<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui apakah  terdapat  pengaruh Positif dan signifikan antara sarana pendukung teknologi informasi dan budaya organisasi  terhadap sitem informasi dan kepuasan kerja. Unit analisis penelitian adalah operator dari poliklinik Biddokkes. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan angket berbentuk kuesioner. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 83 operator. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji hipotesis adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara sarana pendukung teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, sarana pendukung teknologi informasi terhadap sistem informasi, budaya organisasi terhadap sitem informasi dan sistem informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan hubungan yang positif dan tidak signifikan ditunjukkan oleh hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja.</p><p><em>This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between the means of supporting information technology and organizational culture on information systems and job satisfaction. The unit of research analysis is the operator of Biddokkes polyclinic. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires in the form of questionnaires. Respondents used were 83 operators. The analytical method used in testing hypotheses is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. This research succeeded in proving a positive and significant relationship between information technology supporting facilities on job satisfaction, information technology supporting facilities on information systems, organizational culture on information systems and information systems on job satisfaction. While the positive and insignificant relationship is shown by the relationship of organizational culture to job satisfaction.</em></p>

The research aims to analyze the impact of leadership style and work environment to employee’s job satisfaction with organizational culture as moderating variable at balai kesehatan penerbangan Jakarta. the research used quantitative method. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling-partial least square. 84 public services were used as samples, but 78 samples were given questionaire back. The research revealed that: a) leadership style has impact on work environment (0,549); b) leadership style influences significantly to organizational culture (0,454); c) work environment doesnot have impact on organizational culture (0,161); d) organizational culture has strong relation to job satisfaction (0,840); e) leadership style has not effect on job satisfaction (0,038); f) work environment has not influence on job satisfaction (0,037); g) throught organizational culture, leadership style hassignificant effect on job satisfaction (0,660); and h) throught organizational culture, work environment has not siginificant effect on job satisfaction (0,129).

In this study there are 3 variables used, namely incentives, organizational culture, and organizational commitment. X1 = incentives, X2 = organizational culture, and Y = organizational commitment. Incentives in the form of rewards, awards or benefits provided to employees for their hard work given to the company, so that indirectly foster their loyalty to the company. While organizational culture is a belief in the values that are embraced, and trusted, which values are the guidelines for every employee of the organization in carrying out organizational activities. And for organizational commitment is where employees in this organization want to remain part of the organization's members and want to do anything to remain in the organization. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives and culture on organizational commitment. The data used in this study are primary data. and this research data is processed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). The choice of using PLS-SEM is because the sample used in the study was relatively small, namely 26 people. Which is because the population used in this study is small. The population consists of employees of PT. Rizky Indah Makmur. From the results of this study, the fact is that there is a positive influence between the incentives and organizational culture on organizational commitment.Pada penelitian ini terdapat 3 variabel yang digunakan yaitu insentif, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi. X1= insentif, X2= budaya organsisi, dan Y= komitmen organisasi. Insentif adalah berupa imbalan, penghargaan atau tunjangan yang diberikan kepada karyawan atas kerja keras mereka yang mereka berikan kepada perusahaan, agar mereka secara tidak langsung menumbuhkan loyalitas mereka kepada karyawan. Sedangkan budaya organisasi adalah kepercayaan yang dianut akan nilai-nilai yang dipercayai, yang mana nilainilai tersebut sebagai pedoman setiap karyawan organisasi dalam menjalankan kegiatan organisasi. Dan untuk komitmen organisasi adalah situasi dimana karyawan pada organisasi tersebut ingin tetap menjadi bagian dari anggota organisasi tersebut dan ingin melakukan apa pun agar tetap berada di dalam organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data yang bersifat data primer. Yang mana data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). Pemilihan penggunaan PLS-SEM dikarenakan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian relatif kecil, yaitu 26 orang. Yang mana hal tersebut disebabkan karena populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kecil. Populasi tersebut terdiri dari karyawan-karyawan PT. Rizky Indah Makmur Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara indentif dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Senior High School (SMA) institution is an educational institution that is required to bring out graduates so they can join public universities (PTN) and become prime human resources. So school educational institutions need human resources such as school principals and teachers as organizational wheels to drive activities. To achieve these goals, the school is required to pay attention to the work commitment of the teachers by paying attention to career development variables and job satisfaction, this is based on career development that runs in an organization that can increase their commitment to the organization in achieving organizational goals because the teachers have job satisfaction with the existing job promotion system so as to improve work quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development and job satisfaction on organizational commitment in a highschool in Jakarta teachers. Researchers distributed questionnaires to all teachers who teach at a highschool in Jakarta, totaling 55 respondents to be the sample for the entire study. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), through the Partial Least Square approach. The results of this study show that career development affects organizational commitment to teachers of a highschool in Jakarta and job satisfaction affects organizational commitment of a highschool in Jakarta teachers. Lembaga institusi Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang dituntut untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang unggul agar dapat masuk PTN dan menjadi sumber daya manusia yang unggul. Oleh karena itu, institusi lembaga pendidikan sekolah memerlukan sumber daya manusia sebagai penggerak roda kegiatan seperti kepala sekolah dan guru dalam roda organisasi. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut pihak sekolah dituntut untuk memperhatikan komitmen kerja bapak/ibu guru dengan memperhatikan variabel pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja. Hal tersebut didasarkan atas pengembangan karir yang berjalan dalam sebuah organisasi dapat meningkatkan komitmen mereka terhadap organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi karena karyawan bapak/ibu guru memiliki kepuasan kerja dengan adanya sistem promosi jabatan yang ada sehingga meningkatkan kualitas kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Guru di sebuah SMA di Jakarta. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh bapak/ibu guru yang mengajar di sebuah SMA di Jakarta yang berjumlah 55 responden. Metode analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), melalui pendekatan Partial Least Square, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pada guru di sebuah SMA di Jakarta dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pada guru di sebuah SMA di Jakarta.

