<p>With the increasingly of the modern era, more and more diseases that arise due to human lifestyle and bacterial transmission. One of them is gastritis which occurs because of inflammation that occurs in the lining of the stomach which makes frequent pain in the stomach. From these problems, it is necessary to make an expert system application of gastritis disease which aims to provide information to the public to know the early symptoms of gastritis from an early age. The process of diagnose using the certainty factor method The methods in this study are data retrieval, system design, system making and system testing.From this research, it produces an expert system application that can diagnose the type of disease with the first test case 98.848%, the second test case 99.8464% and the third test case with the results of 99.99115264% correct and in accordance with expert knowledge. System testing is done by using black-box testing that shows the function of each unit of application 100% successful.</p>

In this study, an expert system is used to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware. With the application of certainty factor models, it is expected to be able to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware starting with the symptoms of damage from the computer along with solutions for handling the damage. This study aims to produce a fault diagnosis application on web-based computer hardware. This application is expected to make it easier for users to find solutions regarding experienced hardware problems. This expert system application is made using the certainty factor method so that the resulting diagnosis will display symptoms that have more certainty factors. This application was designed using UML and the PHP programming language with black-box testing. The study was conducted by collecting data through literature study, browsing, and interviews. The research method used is the waterfall method. The time of the research is from September 2019 to February 2020. This research is in an application to diagnose damage to computer hardware. Computer Hardware Damage Detection Application can be a guide for computer users in overcoming the damage to hardware with certainty factor methods and can help users in caring for computer hardware so it is not easily damaged.

Identification of the development of special interests and talents needs to be done in order to find out the potential of students. This knowledge is needed by the teacher when providing counseling guidance to students in order to know the types of special interests and talents of students. This study aims to identify the development of special interests and talents in students based on the characteristics of special interests and talents appropriately. In this study using the Certainty Factor method where this expert system can assist experts in identifying the development of special interests and talents based on the characteristics of special interests and talents in students. Followed by calculating the level of accuracy with the results of the counseling guidance teacher analysis. The results of the testing of the Certainty Factor method were successfully applied by comparing the data with the system that had been designed so that a good level of accuracy was obtained from the results of the system calculations with expert decisions of 80% of the 5 test data. This expert system application can be used as an alternative in identifying the development of special interests and talents in students.

Penyakit campak merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Indonesia, karena sering dilaporkan dibeberapa daerah. Menurut data IDAI insiden campak pada balita sebesar 582/10.000. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Certainty Factor atau Metode Kepastian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat perangkat lunak sistem pakar yang diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mendiagnosa jenis penyakit campak dan rubella. Perangkat lunak sistem pakar ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan user, analisis kebutuhan sistem dan perancangan rekayasa pengetahuan dimana dalam pembuatan rekayasa perangkat lunak ini, data yang terkumpul direpresentasikan sebagai basis pengetahuan keputusan, basis aturan dan perancangan mesin inferensi, selanjutnya perancangan sistem, yang merancang pembuatan pemodelan proses yang terdiri usecase dan activity diagram, pemodelan data yang terdiri dari perancangan table, pengembangan proses selanjutnya adalah implementasi menggunakan berbasis website. Hasil penelitian berupa program aplikasi sistem pakar yang mampu mendiagnosa penyakit Campak. Keluaran sistem berupa hasil diagnosis meliputi tentang penyebab penyakit, penularan penyakit, pencegahan penyakit dan solusi penyakit campak pada anak. Dan juga dilengkapai dengan MB, MD dan nilai C.F yang diperoleh dengan perhitungan menggunakan metode Certainty Faktor.Kata Kunci— Diagnosa, Campak, Rubella, Certainty FactorMeasles is a contagious disease that is still a health problem in Indonesia , as often reported in some areas . According to data SKR (1996 ) the incidence of measles in infants at 582/10.000. The method used is the Certainty Factor method or methods Kepastian.Tujuan this research is to create a software expert system that is expected to assist the community in diagnosing type measles expert system software include user needs analysis, requirements analysis and system design engineering knowledge which in pmbuatan this software engineering, data collected represented as a knowledge base, decision, rule base and inference engine design, system design further, the design creation process use case and activity diagram, data modeling which consists of designing Table Mapping, designing go round the table next process inplementasi development using website based. Masa remaja merupakan suatu rentang kehidupan individu. Dalam siklus perkembangan individu, masa remaja merupakan kehidupan yang sangat penting dan masa peralihan yang perlu diarahkan pada perkembangan menuju dewasa. Lingkungan keluarga yang sehat dan lingkungan yang kondisif untuk tumbuh kembang remaja yang positif dapat mempengaruhi kematangan fisik dan psikis remaja, maka dari itu perlu tindakan yang dapat membantu remaja menemukan tujuan dalam kehidupan. Ilmu psikologi merupakan bidang ilmu yang dapat mengetahui perilaku manusia dan mempelajari proses mental manusia. Ilmu psikologi dalam mempelajari sisi psikologi suatu objek masih menggunakan metode konvensional. Dalam hal mengamati gaya belajar remaja, perpaduan antara ilmu psikologi dan teknologi memungkinkan untuk dilakukan, yaitu dengan membuat sebuah sistem berbasis teknologi (sistem pakar) berdasarkan pengetahuan pakar. Sistem pakar ini dapat memberi pengetahuan dalam penentuan gaya belajar remja dengan menerapkan metode dari sistem pakar yaitu certainty factor. Certainty factor dapat memberikan nilai kepercayaan dari nilai ketipastian dengan menghitung nilai certainty factor dan hasil nilai kombinasi certainty factor sesuai ketentuan dari metode. Hasil perhitungan certainty factor berbentuk nilai (angka) di setiap gaya belajar, di mana hasil tertinggi menjadi penetuan gaya belajar. Hasil dari penelitian ini, para pakar (psikolog) dapat menentukan gaya belajar dengan lebih cepat dan pendidik atau pengajar dapat terbantu dalam mengetahui modalitas atau gaya belajar remaja serta dapat memberikan solusi bagi remaja arah bakat atau karir sesuai gaya belajar diperoleh. Bagi akademisi atau praktisi dibidang teknologi, akan didapat hasil bahwa metode Certainty Factor yang dapat menentukan gaya belajar dengan melihat dari perolehan nilai dari setiap gaya belajar.   Kata kunci: Ilmu Psikologi, Remaja, Gaya Belajar, Sistem Pakar, Certainty Factor   Abstrack Adolescence is an individual's life span. In the individual development cycle, adolescence is a very important life and a transitional period that needs to be directed at development towards adulthood. A healthy family environment and an environment that is conducive to adolescent growth and development that can positively affect adolescent physical and psychological maturity, therefore need actions that can help teens find goals in life. Psychology is a field of science that can know human behavior and study human mental processes. Psychology in studying the psychology of an object still uses conventional methods. In terms of observing adolescent learning styles, a combination of psychology and technology makes it possible to do, namely by making a technology-based system (expert system) based on expert knowledge. This study will discuss how to create an expert system with the certainty factor method. From the results of this study, experts in this case psychologists and educators or instructors can be helped in seeing the modalities or learning styles of adolescents. While for academics or practitioners in the field of technology, results will be obtained that the Certainty Factor method can determine learning styles. Using skincare and facial skin care must be in accordance with the type of facial skin, because if it is not suitable, it can cause problems such as facial skin breakouts, dry skin, irritated skin, and acne prone skin. To find out the type of facial skin, you have to do an examination with a skin and genital specialist, but the high cost of consultation and the long queue process is an obstacle for everyone. Therefore, the authors created an expert system to identify facial skin types using a combination of certainty factor methods with forward chaining techniques. The diagnostic results from calculations using an expert system application and the results of manual calculations from one of the respondent data from 100 respondent data, namely producing the same level of confidence, each of which produces a percentage of 99.45% and the diagnostic results state that the user has a normal skin type.

