The current research aims to examine the impact of talent management on the organizational identification. The research was conducted in the Office of Innovation Support, Transfer and Marketing of Technology at Al-Azhar University. The importance of the research is derived from the need of investigated organization to apply effective talent management which maximize benefiting from talents. The research problem was represented in the following inquiry: Does talent management have an impact on organizational identification of members and coordinators of the Office of Innovation, Technology Transfer and Marketing (TAICO) at Al-Azhar University? The research attempted to test the validity of the following hypotheses: There is a high level of practicing talent management in the investigated organization, -There is a high level of practicing organizational identification in the investigated organization. -Talent management has a significant positive impact on organizational identification. The number of members and coordinators of the TAICO office reached 37 people, yet 32 of them were listed at 86%. The research relied on the Analytical descriptive method. Some statistical methods were used, including the Pearson correlation coefficient and the T-test, as well as the simple regression test to determine the correlation and impact relationships. Moreover, results showed that talent management obtained a low estimation with mean of 2.36, also, the mean of organizational identification was 2.40. Results indicated that there was a significant effect of talent management on organizational identification, as T value reached 9.628, which was significant at 0.01 level. The research recommended the necessity of adopting effective talent management strategies to discover talented people, observe their development and direct them in the right direction, and also conducting a periodic evaluation that shows the extent of the development of those talents and finding common values and goals between the members and the TAICO office, in a way that contributes to enhancing organizational identification.

Empowering employees is one of the recent administrative trends in human resource development, which is responsible for increasing productivity and improving quality and profitability in organizations. In order to permit the organization to achieve this, it needs to adopt an ethical leadership style that provides the appropriate climate to support the empowerment of workers. The study aimed to investigate the impact of ethical leadership on employees’ empowerment at Al- Azhar University in Assuit. The research problem of the current study was represented in the following inquiry: Does ethical leadership affects employees’ empowerment at Al- Azhar University in Assuit branch? The study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach. The researcher used Pearson correlation to measure the strength of association between the two variables of this study (ethical leadership and employees’ empowerment) and their dimensions and direction of the association. The researcher used simple regression analysis to test the hypotheses and relationships of the independent and dependent variables. The study sample included (317) people from Al- Azhar University where data was collected using a survey list prepared for the purpose of the study and only 255 questionnaires were received, rates about 80%. And the study reached several results; the most important of which is that the degree of exercise for the two study variables came with an average degree for each of them, where the average value for ethical leadership reached (3.57) and for employee empowerment the average was (3.53). Furthermore, it was found that there was a significant effect of ethical leadership behaviors on employees’ empowerment, as the value of (T) was (1.98), which is significant at the level of (0.01). The study recommended the need to support the values ​​of ethical leadership ​​and their basic dimensions through holding training courses and workshops to spread the tenet ​​of ethical leadership in the organization and its values as well. Last but not least, we recommend the organizations to adopt an effective system that permit them to monitor the application of the concept of employees’ empowerment.

Purpose and problem of the study: This study to identify the level of impact of zakat distribution and the level of religious practice among the mualaf (convert) in Selangor. The aim is also to analyse the relationship between the level of impact of zakat distribution and the level of religious practice of mualaf in Selangor. The problem of the study is issues which related to the granting of zakat rights to Muslims and its impact on strengthening the faith of these groups and their appreciation of Islamic teachings. Methodology: This study applies quantitative methodology which involves 454 Muslim converts as respondents and they were randomly selected to get the data of this study. Main Findings: The descriptive analysis findings demonstrate that the level of impact of zakat distribution and the level of religious practice of mualaf in Selangor is at high level, where each has a mean value (4.20 and 4.63). The result of the Pearson correlation analysis proves that there is a significant relationship between the impact of the distribution (r = 0.643, p < 0.01) and religious practice (r = 0.677, p < 0.01).       Applications of this study: This study involves respondents from the mualaf group in Selangor. Selangor has chosen to be the area of study as the total number of muallaf registered in this state is greater than those in other states in Malaysia. Novelty/Originality of this study: The implementation of zakat distribution based on the principals and concepts dictated by Islamic law will give a great impact to the group of mualaf (convert).

