The current study aimed at identifying the Leadership Styles of Schools Principals and Their Effect in the Organizational Commitment of Teachers in Kuwait public schools. The researcher has applied the Relational Descriptive Approach because it suits the objectives of the current study, and the study tool consisted of a questionnaire fir data collection. The sample of the current study consisted of 383)) teachers from Kuwaiti public schools. The study found that the Leadership Styles of Schools Principals in Kuwaiti public schools were of medium-level, as they scored a mean of (3.62 out of 5.00.) At the level of the axis of styles, the democratic style has ranked first with a mean of 3.98)). The easy principal has ranked second with a mean of 3.70)), and these two styles were of a high level. The autocratic style has ranked third with a mean of 3.19) ) which is of medium level. The results of the study showed that the organizational commitment has scored a mean of (3.85 out of 5.00  )with a high level. The results showed that there was a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α≤0.05) of the degree of the Leadership Styles of Schools Principals and Their Effect in the Organizational Commitment of Teachers which amounted 94.8%)), which means that it is (high and strong). The study recommended increasing the awareness of school principals about of Leadership Styles, and how to apply and exercise them within the educational institution.

    The study aimed at revealing the role of the principals of public schools in developing students' awareness of environmental education in Ajloun Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach. To achieve the goal of the study، the researcher constructed a questionnaire and distributed it to a random sample of 168 managers and directors. The role of public school principals in developing students' awareness of environmental education in Ajloun Governorate is estimated at (high)، with an average of 3.67 (5). In terms of the dimensions of the study، the following is the cognitive field، with an average of (3.79). (3.88)، and the affective area with an average of (4.14)، all of which are rated (high). The results also showed no significant differences at the level of significance between the role of government principals in developing students' Ajloun Governorate، due to gender variable. In the light of the results، a number of recommendations and proposals were presented to raise the role of managers in developing students' awareness of environmental education   ، ،

The study aimed to identify the Attitudes of Teachers and Principals of Public Schools in Mafraq Governorate Towards E-learning, and the study sample consisted of (325) directors and teachers from the Directorate of Education and Teaching in the Governorate of Mafraq, who were chosen in a simple random way, and the descriptive approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for data collection. Attitudes of public school teachers in the governorate of Mafraq towards e-learning came in a moderate degree, with an average of (3.36) and a percentage (67.2%), while the attitudes of school principals towards e-learning were high, with an average of (3.79), and with a percentage (57.8%). It also found that there are statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample towards e-learning due to the variable of gender, the nature of work in favor of females and the nature of work for the benefit of teachers, and in light of the results of the study, a set of recommendations were presented, the most prominent of which is an increase in the use of distance learning and its inclusion within the courses Students to be able to fully benefit from them, and to give training courses to teachers, especially with modern strategies for dealing with electronic applications that work to attract students' attention.

This study reveals the correlations between high diploma student’s perceptions of the level of organisational justice exhibited by Jordanian school principals and their own level of organisational commitment. To achieve these objectives, the researchers employed a descriptive correlation design. A 44-item questionnaire comprising four fields was administered to a sample of (354) high diploma students working as teachers in (15) public schools. The results show there is evidence of perceived justice and a high level of commitment among teachers; additionally, it identified a strong connection between teachers’ commitment and all aspects of organisational justice. These findings have implications for Jordanian school administration; accordingly, the researchers propose relevant recommendations for further investigation.   Keywords: organisational justice (OJ); organisational commitment (OC); high diploma.

<p>This study was aimed to empirically analyze the effect of participatory budgeting on the school’s performance with organizational commitment, organizational culture, and leadership styles as the moderating variabels. The populations in this study are educators, educational personnel, committe of 801 people and spread at the vocational high schools in Sumbawa regency comprising 17 private and public schools. The disproportionate stratified simple random sampling was used as sampling technique. There are 278 repondents (educators, educational personnel, committee). The analysis method involved SEM PLS and Smart PLS 2.0 as statistic test tools. The result showed that the participatory budgeting affected the school performances. The organizational commitment and leadership styles were able to moderate the effect of participatory budgeting on performances. The leadership styles focusing on the preference and skill of the subordinates became the main concern and the commitment of the members to the organization supported the performance of the schools.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Participatory Budgeting, Performance, Leadership Styles, Organizaional Culture, Organizational Commitment</p>

This study aimed at identifying the prevailing leadership styles of managers, the organizational environment prevailing in the public schools in Amman, furthermore the relation between these leadership styles and the organizational climate. Thus, the researchers used the descriptive approach on a sample consisting of (55) teachers of the physical education in these schools, of experience between (10-15) years. Collecting the study data, a questionnaire of the leadership style (Shehadeh, 2008) was used after been modified. It consisted of (2) domains (the dictatorial style, the democratic style) with (15) paragraphs. In addition, the questionnaire of (Ahmed, 2008) was modified to measure the organizational climate. It consisted of (4) domains (communication, organization, working conditions, administrative laws) with (20) paragraphs. However, the five-dimensional Likert scale was used in both tools. The results showed that the dominant pattern in the public schools in Amman is the dictatorial pattern, with mean average of (4), which affected the organizational climate in these schools of an average effect of (2.79). The results also showed a positive correlation between the democratic leadership and the organizational climate (0.61). Accordingly, this research concluded that the leadership style based on consultation, participation in decision-making and teachers&rsquo; personal value esteem has a significant role in the organizational climate.

