The study aimed to identify future skills required for hospital managers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the study followed the descriptive analytical approach, where the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool to collect data, and the study community is one of the hospital managers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and applied to a sample of (200) individuals from various locations in a sample of hospitals. The study reached results, the most important of which is that future skills What is required for the hospital director is primarily time management skills, followed by planning and organizational skills, change management skills, as well as decision-making skills, communication skills, and committee and meeting management skills. In the light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of working on a periodic evaluation of the performance of the hospital director to determine the skills that he possesses and whether they are appropriate for his job location, and the need to work on identifying the training needs of the hospital director and preparing appropriate training and educational programs to develop those skills and refine them in a way that is appropriate for the hospital’s work Administrative and medical.

The objective of this study is to reveal the effect of the market share of credit facilities on the rate of return on assets and the rate of return on equity in Saudi banks. The study sample consisted of all Saudi banks, which included twelve banks listed on the stock market of 2008 and before 2018. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach by using the Panel Data Analysis. One of the main findings of the study is that the market share positively affects the rate of return on assets, while the market share of credit facilities does not affect the rate of return on equity. Among the most important recommendations in the study is the need to reduce the rate of return on credit facilities, which may contribute to increasing its market share, which will increase the contribution to the achievement of profits and work on the balance between liquidity and profitability by maintaining the market share in the volume of deposits to give the bank the ability To increase credit facilities and thus increase profits in banks and to conduct further research related to the market share of credit facilities in Saudi banks.

  The study aimed at identifying the reality of applying administrative digitization and its role in supporting future entrepreneurs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study's importance stems come from that administrative digitization is a newly established management approach to supports future entrepreneurs. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and was applied to a sample of future entrepreneurs amounting to (217) individuals who were chosen randomly. The results of the study found a statistically significant effect at the level of (0.05) for managerial digitization on supporting future entrepreneurs in entrepreneurial projects. To enhance the application of administrative digitization in entrepreneurial projects because of its positive effects on supporting future leaders, to develop plans and programs to benefit from them, and to establish a mechanism to stimulate the participation of future entrepreneurs to support and enhance efforts aimed at creating an organizational environment.
