Pregnancy is considered as a very precious event in every women`s life. It is filled with happiness, joy and surprises. Every parents hopes for a healthy baby, but may sometimes become sorrowful when danger sets in either to the mother or to the fetus. Pregnancy links mother and fetus together and is the basis for regeneration and the generation. In high-risk pregnancies, the mother may sometimes escape death but fetus and neonates often become the victim so the present study aims to assess the effectiveness of DFMC chart and Cardiff count ten charts on mother’s perception among antenatal mothers. A quantitative approach with Pre-Experimental research one-shot case design was adopted to conduct the study among 30 antenatal mothers who were selected by Non- probability convenience sampling technique. The semi-structured interview method was used to collect the demographic data and the level of the mother's perception among antenatal mothers was assessed by a structured questionnaire. The results of the study shows that among 30 samples in the DFMC group, 9(60%) had good perception 5(33.33%) had very good perception and 1(6.7%) had poor perception. Whereas in the Cardiff Ten Count, 10(66.7%) had good perception and 5(33.33%) had very good perception on fetal movement among antenatal mothers. This study proves that DFMC and CARDIFF chart on mother’s perception is an effective method to prevent any fetal complication during pregnancy and also it helps the mothers to improve to the knowledge and to provide the better quality of life to maternal.

This paper attempts to investigate to understand customers’ evaluation regarding service quality of e-banking in Bangladesh. It also examines the major challenges and required strategies for promoting e-banking. To conduct the study, a total number of 205 respondents were taken as sample from Chittagong region by using simple judgmental sampling technique. A face-to-face interview method was followed by using a structured questionnaire to collect the data. Five points Likert scale was used to examine the customers’ evaluation on the service quality and through statistical measures it analyze the problem. Garret’s ranking technique was applied to rank the qualitative data for analyzing challenges and required strategies of e-banking. The study reveals that from the customers’ assessment, e-banking saves time and hazard, facilitates quick and easier access to information, speedy transaction, receiving service easily, ensures accuracy, effectiveness and security, provides versatile service, anytime, anywhere banking facility. The study also found that technological disturbance, insufficient infrastructure, unavailability of service in rural areas, high service charge are the major challenges of e-banking service in Bangladesh. The customers suggests to develop infrastructure, upgrade technology, increase security measure, enhance promotion for developing customers’ awareness, introduce innovative initiative of Bangladesh bank, extend service across the country etc.

A descriptive study to assess the knowledge regarding osteoarthritis among the osteoarthritis client in middle adulthood (34-60) in orthopedic OPD in Rohilkhand medical college and hospital, Bareilly with self-developed. Objective of the Study: 1. To assess the knowledge regarding prevention of osteoarthritis among middle adulthood Clients in RMCH, Bareilly. 2. To find out the association between knowledge and selected demographical variables among prevention of osteoarthritis. Method: Study was conducted in Orthopedic O.P.D of Rohilkhand Medical College and Hospital Bareilly, the convenient sampling technique were used and the sample was 40 who were diagnosed with Osteoarthritis middle adult-hood client, structured questionnaire tools, with the help of interview method used in this study. The data was collected to assess the level of knowledge regarding Osteoarthritis among osteoarthritis clients. The data collected were analyzed and interpreted by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Result: The result shows that there are 32.5% participants have adequate knowledge, 65% have moderate knowledge, only 2.5% inadequate knowledge regarding osteoarthritis and its prevention. There was no relationship between the levels of related to Osteoarthritis among osteoarthritis client with demographic data.

The quality of the human resource of an organization is essential to its success. Thus, every organization must seek to improve the quality of its workforce. One way of achieving this is through training and development programs. The importance of training and development programs can only be appreciated with a clear understanding of its direct impact on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of training and development programs on employee performance. The data for this study has been collected through a structured questionnaire by conducting a survey. The sample size of this study is 100 and is chosen based on convenience sampling technique from different chemical and manufacturing industries of Bangladesh. All the data of this study were processed and analysed through SPSS 20. The value of Cronbach Alpha was 0.725, means that the data of this study is reliable according to Nunnaly, (1978). Hypotheses were tested through multiple regression analysis. From the findings, it has found that Orientation Training (OT), Career Development Training (CDT), and Environment, Health & Safety Training (EHST) have the significant impact on Employee Performance (EP) while there was no significant relation between Job Training (JT) and Employee Performance (EP). Eventually, this study was concluded by providing a few recommendations for organisational implication.

Background and aim: The primary aim of antenatal care is to achieve, at the end of pregnancy, a healthy mother and a healthy baby. Antenatal care is a care which is provided in antenatal period which starts from day of conception till the delivery. The aim of study was assessed the knowledge regarding antenatal care among Pregnant women in selected area of Haryana. Materials and Methods: A descriptive research design was used with a convenience sampling technique on 50 pregnant women in selected hospitals of Haryana. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire for knowledge regarding antenatal care. Analysis was done using both descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: Majority of the (62%) pregnant women had an excellent level of knowledge, nearly one-fifth (22%) had good level of knowledge and few 8(16%) had an average level of knowledge. None of them have below average knowledge. There was a statistically significant association of qualification and Parity with Knowledge. Conclusion: There was a statistically significant association of qualification and Parity with level of knowledge.

