The presented study is aimed at identifying the extent of commitment of mathematics teachers at the middle and high school levels using the quality of the achievement tests. This is performed by taking samples of the evaluation forms provided by mathematics supervisors in the education offices. It is geographically distributed in the teaching area of ​​Madinah for evaluating the questions of mathematics teachers for the academic year of 1438 /1439. 235 evaluation forms were randomly chosen from a total of 591 and all data was analyzed using SPSS program. The results of the middle school mathematics teachers showed a modest quality of the achievement tests after the analysis of the questionnaire achieving(2.03). The general framework of the test for middle school teachers was of interest to them because they obtained high arithmetic average (2.81). Moreover, high averages were obtained in specific aspects as per the following order: multiple choice questions, questions of right and wrong and essay question formats ranging from(1.18 -2.65). In contrast, other aspects showing poorer results included: pairing and filling format questions. However, the results of the high school mathematics teachers showed an average trend (2.16) in the quality of the achievement tests after analyzing the questionnaires. The general framework of the test for high school teachers was of interest to them because they also obtained a high arithmetic average (2.86). High averages obtained as per the following order: multiple choice questions, questions of right and wrong and essay question formats. Conversely, the other aspect of questions showed less significant results mainly in pairing and filling format questions (ranging 1.22-2.83).) Overall, the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between teachers of the two stages in the industry (significance value (α=0.05). This study included some recommendations that may improve the quality of the achievement testing specifically to mathematics teachers.

Exposure to different types of radiation is an integral part of everyday life (e.g. cosmic radiation, radon, medical applications, cell phones, etc.). Therefore, the general public should adequately be informed on the issue from an early age in order to develop a realistic understanding of the associated risks and the necessary safety culture. In this respect, the quality of the related information provided in the school textbooks is of great importance. The present work demonstrates a quantified assessment of high school textbooks regarding the information on different radiation-related topics provided to students. The assessment was carried out based on an anonymous online survey with the participation of a total of 347 high school teachers. According to the results of the survey, the high school textbooks address radiation issues in a sparse, occasional, and fragmentary manner. Moreover, the results indicate that the quality of information they provide was judged as unsatisfactory in terms of scientific correctness, completeness, clarity-comprehensiveness and objectivity. Radiation protection and applications of non-ionizing radiation are the topics that are covered to a lesser extent in the textbooks and curricula evaluated.

The activity of analyzing the items is one of the obligations for each teacher in an effort to improve the quality of the questions. However, for Civics Education teachers, this has never been done especially for questions created by the Subject Teachers' Consultation which are used for the end-semester assessment. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the questions based on distinguishing feature, level of difficulty, and effectiveness of the distractor. This study is an evaluation study of 50 items of  Civics Education Subject test in Banjarmasin, totaling 50 questions in the form of multiple choice questions at the end-semester test, academic year 2019/2020. The data collected are in the form of: (1) final exams question sheet, (2) question answer key sheet, and (3) students’ answer sheet. All data is obtained by documentation techniques. Data analysis uses the AnBuso version 8.0 application. The criteria for determining the quality of items are: (a) questions are considered good if the distinguishing feature is good/good enough, the level of difficulty is medium and all alternative answers are effective, (b) revision of alternative answers, if the distinguishing feature is good/good enough and the level of difficulty is medium, but the alternative there are ineffective answers, (c) good enough, if the distinguishing feature is good/good enough but the level of difficulty is easy/difficult, and (d) not good, if the distinguishing feature is not good.  The results of this study indicate that the questions used for the end-semester test at Junior High School in Banjarmasin are 50 % of poor quality.

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership on motivation, (2) the influence of leadership on teacher commitment, (3) the effect of motivation on teacher commitment. Influence The study population was all public high school teachers in Banda Aceh City with a total sample of 252 people taken by proportional random sampling, and the data were analyzed using path analysis after calculating the correlation of all research variables in the form of a matrix. The research findings show that the commitment of public high school teachers in Banda Aceh City is directly influenced by the principal's leadership and teacher work motivation. Based on hypothesis testing, it can be concluded: (1) there is a direct influence of leadership on teacher commitment, (2) there is a direct influence of principal's leadership on teacher commitment, (3) there is a direct influence of work motivation on teacher commitment. Suggestions that can be concluded in this study are: (1) the provincial government of Aceh is authorized to produce policies in accordance with the findings in this study (2) for the head of the Aceh education office to improve the quality of policy professionalism directed at the quality of school principals and teacher commitment (3) for school principals to be able to take into account in forming teacher organizational commitment to their schools (4) for teachers to be able to make reference in carrying out their duties as teachers.