Purpose – This article aims to investigate perceptions of Turkish nurses on the impact of accreditation on quality of care and the effect of accreditation on quality results. Design/methodology/approach – This study was performed as a cross-sectional, questionnaire-based survey on 258 nurses who started working in the hospital before it was accredited and continued to work during and after accrediation and who therefore knew both the hospital's pre-accrediation and post-accreditation periods. In this study, descriptive statistical analyses (means and standard deviations) were carried out to explore the views of the participants on “quality results,” “benefits of accreditation” and “participation of employees.” “Quality results” was considered to be the dependent variable, while “benefits of accreditation” and “participation of employees” were accepted as the independent variables. The relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variables was tested using Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. External patient satisfaction data collected by the quality department of the hospital before and after accreditation were also investigated. Findings – It was found that nurses had generally high scores for the items concerning the benefits of accreditation. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between the dependent variable (quality results) and the independent variables (benefits of accreditation and participation of employees). Regression analysis indicated that R2=0.461 and the extent to which the independent variables explained the dependent variable was 46.1 per cent, which is a high rate. Patient satisfaction scores increased after accreditation. Practical implications – Our study suggest that providing support for nurses, especially nurses with administrative responsibilities and incorporating employees into the process are important for exercising quality standards. Originality/value – Hospital accreditation has a positive impact on quality results especially on quality of care provided to patients and patient satisfaction. Study findings could guide policy makers and hospital managers in Turkey and in other countries who are preparing or implementing accreditation.

Environmental policy represents one of the important administrative issues for organizations that seek to have a bright future. They are required to make great and real efforts to diagnose the environmental dimension, evaluate environmental efforts, and think about effective means, mechanisms and ways to protect the environment in the future and to correct past mistakes. The aim of this research is to show the impact that the environmental policy can play in achieving the requirements of sustainability. The research relied on the independent variable represented by the environmental policy, and the dependent variable 17 السياسة البيإية ودور ا ف تحقيق متطلبا االستدامة Millennium Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences 2(4): (2021) on sustainability and its requirements represented by (rationalization of resource consumption, reducing pollution, reducing the impact on human health, and using renewable energy). The descriptive analytical approach was adopted in the completion of this research, and it included answering the questions related to the research problem by testing two main hypotheses, with regard to correlation and influence relations. The General Battery Industry / Babel 1 Factory in Baghdad, and the statistical program (SPSS.V.23) was used to extract the results. This research reached a set of conclusions regarding environmental policy, the most prominent of which is that it has a continuous and effective positive impact that occurs due to internal and external environmental factors in achieving sustainability, which was represented by the validity of the two hypotheses of the research with the existence of a link and impact of environmental policy on sustainability. Purpose The concept of emotional intelligence (EI) and servant leadership (SL) are two variables that have been essential for the organization leaders to ensure a healthy and happy work–life for their subordinates. The purpose of this study to be conducted was for leaders understand the role EI and SL play in maintaining employee job satisfaction and help them to create engaging environment and bring effectiveness in the work productivity of the assets. Design/methodology/approach Quantitative method was used and a total of 150 people were taken as a sample which consisted of several leaders and their subordinates and an emotional intelligence questionnaire by NHS and SL: multidimensional questionnaire was floated to rate the leaders EI and SL behavior comparing it with the leaders self-rating. The result was analyzed using SPSS, Pearson correlation and regression was used to understand the significance level and reliability of all the independent and dependent variables, respectively. Findings Through correlation and regression, it was found that presence of EI and SL style in a leader plays a huge role in employee job satisfaction. It was also found that EI and SL are the substantial predictor which have positive impact over employee job satisfaction. Originality/value The outcome of the study will help the leaders understand the significance that the EI and SL have in their role to maintain employee job satisfaction, as well as the training and development measures for leaders.

The main aim of this study is to identify to what extent the managerial leaderships in top, middle, and lower levels of commercial banks at Jordan practice the employer branding dimensions and talent management strategies. Also, it aims to explore the impact of employer branding dimensions on talent management strategies. The researcher relied on analytical-descriptive method to analyze and classify the data to achieve the objectives and to identify the variables of the study. To collect data a questionnaire was developed based on relevant literature and scales, (226) questionnaires were distributed, out of which (187) were returned and analyzed using SPSS (version 19), with response rate (82.7%). The results of the study showed that the relative importance of employer branding dimensions and talent management strategies practices in commercial banks of Jordan was high. Also, the results revealed that there is a positive relationship and significant impact of employer branding dimensions on talent management strategies among managers of commercial banks in Jordan.