Store Atmospherics is an innovative tool that retailers use to attract a number of customers into the store and retain them for longer time in the store. The share of large format retail stores in organized retail sector is increasing significantly. This paper is an empirical study of factors of Store Atmospherics from customers’ viewpoint. Data was collected through structured questionnaire from 75 respondents following convenience sampling technique. Reliability test and factor analysis were done using SPSS. Results show that Store Music, Store Decorations, Store Fragrance, Store Brightness, In-store Promotions and Ambience are the important Store Atmospheric factors. Large format retailers should focus more on these so as to increase their appeal to the customers and give them a good shopping experience so that favourable shopping outcomes follow.

Cancer that occurs in children does not only affect children, but also parents. Parents experience anxiety, stress, fear of losing their children, and helplessness in caring for their children, so that parents are less than optimal in caring for their children. Parent empowerment can increase parents' knowledge, confidence, and ability to care for their children. Previous research found several obstacles to parent empowerment carried out by nurses so that parent empowerment was not optimal in its implementation. Knowing barriers and supports in implementation of parent empowerment in caring for children with cancer can support implementation of parent empowerment to be more optimal. The purpose of this study was to explore barriers and supports in parent empowerment in caring for children with cancer based on the nurse's perception. The design of this study was qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach. The data was collected by in-depth interview method using semi-structured interview guidelines on six nurses who were selected by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis was carried out by thematic analysis with the analysis stage according to Colaizzi. The results of this study were resulted in four themes, namely parental attitudes, parental characteristics, attitudes of nurses, availability of nurses and facilities. This study concluded that implementation of empowering parents to care for children with cancer became more optimal by knowing the barrier and supports in empowering parents care for children with cancer and nurses could make more effective planning in caring for children with cancer.

Children are profoundly powerless against the negative wellbeing resulting in numerous ecological exposures. Children get proportionately more significant portions of natural toxicants than grown-ups, and the way that their organs and tissues are quickly creating makes them especially vulnerable to synthetic abuse. Asthma is a constant fiery infection of the aviation routes at present influencing over 300 million individuals around the world. The risk factors of asthma include genetic predisposition, irresistible respiratory contamination, allergens, environment, workouts, medications, additives, and occupational stimuli. The descriptive research design was used with 100 samples, which matched Non- probability convenience sampling techniques selected the inclusion criteria. Demographic variables were collected by interview method followed by assessed the risk factors of bronchial asthma in children (below ten years of age) by using a self-structured questionnaire. Out of 100 samples, 50(50%) risk factor of heredity, 71(71%) have problems in taking asthma medications, 44(44%) only use zipped pillow covers, 34(34%) do not use gas stoves in the kitchen, 10(10%) have moisture in the walls, 6(6%) have cases of asthma emergencies, 56(56%) find helpless in dealing with an asthma child.

This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is a motor vehicle taxpayer. Meanwhile, the sample in this study is a motor vehicle taxpayer in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique in this research used convience sampling. Respondents in this research amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in research using questionnaires given directly to respondents. Respondents in this study were dominated by male (58 respondents). Whereas female respondents amounted 42 respondents. The analysis techniques in this research used multiple linear regression analysis, with SPSS tools. This study obtained results that perseptions of tax corruption and service quality of tax officers affect taxpayer compliance. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor. Sedangkan, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor yang berada di Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini didominasi oleh laki-laki (58 responden). Sedangkan responden berjenis kelamin perempuan berjumlah 42 responden. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan alat SPSS. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa persepsi korupsi pajak dan kualitas pelayanan petugas pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

Diabetic foot is one of the most common and distressing complication of diabetes resulting to major physical limitation, psychological and fiscal significances for the patient and their families. Great information and skill on regards to diabetic foot care will lessen the danger of diabetic foot difficulties and that will diminish the odds of removal of the limb. A descriptive study was adopted for assessing the level of knowledge and practice of Foot care among diabetic clients. A total of100 diabetic clients were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were gathered utilizing self-structured questionnaire by a structured interview method. The outcomes portray that majority of the diabetic clients, 61% had inadequate knowledge, 28% had moderate knowledge and only 11% of the diabetic clients had average knowledge. The examination also uncovers that 23% of the diabetic clients had good practice and 77% had poor practice. The mean knowledge and practice score were 5.82 ± 2.53& 6.97±1.18 respectively. There is the strong connection (r= 0.698, p=0.0001) between Knowledge and Practice. There is statistically significant association of demographic variables noted with the knowledge and practice of foot care between age, Gender, Educational Status, Occupation, Duration of Diabetes, Current Diabetes Treatment, Presence of Co morbid (P values<0.001).

This research aims to determine the immigration office services providing services to the community and how much influence the quality of immigration office services on the level of community satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population in this research amounted to 21613 people. While sampling uses the Slovin formula with convenience sampling technique so that a sample of 100 people is obtained. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature studies. The results of this research are that the service at the Bengkalis Immigration Office has been well fulfilled based on the determination of the central government. Then the service quality of Bengkalis Immigration Office has a significant effect on the level of community satisfaction with a percentage of influence of 68.6% and the remaining 31.4% is influenced by other variables.
