Quality management was a systemic mechanism in ensuring the sustainability of University. This lack of quality Islamic Religious Higher Education / Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI) including Islamic Religious Higher Education NU / Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (PTKI  NU) resulted less productive and competitive. The aim of this research was to describe the implementation of the development of high-quality management education in the Islamic Religious Higher Education of Nahdlatul Ulama or Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (PTKI  NU). The method was qualitative based on multisitus through inductive analysis. The result showed that in planning of quality management education which was done by three PTKI NU was systemic and structured, where each University was oriented to improve the quality academic, with varying strategies through a needs analysis process. Next, the implementation of quality management aspects of higher education of three PTKI NU varied and has the same quality management aspects, namely carry out the procedure, preparation of human resources through training, financial support, and focus on in integration of two areas of quality : quality of students and Tri Darma Peguruan Tinggi.  Furthermore, the evaluation aspects of quality management implemented mechanisms of self-evaluation, internal academic quality audit. This chapter includes an in-depth analysis of the evolving and dynamic environment that surrounds business education management and institutions. Specifically, this chapter intends to elaborate on two fundamental issues about business education: the concept and scope of business management education explained from different perspectives and the environment of business education (institutional environment, company environment, and general environment). This chapter finds that the current global environment is highly dynamic and unpredictable, and therefore, organizations in all fields including institutions of higher education must be innovative, future-oriented, and global-minded. Business schools should focus on collaborations across institutional and geographical boundaries and maintain high talent. Recognizing the emerging demands of various stakeholders in higher education and designing inclusive and dynamic academic programs are some of the strategic actions all business education institutions may and should pursue.

The main key to quality education management is how to carry out good and quality education to give birth to a generation of people who have potential, abilities, talents that grow and develop in all areas of life so that they are able to compete globally. For the implementation of quality education (quality), quality organizational management is also needed, one of which is by implementing Total Quality Management. Efforts to standardize quality and guarantee the implementation of higher education must meet quality standards in an effort to maintain and improve the quality of education nationally. In general, the definition of quality assurance in higher education is: The process of establishing and fulfilling education quality standards consistently and continuously so that customers get satisfaction. The process to ensure that the quality of graduates is in accordance with the specified/promised competencies so that quality can be consistently maintained and continuously improved.

The transformations that have taken place in education have led to the emergence of a new educational framework under which modern higher education institutions are actively adapting. The activity of educational organizations was rethought and teachers’ work acquired new features. Today institutions of higher education must build educational activities in such a way as to be able to satisfy changing needs of the state and society. Therefore, in higher education educational activities should be built at a high level. Thus, to achieve it, it is significant to ensure decent management of it. The purpose of the article is to reveal general features of management activities in a higher educational institution and, on their basis, to develop a model for managing them. The model of management of educational activities in higher education proposed by the authors is focused on new approaches to quality as the main component of quality management being a system object. The work achieved the goal of uncovering the general features of managerial activity in a higher educational institution and, based on them, developed a model for managing educational activities. The model of educational activity management in higher education that we have developed is focused on new approaches to quality as the main component of education management, it is a system object. The model, as the study showed, helps to improve the process of managing educational activities, to bring it to a new level. According to the study, the authors concluded that the model showed its effectiveness and contributed to educational management improvement.

Quality management in universities is often perceived in Poland as a determinant of quality of education. According to the author, it is too narrow approach. The next challenge of quality management in Polish higher education institutions is the problem with accreditation of activities, which is closely identified with control. Examples of foreign universities: Pompeu Fabra University in Spain and Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland show that quality management can generate large benefits for universities. This article mainly aims to find the right model for improving service quality and user satisfaction of State Islamic of Religious Higher Education Institutions (Pendidikan Tinggi Keaagamaan Islam Negeri - PTKIN) by involving the organizational culture of Service Quality. This study purposefully contributes to the development of the field of education management, especially those related to the causality model of organizational culture. The results showed that there was a positive direct effect on Organizational Culture and Service Quality on User Satisfaction of Islamic Higher Education Institutions IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. The results of this study are in line with the theory put forward by Philip Henslowe which shows that the impression obtained from the level of knowledge and understanding of facts regarding people, products or situations) is largely determined by the culture of people producing goods and services, maintaining service quality and ensuring the fulfillment of user expectations.

The importance of this article is dictated by the necessity to adopt the Bologna standard of higher education including the module system into the frame of the Ukrainian university network. The author gives a brief review of the development of the quality concept and approaches, which have been made to integrate it into higher education management. The article sets out the new scheme of individual work of student management seen as part of the general management process.

With the implementation of integrated education quality management, the quality of national education education standards will be achieved. The quality management system that is implemented with a consistent commitment will provide benefits and success for all stakeholders in higher education institutions. In achieving all the benefits and successes, it needs to be implemented based on the principles of quality management that have been established. Starting the entry of foreign universities to enliven the "competition" that already exists in the country. As one of the institutions of higher education, universities are not only seen as a center for science education, a center in research, and are centered on serving the community only, but besides that the university is able to produce new knowledge in developing community life. Competition, as experienced by companies to earn profits, includes competition in the fields of quality, price and service. The university as a non-profit entity also faces the same thing. In order for all management to run smoothly, it requires knowledge and skills that are integrated in higher education management.