Classroom Action Research is one effort that can be done by professional teachers in improving the quality of learning. The purpose of community service is to improve teachers' understanding in understanding PTK and can carry out PTK. This activity is intended for math teachers who are members of MGMP in High School. The form of service activities carried out in this activity is in the form of material delivery, practice of making proposals and consulting tasks. The workshop activity was attended by 30 high school mathematics teachers in Solok City. In the 2019 survey, 82.2% of teachers never participated in media training, especially learning media based on geogebra technology. Meanwhile, 92.8% of teachers stated that mathematics requires learning media. The low quality of education in NTB requires special attention from both the government and the private sector, so it is important to conduct technology-based learning media training in order to improve the quality of education, especially improving the quality of teachers. The training was carried out using offline and online methods for two days, 19 and 20 August 2021 at SMPN 16 Mataram. The training was attended by 22 participants from junior high school mathematics teachers in the city of Mataram. In the implementation of the training, an evaluation was carried out using questionnaires and observations. The conclusions from the results of the service were as follows: Geogebra training as a medium for learning mathematics for SMP teachers in the city of Mataram in 2021 received a very good response and was well received by the teachers. Geogebra training as a medium for learning mathematics for junior high school teachers in the city of Mataram in 2021 is very in line with what is expected by mathematics teachers in the City of Mataram and increases teacher competence in the context of applying technology in learning to develop technology-based mathematics learning media.

The study was to generate a valid, practical and effective competence-based training model for the electricity program vocational high school teachers. The type of the study was research and development that referred to the development stages proposed by Plomp. The data gathering instrument for the study consisted of: (1) validation sheet; (2) observation sheet; and (3) response questionnaire for the training participants and the trainers. In order to measure the level of reliability and the level of agreement consistency among the raters, the researcher implemented the Cohen’s Kappa coefficient statistics has a minimum value of ≥ 0.70. The subjects of the study were the electricity program vocational high school teachers in the City of Makassar and the Regency of Gowa totaling 22 people. The results of the study were as follows: (1) the training model had fulfilled the criteria of validity so that the model might be implemented for the training activities of electricity program vocational high school teachers; (2) the training model had fulfilled the criteria of practicality that were measured from the level of model stage (syntax) implementation; (3) the training model had fulfilled the criteria of effectiveness that had the following indicators: (a) the level of knowledge and understanding exposed by the training participants, (b) the level of teaching skills exposed by the training participants, (c) the quality of training participants’ portfolio and (d) the response of the training participants and the trainers.

Purpose of this study to determine how the facilities and infrastructure for softball learning in Senior High School Jepara Regency. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with the subject of this research is the Senior High School teachers in Jepara district. The collecting data using interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis using methods that are carried out continuously with data reduction, data presentation and make a conclusions. The results showed that (1) From 9 State Senior High Schools in Jepara Regency had good softball facilities and infrastructure, because there were several schools that did not have the facilities. (2) The main inhibiting factor in the procurement of softball facilities is the price of equipment which is expensive and in large quantities. (3) Softball learning in the school has not run optimally, due to inadequate facilities and infrastructure. (4) The teacher is innovative enough in learning to modify the tools and how to play. The conclusion is that the price of softball equipment is very expensive and the amount of equipment is not small, so the implementation of softball learning in the schools has not been carried out properly, because of the lack of softball equipment and also requires a large field. It is hoped that schools whose facilities and infrastructure for softball learning are still inadequate should be available to immediately organize softball facilities and infrastructure while still considering the level of need, so the quality of learning outcomes for sports and health, softball material can run well and can also lift branches Softball in Jepara Regency has become a popular sport not only among students but also among the local community.
