This research aims to measure the effectiveness of using teacher's E-Portfolio Evaluation in the development of academic achievement and performance skills with the computer course of the first year secondary industrial students. To reach this goal a list of goals was determined for the Word program course classified into knowledge vocabularies and skill vocabularies and each general goal has a set of sub-goals and a script of the Teacher E-Portfolio was done following the model of Helen Barrett (2006) for instructional design. The researcher used the descriptive approach to monitor and analysis the studies and literature related to the research theoretical framework, its terms procedural limitations and the quasi-experimental approach in the research experience (test) by quasi-experimental design to measure the effectiveness of the valuation by using the teacher’s E-Portfolio in the development of computer course academic achievement and skills performance with the first year secondary industrial students. The researcher chose a sample of (50) students randomly from the industrial secondary first year students of Shobrakhitt industrial secondary school for boys, Al-Beheira  governorate (Arab Republic of Egypt). The sample of the research was divided into two groups, the first group (experimental), which is considering Microsoft Word 2003Course via the teacher’s e-portfolio and the valuation of the electronic tests are through the teacher’s e-portfolio estimated (25) students  and the dominant group studies in the traditional way estimated (25) students. The researcher prepared the research tools: Pre/ after achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect associated with the skills to deal with Microsoft Word 2003 for the first-grade industrial secondary students in computer course. (Prepared by the researcher). Note card to measure the skills of dealing with Microsoft Word 2003 the first-grade industrial secondary students in computer course. (Prepared by the researcher). The research has come to the following results: The very large impact of efficiency on Evaluation by using the teacher’s E-portfolio in the development of academic achievement and skill performance for the computer course with the first year industrial secondary students.

A pre-post test was applied to a random sample of 60 students from First Grade Secondary School students in Al-Qunfudah Governorate. The sample was divided into two equivalent groups. One was experimental, (30) students, who studied using infographics, and the other 30 students, who studied using the usual method. The results of the study revealed that there are statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between the average scores of the students in the experimental and control groups. The experimental group achieved a total average of (37) whereas the control achieved a total average of (25.07) in the post application of the achievement test, and the difference is in favour of the experimental group. The results showed a significant effect of the use of the infographics on the development of the academic achievement of the experimental group. The value of ETA Square (45,0). This means that the independent variable has a (large) effect. In the light of these results, the researcher made some recommendations and suggestions.

This study investigated the significance of adult students' goals and perceptions in a first-year computer course, in relation to their study management and final performance. The relationship of goals to students' stable characteristics such as age, gender, levels of previous experience of computing and programs of study were examined. The results support the importance of personal goals with respect to achievement and the dynamic interactions between students' study goals and their subjective appraisals of their study. The best predictors of goals were students' perceptions of their interest in the course in the first half of the semester and of their competence in the second half. Background knowledge in computing was related to performance, but students' perceptions and goals were better predictors of performance. It is argued that students' cognitive and affective appraisals of their study and their individual goals are crucial factors in understanding individual differences in achievement in a first-year computer course.

The experimental approach was followed using a one-group semi-experimental design, and the research group consisted of (30) male and female students in the first secondary class at Al-Atmaniya Joint Secondary School affiliated to the Badari Educational Administration in Assiut Governorate. To achieve the goal of the research, a set of tools has been prepared, namely: List of literary taste skills appropriate for first-year secondary students and their number reached (20) performance skills, and other rhetorical concepts necessary for first-year secondary students included two main concepts and (14) sub-concepts, as well as preparing a Measurement tools: Test literary appreciation skills and rhetorical concepts for first-year high school students. By applying these tools, the research found a correlation between rhetorical concepts and literary appreciation. And that is through the results of the students’average averages (the research group) for both literary taste skills and rhetorical concepts, where a significant convergence was observed between the averages of literary taste skills and rhetorical concepts, and that students whose mean averages in rhetorical concepts had high results in testing literary taste skills, and vice versa. The research in accordance with these findings has made a series of recommendations and proposals.

This paper examines the impact of e-invoicing on firm tax compliance and performance using administrative tax data and quasi-experimental variation in the rollout of VAT electronic invoicing in Peru. We find that e-invoicing increases reported firm sales, purchases and value-added by over 5 percent in the first year after adoption. The impact is concentrated among smaller firms and sectors with higher rates of non-compliance, suggesting that e-invoicing enhances compliance by lowering compliance costs and strengthening deterrence. The reform’s positive effects on tax collection are hindered by shortcomings in the VAT refund mechanism in Peru, suggesting that digital tools such as e-invoicing should be complemented by other reforms to improve revenue mobilization.

The aim of this research was to find out the ability of the first year students in speaking by using storytelling at MAS. Al-Jam’iyatul Wasliyah. The design of this research was descriptive research. The population of this research was 20 students of XC class in the first grade at MAS. Al-Jam’iyatul Wasliyah. In selecting the sample the writer used random sampling technique. The total number of the sample was 12 students. The data was collected by using oral test. The researcher only measured the ability of students’ speaking in storytelling by considering five components of speaking: (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and comprehension). And their speaking had been recorded by using phone recorder. From the result of analyzing the data, the researcher found that the students’ speaking ability by using storytelling was moderate. It proved by the fact that 4 students (33.33%) classified as high ability, 4 students (33.33%) classified as moderate ability, and 4 students (33.33%) classified as low ability. Based on the data, the students’ score were bigger in the high and moderate level than in the low ability level. Based on the research finding, the English teacher is suggested to consider the five components in scoring speaking ability (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and comprehension). The students are suggested to do more practice in pronunciation and fluency, because they dominantly speak incorrect pronunciation and have pauses in the sentences. Students are also suggested to enrich their vocabulary by using storytelling.