Current study aims to critically investigate the impact of HR practices on organizational commitment of employees in the Banking Sector of Pakistan. The impact of training, compensation, performance evaluation, and promotion practices have been assessed on affective, normative and continuance commitment of employees via 12 hypotheses. Survey methodology was adopted via using structured questionnaire. A sample of 100 respondents was drawn from the employees working with various branches of the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) located in Lahore, Pakistan. Collected data was subjected to Pearson Correlation and Regression analysis. The results of Pearson Correlation matrix demonstrated a positive correlation between HR practices and organizational commitment of employees which confirms all proposed hypotheses. Regression results showed a significant positive impact of training and performance evaluation on organizational commitment of employees. However, the significance of compensation and promotional practices could not be proved.

Few studies have been conducted on whether the coexistence of green innovation and corporate social responsibility (CSR) has a favorable interaction effect on firm value. This interaction effect is of great significance for enterprises balancing resource allocation between two factors in the future. Meanwhile, information disclosure can reflect the efforts of enterprises in taking on CSR. Therefore, taking China’s listed companies as an example, this paper studies the interaction effect of CSR after being divided into the three different dimensions of environment, society, and governance (ESG) and green innovation on firm value. The quantile regression method can reflect the impact of CSR and green innovation on the firm value of different levels. The study finds that: (1) green innovation can promote the improvement of medium- and high-level firm value; (2) only the disclosure of environmental and social information can have a positive impact on firm value; (3) the interaction effect between green innovation and social disclosure on firm value is a substitution effect, which will gradually weaken with the increase of firm value. This paper proposes that relevant departments should guide green funds into enterprises with capital constraints to alleviate the issue of fund crowding into CSR and green innovation.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of organizational culture (OC) on social capital (SC) between experts of research-based industrial organizations who were aware of the subject of research. Design/methodology/approach The tools in this study were the native and modified questionnaire of Denison OC model with 33 items and Abili’s developed questionnaire based on Nahapiet and Ghoshal model for SC with 24 items. Validity of questionnaire well approved based on face validity method by experts, specialists and professors of management. Using the results of pre-test, Cronbach’s alpha was showed the very high reliability. Because of the low number of experts, we did not sampling and decided to distribute questionnaires among all of them. In all, 120 completely filled questionnaires were returned out of the 134 distributed. For examining the main hypothesis and sub-hypothesis of this study simple linear regression and multiple regression analysis were used. Findings The results of regression analysis showed that regression line ascribes changes in dependent variable (SC) to independent variable (OC). It means that in research-based industrial organizations, OC has a significant positive impact on SC and cultural traits with internal focus have more impact on SC than those with external focus. Then, with the use of parametric tests, the relationship between OC and SC and between components of OC and SC was investigated. Finally, Pearson correlation tests results confirmed the significant relationships. Overall, the results of this study show the significant, positive, strong relationship between OC and SC. Originality/value As there are not many studies about the impact of OC on SC, this paper’s findings will be useful to assess and improve the cultural situation for increasing the SC in organization.

<p>The study of self-efficacy and its impact on human performance has intrigued many scholars during the last two decades, for example, Clayson and Sheffet, 2006; Nauta, 2004; Muijsand Rejnolds 2001; Bandura, 1997 and Soodak and Podell, 1993. This study was conducted with the objective to find out the impact ofteacher self-efficacy on the secondary school students’ academic achievement. For this purpose, sixty (60) secondary school teachers and a hundred (100) secondary school students in Chiltan Town of Quetta city were randomly selected. To collect the data, teacher self-efficacy questionnaire for teachers was used and to measure students’ academic achievement a test was developed. Data were analyzed through Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regressions. The findings of the study revealed that teacher self-efficacy has a positive impact on the students’ academic achievement. The results of the study and their pedagogical implications have been discussed, and recommendations have been provided for further researches.</p>