Developing an expert system application in providing an overview of the interests of students to help decision making interests in the vocational field so that they are right on target in choosing a major. In this study, using the Certainty Factor method and the Fordward Chaining method where this expert system can help experts identify vocational interests based on the characteristics of vocational interest in students. The personality types used to determine the type of vocational interest are Tangible, Thinking, Flexible, and Entrepreneur. The results of system calculations with expert decisions are worth 80% of the 4 test data, so a good level of accuracy is obtained. The resulting expert system can help students quickly provide an overview of vocational interest in making department decisions in continuing higher education, can carry out online consultations, document files, and can be used as a consultation portal for students.

Mosquitoes are insects that often make us worried because of the bite. One of the dangers caused by mosquito bites is a variety of diseases that can even cause death. Indonesia is a tropical country that is endemic in diseases that are spread by mosquitoes, such as dengue fever, malaria, and filariasis (elephantiasis). The expert system of first aid diagnosis of diseases caused by mosquito bites will be an alternative to overcome the problems that occur so that later the public can find out about information and do first aid to diseases caused by mosquito bites. This system was built using the Certainty Factor method and implemented into an Android-based application to determine the type of disease suffered due to mosquito bites. Knowledgebase was obtained from interviews with Dr. Andik Setiawan, literature study, and browsing. The results of testing the expert system of first aid diagnosis of diseases caused by mosquito bites is known that the Certainty Factor method is able to determine the type of disease from the symptoms mentioned by 40.8%.

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder caused by the pancreas that does not produce enough insulin, so the body works to be disturbed. But by knowing the symptoms that exist, prevention of diabetes mellitus disease can be done as early as possible with the help of expert systems.One method of expert system used to diagnose symptoms of Diabetes Mellitus is Certainty Factor. The process undertaken in this research starts from literature studies, system design, system implementation and the last is testing the system. In the system design process is done by designing the database required by the expert system and also design the system interface design. After the design process is done then the next step is to implement the design into an expert system application. By using this method, the system gives results of possible symptoms experienced, presentation of beliefs, and treatment solutions based on the facts and the value of confidence given by users in filling out questions that have been given by the system.The results of this system are used to help medical personnel and patients in order to identify the symptoms of diabetes mellitus

The Status

Since being confirmed by WHO, the status of COVID-19 outbreak has become a global pandemic, the number of cases has been confirmed positive, cured, and even death worldwide. Artificial intelligence in the medical has given rise to expert systems that can replace the role of experts (doctors). Tools to detect someone affected by COVID-19 have not been widely applied in all regions. Banyumas Regency, Indonesia is included confirmed region of COVID-19 cases, and it’s difficult for someone to know the symptoms that are felt whether these symptoms include indications of someone ODP, PDP, positive, or negative COVID-19, and still at least a referral hospital handling COVID-19. Expert system with certainty factor can help someone make a self-diagnose whether including ODP, PDP, positive, or negative COVID-19. This expert system provides ODP diagnostic results with a confidence level of 99.96%, PDP 99.99790%, positive 99.9999997%, negative 99.760384%, and the application runs well on Android OS

Diseases in plants are something that can happen to many plants either caused by pests or other factors, the disease in plants can be detected based on the symptoms that appear on the plant before spreading to all plants, to recognize the symptoms and types of diseases contained in plants require plant experts or also by applying expert systems with expert knowledge base applied to the system by using certain methods such as certainty factor method. Expected results with the availability of this expert system to the user can help many users to detect diseases in plants.