The population of this research is all employees of PT. Hadeka Primantara which amounted to 91 people. The research method in this research is the quantitative research method by using the computer program Partial Least Square (PLS) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This thesis uses quantitative research through survey methods, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed significant influence on Leadership on Motivation at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 4,818 ≥ 1.96. There is a significant influence of Organizational Culture on Motivation at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 10,435 ≥ 1.96. There is no significant influence on Motivation on Service Quality at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 0.095 ≤ 1.96. There is no significant effect of Leadership on Service Quality at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 0.677 ≤ 1.96. There is a significant influence of Organization Culture on Quality of Service with the value of T Statistics 2,402 ≤ 1.96. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi. (2) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi. (3) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan. (4)Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas pelayanan.(5) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Hadeka Primantara yang berjumlah 91 orang. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program komputer Partial Least Square (PLS) dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Tesis ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif melalui metode survey, wawancara dan kuesioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi pada PT. Hadeka Primantara dengan nilai T Statistics 4,818 ≥ 1.96. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi pada PT. Hadeka Primantara dengan nilai T Statistics 10,435 ≥ 1.96. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Motivasi terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada PT. Hadeka Primantara dengan nilai T Statistics 0,095 ≤ 1.96. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada PT. Hadeka Primantara dengan nilai T Statistics 0,677 ≤ 1.96. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan dengan nilai T Statistics 2,402 ≤ 1.96.

Improving employee performance is an important and mandatory thing to be realized, especially in local government organizations. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, competence and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted on the employees of the Department of Investment and One Stop Services (DPMPTSP) of Yapen Islands Regency with a population of 32 employees, where all employees were used as samples. The independent variables in this study are leadership, competence and organizational culture, while the dependent variable is employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and then measuring the variables using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS), namely Smart-PLS version 3. The results showed that: 1) leadership had no significant effect on employee performance, but had a significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) competence has a significant effect on employee performance, but is not significant in influencing job satisfaction; 3) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction; 4) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; 5) job satisfaction can mediate the relationship of leadership to employee performance, but cannot mediate the relationship of competence and organizational culture to employee performance.

