. This study analyzes and examines the effect of work motivation and madrasah climate on the ability of teachers to implement the 2013 curriculum at MA Ar Risalah Sungai Lilin Musi Banyuasin. A quantitative research approach with this type of explanatory research research. As for the research technique using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, the research respondents were 18 teachers at MA Ar Risalah. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and then analyzed using product moment correlation for partial testing and multiple linear regression for simultaneous testing. The research results reveal several important findings. First, the findings show that there is a positive influence between work motivation and the ability of teachers to implement the 2013 curriculum, with a percentage of 28.3%, it is concluded that the higher the work motivation, the higher the teacher's ability to implement the curriculum. Second, it shows a positive influence between the madrasah climate and the teacher's ability with a percentage of 30.5%. The better the madrasah climate, the higher the teacher's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum. Third, it shows a positive influence between work motivation and madrasah climate, on The teacher's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum, the amount of influence is 58.8%. The results of the analysis show that work motivation and madrasah climate jointly affect the achievement of teachers' abilities in implementing the 2013 curriculum. Keywords: Work Motivation, Madrasah Climate, and the ability of teacher.

This study aims to determine the effect of service, advertising, and publicity on customer decisions in saving at BRI Syariah Bank. The sampling method in this study using random sampling with a total sample of 100 customers of Bank BRI Syariah Stabat Langkat Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partially tested research show that service and advertising have a significant effect on customer decisions to save at BRI Syariah Bank, while publicity has no significant effect on customer decisions in saving at BRI Syariah Bank. Simultaneous testing shows that service, advertising, and publicity have a significant effect on customer decisions in saving at BRI Syariah Bank

Characteristics of the sleep-site are thought to influence the quality and duration of primate sleep, yet only a handful of studies have investigated these links experimentally. Using actigraphy and infrared videography, we quantified sleep in four lemur species (Eulemur coronatus, Lemur catta, Propithecus coquereli, and Varecia rubra) under two different experimental conditions at the Duke Lemur Center (DLC) in Durham, NC, USA. Individuals from each species underwent three weeks of simultaneous testing to investigate the hypothesis that comfort level of the sleep-site influences sleep. We obtained baseline data on normal sleep, and then, in a pair-wise study design, we compared the daily sleep times, inter-daily activity stability, and intra-daily activity variability of individuals in simultaneous experiments of sleep-site enrichment and sleep-site impoverishment. Over 164 24-hour periods from 8 individuals (2 of each species), we found evidence that enriched sleep-sites increased daily sleep times of lemurs, with an average increase of thirty-two minutes. The effect of sleep-site impoverishment was small and not statistically significant. Though our experimental manipulations altered inter-daily stability and intra-daily variability in activity patterns relative to baseline, the changes did not differ significantly between enriched and impoverished conditions. We conclude that properties of a sleep-site enhancing softness or insulation, more than the factors of surface area or stability, influence lemur sleep, with implications regarding the importance of nest building in primate evolution and the welfare and management of captive lemurs.

Three new roof-mounted 10 kWp grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) power plants have been constructed in the Technology Park at the Technical University of Gabrovo, Bulgaria, as part of a project "Competence Center – Intelligent Mechatronic, Eco, and Energy Saving Systems and Technologies". Three different PV modules types have been used: monocrystalline silicon (mono-Si), cadmium telluride (CdTe), and copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS). New three power plants, together with the existing amorphous silicon and poly-crystalline silicon photovoltaic power plants at the TU-Gabrovo enhanced simultaneous testing of five different photovoltaic materials. A small 500 Wp mono-Si photovoltaic thermal hybrid solar collectors (PVT) PV system has also been constructed. The power plants feature a monitoring system for the meteorological and electrical operating parameters, which measures, displays, and stores data on solar radiation, temperature, wind speed, currents, voltages, and electrical power of each power plant. PV plants components' technical characteristics are given in the paper. The schemes describing the basic wiring diagram, disposition of the three PV subsystems on the roof of the building at the technology center have also been presented. The initial comparative software data for monitoring of meteorological and electrical operating characteristics of the three different types of PV subsystems are shown as well. According to the specific ecological equivalent of energy resources and energy for the region of Bulgaria, the data are presented on the saved CO2 emissions from the avoided production and transmission of electricity owing to the operation of photovoltaic power plants.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and innovation variables on the competitive advantage of Culinary MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the population was 100 culinary SMEs in Jambi City. Primary data was obtained by giving a statement in the form of a questionnaire, while the technique used was simple random sampling. To analyze the data, descriptive and quantitative methods were used and the analytical tool used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the product quality and innovation variables had a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage variable partially. The results of the simultaneous testing of product quality and innovation variables showed that it had a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of Culinary MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Jambi City.

AbstractSARS CoV-2 antibody assays measure antibodies against the viral nucleoprotein (NP) or spike protein. The study examined if testing of antibodies against both antigens increases the diagnostic sensitivity. Sera (N=98) from infected individuals were tested with ELISAs based on the NP, receptor-binding domain (RBD), or both proteins. The AUROCs were 0.958 (NP), 0.991 (RBD), and 0.992 (NP/RBD). The RBD- and NP/RBD-based ELISAs showed better performance than the NP-based assay. Simultaneous testing for antibodies against NP and RBD increased the number of true and false positives. If maximum diagnostic sensitivity is required, the NP/RBD-based ELISA is preferable. Otherwise, the RBD-based ELISA is sufficient.

The purpose of the research was to decide the impact of data revelation and money-related articulation responsibility on the consistency of paying zakat, infaq, and sadaqah on LAZ in Pekalongan city. This study uses a quantitative approach that utilizes a questionnaire distributed to s 117respondent. The comes about of the think about appearing that data divergence had a critical impact on the consistency of paying zakat, infaq and sadaqah in Pekalongan city as prove by the calculated t esteem more noteworthy than the t table esteem and the noteworthiness esteem underneath 0.05 so that the first hypothesis Ha1 was accepted. Likewise, the accountability variable financial statements also affect the consistency of paying zakat partially tested to receive Ha2. The simultaneous testing that the effect of information disclosure and financial accountability on the consistency of muzakki also influences simultaneously, which is indicated by the F value greater than the F table. The research finding is that information disclosure, and accountability of financial statements have a partial and simultaneous effect on the consistency of paying for ZIS in the usual city of Pekalongan. The originality of research can be seen from the disclosure of information and the responsibility of financial statements to create consistent muzakki paying zakat, which is different from previous research. The practical implication of this research is that amil zakat institutions can use the importance of disclosing information and accountability of financial statements to be more consistent in entrusting their zakat.
