Diseases in plants are something that can happen to many plants either caused by pests or other factors, the disease in plants can be detected based on the symptoms that appear on the plant before spreading to all plants, to recognize the symptoms and types of diseases contained in plants require plant experts or also by applying expert systems with expert knowledge base applied to the system by using certain methods such as certainty factor method. Expected results with the availability of this expert system to the user can help many users to detect diseases in plants.

Masa remaja merupakan suatu rentang kehidupan individu. Dalam siklus perkembangan individu, masa remaja merupakan kehidupan yang sangat penting dan masa peralihan yang perlu diarahkan pada perkembangan menuju dewasa. Lingkungan keluarga yang sehat dan lingkungan yang kondisif untuk tumbuh kembang remaja yang positif dapat mempengaruhi kematangan fisik dan psikis remaja, maka dari itu perlu tindakan yang dapat membantu remaja menemukan tujuan dalam kehidupan. Ilmu psikologi merupakan bidang ilmu yang dapat mengetahui perilaku manusia dan mempelajari proses mental manusia. Ilmu psikologi dalam mempelajari sisi psikologi suatu objek masih menggunakan metode konvensional. Dalam hal mengamati gaya belajar remaja, perpaduan antara ilmu psikologi dan teknologi memungkinkan untuk dilakukan, yaitu dengan membuat sebuah sistem berbasis teknologi (sistem pakar) berdasarkan pengetahuan pakar. Sistem pakar ini dapat memberi pengetahuan dalam penentuan gaya belajar remja dengan menerapkan metode dari sistem pakar yaitu certainty factor. Certainty factor dapat memberikan nilai kepercayaan dari nilai ketipastian dengan menghitung nilai certainty factor dan hasil nilai kombinasi certainty factor sesuai ketentuan dari metode. Hasil perhitungan certainty factor berbentuk nilai (angka) di setiap gaya belajar, di mana hasil tertinggi menjadi penetuan gaya belajar. Hasil dari penelitian ini, para pakar (psikolog) dapat menentukan gaya belajar dengan lebih cepat dan pendidik atau pengajar dapat terbantu dalam mengetahui modalitas atau gaya belajar remaja serta dapat memberikan solusi bagi remaja arah bakat atau karir sesuai gaya belajar diperoleh. Bagi akademisi atau praktisi dibidang teknologi, akan didapat hasil bahwa metode Certainty Factor yang dapat menentukan gaya belajar dengan melihat dari perolehan nilai dari setiap gaya belajar.   Kata kunci: Ilmu Psikologi, Remaja, Gaya Belajar, Sistem Pakar, Certainty Factor   Abstrack Adolescence is an individual's life span. In the individual development cycle, adolescence is a very important life and a transitional period that needs to be directed at development towards adulthood. A healthy family environment and an environment that is conducive to adolescent growth and development that can positively affect adolescent physical and psychological maturity, therefore need actions that can help teens find goals in life. Psychology is a field of science that can know human behavior and study human mental processes. Psychology in studying the psychology of an object still uses conventional methods. In terms of observing adolescent learning styles, a combination of psychology and technology makes it possible to do, namely by making a technology-based system (expert system) based on expert knowledge. This study will discuss how to create an expert system with the certainty factor method. From the results of this study, experts in this case psychologists and educators or instructors can be helped in seeing the modalities or learning styles of adolescents. While for academics or practitioners in the field of technology, results will be obtained that the Certainty Factor method can determine learning styles. Expert system is computer programs that mimic the thought process and expert knowledge in solving a particular problem. Basically, an expert system has various methods to diagnose various kinds of diseases experienced by humans, animals, and plants. This research analyzes the comparison of Certainty Factor method and Bayes Probability method in the expert system of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) diseases. Both methods have the same basic theory of overcoming uncertainties with existing variables. The Certainty Factor method has many variables that are used as systematic knowledge, namely the weight value of the expert which is the basis of knowledge of the system and the user input weight value, while the Bayes Probability method uses only expert knowledge in the calculation. Based on a comparative analysis of the methods obtained with 10 patients data on the ENT disease expert system, the Certainty Factor method has accuracy in diagnosing the disease by 100%, while the Probability Bayes method of system accuracy is 80%. So it can be concluded that the Certainty Factor method is more accurate in diagnosing ENT than the Bayes Probability method.

  Abstract— Central nervous disease is a group of neurological disorders that affect the structure or function of the brain or spinal cord, which collectively form the central nervous system. Society in general there are still many lay people who do not understand nerve health, so many of them ignore the symptoms experienced and may be a symptom of central nervous disease. This may be due to the high cost of consultation, and not to mention doctors who are difficult to find due to time invoices. In various fields the use of technology has developed rapidly, one of which is in the field of health, one of which is the use of expert systems. Expert systems are computer programs that present and reason with the knowledge of several experts to solve problems or provide solutions. The development of technology such as expert systems is of course also supported by methods of diagnosing, such as the Certainty Factor Method. To create an expert system that can help the community in consultation about the central nervous disease experienced by the Expert System to Diagnose Human Central Nerve Disease Using the Certainty Factor Method.