This research aims to analyse the influence of compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at PT Kurnia Mandiri Jaya in the distribution division of the head office in Cirebon. The method used in this research is the quantitative method as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine on certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative data analysis/statistics, with the aim to test a predetermined hypothesis. The population in this research is a permanent employee of PT. Kurnia Mandiri Jaya amounting to 107 employees. Determining the number of samples is done using the non-probability sampling method by using a saturated sampling which means the population is the number of samples. The data used in this research is the primary data questionnaire in which the subject of his research is 107 permanent employees of PT. Kurnia Mandiri Jaya Cirebon. Hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that compensation, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Kurnia Mandiri Jaya pada divisi distribusi kantor pusat di cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode kuantitatif sebagai metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian, analisis data yang bersifat kuantitatif/statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Kurnia Mandiri Jaya berjumlah 107 pekerja. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh yang berarti populasi adalah jumlah sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa kuesioner dimana subjek penelitiannya adalah 107 karyawan tetap PT. Kurnia Mandiri Jaya Cirebon. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to obtain the truth regarding organizations’ financial statements by examining the influence of organizational culture. This is a verification research, with an explanation technique used to determine the factors estimated to affect the variables. The non-probability sampling technique was used to obtain primary data from 65 respondents working in several Indonesia organizations through questionnaires and by observing their accounting and finance divisions. Hypothesis testing in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the estimation of model parameters using the PLS method (Partial Least Square). The consideration of choosing SEM analysis technique is because the variables involved are unobserved variables and there is a causal relationship between the variables.  According to initial concepts, organizational culture contributes to financial reporting development due to its ability to reflect an organization's specificity and characters. The result showed that organizational culture is the property and guidelines for all individuals in an organization to carry out their duties, and it influences the presentation of financial statements.Keywords: Accounting; Financial reporting; Organizational cultureAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kebenaran melalui pengujian pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap penyajian laporan keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat verifikatif dan bersifat penjelas atau kausalitas untuk mengetahui apa dan seberapa jauh faktor-faktor yang diperkirakan mempengaruhi suatu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan instrumen kuesioner yang dibagikan pada 65 responden dari beberapa organisasi di Indonesia. Unit observasi pada penelitian ini adalah bagian akuntansi dan keuangan pada tiap organisasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan penaksiran parameter-parameter model memakai metode PLS (Partial Least Square). Pertimbangan memilih teknik analisis SEM karena variable yang terlibat adalah unobserved variables serta adanya hubungan kausal antar variabelnya.  Menurut konsep dikatakan bahwa budaya organisasi akan memberikan kontribusi yang berarti dalam meningkatkan pelaporan keuangan. Budaya organisasi akan mencerminkan spesifikasi dan karakter suatu organisasi. Budaya organisasi tersebut menjadi milik dan pedoman bagi seluruh lapisan individu yang ada pada suatu organisasi dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap penyajian laporan keuangan.Kata kunci: Akuntansi; Budaya organisasi; Pelaporan keuangan

The purpose of this study is the way to understand and explain leadership and organizational culture in the Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE) by mediation through job satisfaction at financial institutions in Indonesia. The research method uses quantitative approach, which takes 125 respondents as a sample in financial institutions by questionnaire. The questioner uses Likert Scale with 5 levels of answers. The data collection thequices by questionnaires, interviews, and survey instruments whichs are sent randomly to employees at financial institutions. The data analysis is using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method by the Software SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.2.8. The study revealed that leadership and organizational culture to the dimention OCBE through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCBE partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of antecedent variables on employee engagement. The study involved 272 respondents from two regional companies in the water sector in the Bogor area. The study took place from April 2018 to May 2019. Analysis of the data used Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) on employee engagement variables as the first endogenous variable, employee job satisfaction as the second endogenous variable and as mediating variables, as well as organizational culture variables and work environment as an exogenous variable. The results showed that the organizational culture variables, directly and indirectly, did not have a significant effect on the endogenous variables of employee engagement. Exogenous variables of the work environment, directly and indirectly, have a positive and significant influence on the employee engagement variable. The implication of the results of this study is that the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) in the Bogor region needs to develop its work environment attributes that can improve employee job satisfaction. This needs to be done considering that employee job satisfaction will affect the degree of employee engagement.

This study aims to analyze the effect of locus of control consisting of internal locus and external locus on job satisfaction, the sample in this study is the driver who is a partner in an online transportation company in the city of Jambi. Data collection methods that use questionnaires and analyzed using verification analysis, analysis tools in research using Component Based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), namely PLS (Partial Least Square).