  The research aimed to investigate the Regulative Commitment Level for the chairmen of public education schools in Al Asyah and its relation with improving the administrative performance from the teachers' viewpoint on the following fields: the professional loyalty- responsibility towards the school- passion of continuance in work- trustfulness in the school. The researcher used the descriptive approach; thus، a questionnaire was built for this purpose. However، it would be the study community consisted of 436 teachers at all classes، and the questionnaire is applied to 235 teachers، of (54%) percentage; then، the data are analyzed according to the statistical software package SPSS. The results indicated that the regulative commitment level for the managers of public schools in Al Asyah was significantly from the teachers' viewpoint، that the administrative performance level of the chairmen of schools of general education in Al Asyah was largely from the teachers' viewpoint، that there are significant differences between the study sample responses in the level of Organizational commitment for the benefit of years of experience less than 10 years، and in favor of teachers in the secondary stage. There are no statistically significant differences between the thesis sample responses with respect to the frame of organizational commitment attributed to the educational qualification variable. The study recommended the need for concentrating on the training courses and awareness of the importance of organizational commitment to urge workers and teachers on the sincerity to do their best in the school، conducting studies similar to this another and other team members of the stuff in Saudi universities.

  The study aimed to find out the role of electronic management in improving administrative work in government schools in Buraimi Region and Al Dhahirah Region in Oman based on principals and their deputies' perspectives. The descriptive analytical design was used to analyse the data and answer the questions of the study. Researchers developed a questionnaire consisting of (55) items which were divided into two parts: availability of electronic management requirements, and administrative work. The sample consisted of (111) school principals and their deputies. The outcomes showed that the degree of availability of requirements for the application of electronic in public schools in both regions was on the average (medium) level (3.28 out of 5). More specifically, the outcomes revealed that the availability of materialistic requirements has got (3.55) which is considered 'high'. |Second, human and technical requirements have got (3.36); and thirdly, rules and regulations have got (3.16). Finally, the financial requirements have got an average level of (2.98). The outcomes have also shown that the electronic management has a role in improving administrative work with an average level (4.01) which is considered high. In terms of the fields in this part, the organization has got the highest average (4.11); planning has got an average of (4.01); supervision has got an average of (3.98); directions have got an average of (3.97); and finally, the decision-making has got an average of (3.94). In addition, the findings indicated that there is no statistically significant difference between the average responses of the study sample about the role of electronic management in improving administrative work due to the 'years of experience' variable. The study recommended allocating an appropriate budget for public schools in Oman to provide the necessary requirements (computers) and maintenance to apply electronic management effectively.

The purpose of the study is to explore the effect of school principals&rsquo; distributed leadership behaviours on teachers&rsquo; organizational commitment in the views of teachers employed in high schools. The study is a descriptive research designed as a correlational survey model and the research population consists of teachers in high schools in the provincial centre of Diyarbakır, a large city in south-eastern Turkey. The study is conducted with 275 teachers, selected by simple random selecting method. In the research, conducted in the views of high school teachers, descriptive statistics are employed to determine the distributed leadership behaviours of the participant principals and the teachers&rsquo; organizational commitment levels and a regression analysis is used to predict the participant teachers&rsquo; organizational commitment arising from the distributed leadership behaviours of the school principals. As a result of the study, the distributed leadership behaviours of the school principals are found at a high level in the following factors: open leadership, school culture, employee involvement and dynamics, whereas the teachers&rsquo; organizational commitment levels are found low in the compliance factor but as for identification and internalisation factors, they are found high. Moreover, it is determined that teachers&rsquo; organizational commitment can be statistically predicted from school principals&rsquo; distributed leadership behaviours.

This study sought to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among employees of a selected tertiary educational institution at Northwest of Haiti. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 55 employees. It was found that there is a moderate level of job satisfaction and high level of continuance and normative commitment among employees. It was also found that there is a strong positive relationship between job satisfaction and affective commitment and a weak positive relationship between job satisfaction and normative commitment. It was therefore recommended that administrators should seek to find ways and means to provide extrinsic and intrinsic motivating factors in order to prevent job dissatisfaction with regrettable consequences for the institution when employees may decide to leave their organization.
