, liquidity and firm size to firm value through dividend policy as intervening on manufacturing companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) which paid dividend for the period 2013 to 2017. The population on this study amounted 6 companies. The sampling method used in this study is cencus. Data were analyzed by path analysis technique and Sobel test. Analysis result found that profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy, while liquidity and firm size have negatively significant effect. On the second model, the result  show that profitability and dividend policy have a significant positive effect on firm value, while liquidity and firm size have no significant effect. Based on Sobel test result found that dividend policy was able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value, but unable to mediate the effect of liquidity and firm size effect on firm value. <p class="Default" align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em></em></p><p class="Default"><em>The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of debt policy, dividend policy,profitability, sales growth and investment opportunity set on firm value with firm size as moderating variable in the manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is a company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study 128 companies with an observation period of 3 (three) years from 2016 to 2018. The method of determining the sample used in this study was the purposive sampling method. The data processing method used in this study is the causality test with multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The independent variables in this study are Debt Policy, Dividend Policy, Profitability, Sales Growth and Investment Opportunity. The moderating variable in this study is Company Size. The dependent variable in this study is firm value. The results of this study indicate that Debt Policy has a positive effect on Firm’s Value, Dividend Policy does not effect on Firm Value, Profitability does not have a positive effect on Firm’s Value, Sales Growth does not effect on Firm’s Value, Investment Opportunity Set does not effect on Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not have a positive effect on Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Debt Policy with Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Dividend Policy with Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Profitability with Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Sales Growth with Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Investment Opportunity Set with Firm’s Value.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the impact of Trading Frequency, Trading Volume, and Market Capitalization on the stock returns of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2019 Period. The nature of this research is quantitative explanatory. The population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. The research sample of 18 manufacturing companies that are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data is taken in the form of secondary data obtained through annual reports and financial reports for 2016-2019. The analytical method used consists of multiple regression analysis, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing (t test) and the coefficient of determination test. From the research results it is concluded that based on the regression analysis, the following equation is obtained: Y = -0.060 + 0.044FRE + 0.011VOL + 0.033KAP + e. Based on hypothesis testing, the t test (partial testing) of the variable Trading Frequency has a significant negative effect on Stock Returns, Trading Volume has a significant positive effect on Stock Returns and Market Capitalization has a significant positive effect on Stock Returns. The R Square value of 0.068 indicates that the Trading Frequency, Trading Volume, and Market Capitalization have an effect of 6.8% while the remaining 93.2% is influenced by other variables outside the regression model.

This study aims to determine the direct effect of capital structure, CSR and financial performance on firm value, and to determine whether financial performance can be a mediating variable between capital structure and CSR on firm value. This study uses secondary data, data collection with documentation on metal industrial sector manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), as many as 14 companies were used as research samples with purposive sampling method, for 4 years so that the sample used 56 financial reports. Measurement of capital structure variables using DER, CSR with GRI-G4 guidelines, financial performance with ROA, firm value with PBV. Hypothesis testing using Path Anaysis. The results showed that capital structure had a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance, CSR had a significant positive effect on financial performance, and capital structure had a significant positive effect on firm value. CSR has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, financial performance has a significant negative effect on firm value. The financial performance variable is not a mediating variable between capital structure and firm value, but is a mediating variable between CSR and firm value.

This study aims to examine whether profitability has an effect on firm value, profitability has an effect on capital structure, capital structure has an effect onfirm value and profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable.The study took a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of a company’s annual financial report. During the 2014-2018 period, there were 142 manufacturing companies. The method of determining the sample used in this study is purposive sampling, which is a sampling method determined or determined by researchers in accordance with certain criteria. Manufacturing companies are 42 sample companies. Data is also analyzed using path analysis.The results of the study include (1) profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, (2) profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure, (3) capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value, (4) Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable.

The aim of the study is to assess determinant of firm value as profitability, dividend policy, firm size and liquidity for manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. This study using manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as sample. Sample selected by purposive sampling method. Sample size generated by this method is 14 companies. Data type used in this study is quantitative data. Data souce in this study is secondary data. The data were then analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis to analysis dependent variable, Firm value (TQ), and independent variable such as profitability, dividend policy, firm size and liquidity.The research results revealed that profitability, dividend policy and liquidity have positive and significant effect to firm value. However other firm size has positive but no significant effect to firm value.