Information technology that continues to grow can be utilized in the service of human life in the world of health. Infectious disease is a disease that is quite dangerous for children. Delay in treating the disease can cause more severe disease. So that a system that has the ability to diagnose diseases is needed. Expert systems are computer applications that try to adopt human knowledge to computer programs like an expert. Many expert systems have been developed including diagnosing stroke and others. In this study, the expert system was used as a tool to diagnose viral infectious diseases in children. In this study we will discuss the making of expert system applications for infectious viral infections in desktop-based children using the certanty factor (CF) method. This expert system was built to diagnose tropical diseases caused by viral infections. This system provides information about diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Methods of tracking the symptoms of each patient, matching them with existing rules, and producing a diagnosis based on the knowledge base. Knowledge based from this expert system was obtained from several pediatricians and reference books. This expert system application is designed based on desktop and MySQL database as data storage. The resulting output is the value of the possibility of child disease based on the symptoms that have been given by the user. The magnitude of the probability value is the result of calculations using the certainty factor method.

The skin, which is the largest part  of the human body, is the body's first defense against bacterial and virus attacks. When the skin is exposed to the sun, dry weather, or bacteria, the reaction will spread to other parts of the body, and can even result in death if it is too late to be handled especially if the sufferers are children who are very vulnerable to disease. In this study an expert system was implemented to diagnose skin diseases in infants using the certainty factor method. certainty factor method is very suitable for expert systems that diagnose something that is uncertain. This system makes a diagnosis based on the symptoms felt by the user and then calculates certainty factors based on existing symptoms. Based on the test results by making comparisons between manual calculations and the one carried out by the system it is known that 90.22% of the diagnosis results get the same results so that the system is said to be suitable for use.  


This paper describes the creation of an expert system that is used to diagnose diseases in chili plants using a web-based certainty factor method. This expert system is made based on the weight of symptoms by experts so that users can find out the disease suffered by chili plants based on symptoms that arise. The symptom weight was calculated using the certainty factor method. This method is used to accommodate uncertainties that are often expressed by experts when detecting a disease. The design and manufacture of this expert system are done using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, CSS and the CodeIgniter framework. The results of the analysis between expert and expert systems have 87.09% compatibility level, and based on the calculation of the feasibility of the system with the Delone and McLean model shows that 77.58% of respondents agree Pakarcabaiku.com is a successful system for detecting chili disease.

Abstrak   Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tentang sistem pakar yang dirancang untuk membantu atau mempermudah kinerja teknisi maupun costumer. Sistem ini dapat melakukan pengecekan ataupun mendiagnosa kerusakan pada CCTV. Sistem pakar yang dibangun ini mampu mendeteksi 14 jenis kerusakan yang terdapat pada CCTV. kerusakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk pengecekan antara lain chipset VGA/HDMI DVR rusak, tampilan chanel bercahaya terang, kabel HDMI/VGA terputus, adaptor camera mati, hardisk error, dvr mati, kabel putus atau rusak, connector bnc longgar, connector power rusak, adaptor kurang voltase, kabel CCTV induksi listrik, lensa camera kotor, infraret kamera rusak, listrik tidak stabil. Hasil pengecekan kerusakan CCTV adalah berupa jenis kerusakan, nilai persentase kerusakan, jenis gejala, beserta solusi yang ditawarkan oleh sistem pakar. Sistem pakar ini menerapkan atau mengaplikasikan metode certainty factor pada proses perhitungannya. Metode certainty factor merupakan salah satu metode yang terdapat pada sistem pakar yang dapat menghitung atau mengolah nilai-nilai probabilitas setiap gejala, yang dihitung menggunakan rumus certainty factor sehingga menghasilkan  kesimpulan berupa jenis kerusakan dan nilai persentase dari setiap gejala yang ada pada CCTV.   Kata Kunci: sistem pakar, kerusakan cctv, hikvision,  certainty factor   Abstract   This study is a research on expert systems designed to help or facilitate the performance of technicians and customers. The result of CCTV damage checking is in the form of type of damage, percentage damage value, type of symptom, along with solutions offered by expert systems. This expert system applies or applies the certainty factor method to the calculation process. The use of computer laboratories at Sei Bamban YAPIM Private Vocational School is very dense, so the level of computer damage is greater, both in terms of hardware and software. Here the author will discuss Expert Systems to Diagnose Damage to Personal Computers, the Certainty Methods Method is one of the Expert System Methods to Be Able to diagnose damage to a Personal Computer. In this case the Certainty Factor method is used to diagnose damage to the Personal Computer through existing symptoms. The damage is taken from symptoms that may occur and then given a decision and provide Appropriate solutions to Overcome damage to the Personal Computer. The symptoms of damage to the Personal Computer will then be changed in the form of applications. To create an application the author uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. This thesis will explain the damage report and solutions for Personal Computer.
