This article aims to review and identify the characteristics of Ulul Amri's personality and    leadership among Islamic Education teachers. A total of 109 students from 4 secondary schools in Kota Bharu district were randomly selected as respondents for the study. This study was conducted through a quantitative approach. The data were collected through a questionnaire translated from The Big Five Inventory (BFI) by John (1990) and Ulul Amri's Leadership following the Qur'an. The degree of reliability of the BFI instrument ranges from 0.62 to 0.77 while the Ulul Amri Leadership instrument is between 0.61 and 0.71. Descriptive analysis of frequencies and mins used for distribution analysis. Inference statistics that pearson correlation analysis is used to analyze the relationship between teacher personality and Ulul Amri Leadership. The significant level used is 0.05. The findings show that the most dominant personality dimensions of teachers are Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism. The results of the correlation test showed that there was no significant relationship between the personality of the Islamic Education Teacher and the leadership of the Ulul Amri teacher except the personality of the agreeableness. The findings show that Islamic Education teachers have positive personalities such as Openness, Agreeableness, Extraversion and Conscientiousness. Meanwhile, Neuroticism with a negative personality teacher of Islamic Education has recorded the lowest mean. This finding shows that Islamic Education teachers in Kota Bharu have a good and positive perception among students. This is also a reflection of the expectation and dependence of the students on the Islamic Education teacher is very high. As Al-Qabisi's theory emphasizes the four qualities of a quality teacher in educating morals, ie by example, qudwah, unity, demonstration and understanding. Teachers through a qudwah approach or exemplary example can become themselves as followers or model roles to students by means of interaction inside and outside the classroom.

The inability of teachers to accept cultural, linguistic, and religious differences caused by racial differences can have a negative impact on unity. The literature suggests that principals can play a role in addressing this issue. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine the principal’s role in promoting teachers’ unity and to determine the relationship between the principal’s role and teachers’ unity. This study is a survey design and a quantitative method was used to collect data from 578 teachers in a population of 236,748 teachers in secondary school. The data collected was analyzed descriptively to produce mean value and standard deviation, therefore the level of principals’ role in promoting unity and the level of teachers’ unity can be interpreted. Inference analysis by Pearson correlation was done to determine r-value, therefore the hypotheses on the relationship between the two variables were tested. Overall, principals’ role attained a high level in promoting unity with a mean score of 3.85, whereas the teachers’ unity level was also at a high level with a mean score of 4.37. The result also shows that there was a positive relationship between the two variables but at a weak level with r = 0.20. This paper contributes to the body of knowledge that principals’ role in promoting unity has had an impact on the teachers’ unity level. This finding also shows that the Malaysian Education System Aspiration focusing on promoting unity is relevant and should be continuously implemented. Apart from having theories implication, the findings bear positive input for principals’ training, and also provide input for the teaching fraternity to be more respectful towards each other’s differences, thereby avoiding racism and discrimination amongst them.

This study was conducted to identify the teacher skill level and attitude towards the use of multimedia in the teaching and learning of the Holy Koran for Autism students. This study was conducted using a set of questionnaires that were completed by 40 teachers who teach in the Integrated Special Education Program (PPKI) class selected by random. These quantitative data from the questionnaire were analyzed descriptively through SPSS software, version 22 to obtain the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between skill level and teacher attitude towards using multimedia in the teaching and learning of the Holy Koran for Autism students. The results of the analysis of the study found that the teacher skill level (M=3.63, SD.=0.82) and teacher attitude (M=3.80, SD.=0.71) were at a moderate and high level. Meanwhile, this study also shows that there is a significant relationship between skill level and teacher attitude. Indeed, the teacher skill level and attitude towards using multimedia in teaching is positive but has weaknesses in terms of the application of multimedia items. Thus, while conducting the teaching process, a teacher must take into account the skill level to be applied and the readiness of the teacher attitude to build a multimedia-based teaching process to be more effective.

The goal of this study is to investigate the moral disengagement and aggression levels of fight sport athletes according to several independent variables and reveal the relationship among them. The study group consisted of totally 207 fight sport athletes, 88 females and 119 males with age  = 21,99 ± 4,92 and year of sport  = 6,14 ± 5,42. “The Scale of Moral Disengagement in Sport” and “The Questionnaire of Buss-Perry Aggression” were used as data collection tools. Descriptive statistics, t test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation analysis were used in the analysis of data. While the mean of physical aggression of athletes was found as the highest, verbal aggression had the lowest mean value within the sub-dimensions of aggression, and they stated that they somewhat disagreed with the moral disengagement. It was found that there was a moderate positive significant correlation between moral disengagement and sub-dimensions of anger, hostility, physical and verbal aggressions of aggression scale. Significant difference was observed in the dimension of moral disengagement in accordance with age and year of sport. Physical and verbal aggression scores of males are significantly higher according to gender. The aggression and moral disengagement scores of kickboxers are significantly higher than those of taekwondo athletes in line with the branch. To conclude, it was determined that fight sport athletes did not approve moral disengagement in sport, however, the case of moral disengagement of athletes, who were younger and started the sport recently, was higher and they mostly showed the behaviour of aggression physically.

Abstract Background Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) is a condition characterized by an exaggerated response of the immune system to the fungus Aspergillus. This study aimed to assess the relationship between carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and eosinophils in ABPA patients. Methods: We describes a case of a 50-year-old patient who was diagnosed with ABPA presenting with high level of CEA and eosinophils. Besides,we used immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence to identify eosinophils and CEA in sections which were obtained by Endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial lung biopsy aspiration (EBUS-TBLB). The sections were then visualized using confocal microscopy. We also retrospectively analyzed a cohort of 37 ABPA patients between January 2013 and December 2019 in our hospital. Results: We found the patient whose serum CEA levels were consistent with eosinophils during the follow-up(r=0.929,P=0.022). The positive expression of CEA and abnormal expression of eosinophils was higher in the ABPA tissue compared to the normal lung tissue. The co-localization was represented as pixels containing both red and green color in the image (with various shades of orange and yellow) which signified that eosinophils were immunohistochemically positive for CEA. Patients with higher levels of eosinophils had higher levels of CEA in the serum (P<0.001). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of eosinophils were positively correlated with serum CEA levels(r=0.459 and r=0.506,P=0.004 and P=0.001). Conclusion: Serum CEA level is elevated in ABPA patients. The elevated serum CEA level was shown to be normalized after treatment. Increased CEA levels in ABPA patients may be positively correlated with eosinophil levels, and eosinophils may be served as CEA-secreting cells in patients with ABPA.
