Green Advertising – the word is a new way to attract modern consumers with the features of a green form of communication for the sustainable development of any country. Green Advertising will help in detailing those features which consumers are eagerly looking for and in require. Public opinion towards the environment and the way our finicky way of life damages it has increased from the last few decades. Accordingly, consumers expressed their willingness to buy more products with a less harmful impact on the environment. Companies sought to take advantage of this trend by launching ‘green' products and by introducing environmental concern in their advertising campaign.  This paper has dealt with the general concepts of green advertising and consumers' responsiveness of green advertising.

Interest in the concept of natural capital stems from the key role which this concept plays in certain attempts to elucidate the goal of sustainable development—a goal which currently preoccupies environmental policy-makers. My purpose in this paper is to examine the viability of what, adapting an expression of Bryan Norton's, may be termed the ‘social scientific approach’ to natural capital (Norton, 1992, p. 97). This approach largely determines the way in which environmental concern is currently being represented in the environmental policy community.

The main problem of that article is effectiveness / ineffectiveness of an axiological system of the sustainable development as the base of a program of activities taken in individual and social-political scale. The problem was presented from the view of Alain Badiou’s ethics, which is a trial of overcoming weaknesses of the contemporary ethics of the mainstream, especially very low effectiveness of the ethics in the sphere of social practice. For developing the title problem there was applied the critique of contemporary ethics as the ethics of consensus, conducted by Badiou. Established research prospect has a limited application. It allows exclusively and only for drawing a conclusions in the matter of possible usability of the ethics of sustainable development in the activities leading to the change of dominant stereotypes of thinking and standards of conduct nowadays. From the point of view of Badiou’s ethics this is the first, but necessary step on the way to answer a following question – does the ethic of sustainable development have actual causative power and is it effective in initiating and performing social changes?

The philosophy of cultural tourism rests on the premise that an understanding of past cultural activities informs the way of life of the present people, which offers intriguing attractions that tourists want to witness and participate in. This understanding has propelled man to travel to various parts of the world from the time of the Roman Empire; to gain insights into other people’s cultures with the view to enhancing development. In Nigeria, the impacts of philosophy and cultural tourism on national development have not been well discussed in development studies. Thus, there is a need to address the following questions: Are there cultural activities that could act as pull factors for developing cultural tourism? Why would tourists want to come to Nigeria? How would such visit contribute to the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 11 in Nigeria? In expanding this knowledge, a documentary approach based on a review of the literature was adopted. The authors seek to examine the philosophy behind cultural tourism. The authors attempt to analyse the SDGs as they affect cultural exchange, quality living, awareness creation about responsible consumption, education and personal fulfilment. The findings will help to synthesize the logic behind the propelling forces to visit a destination to witness or participate in cultural activities. The paper argues that understanding the philosophy of cultural tourism will go a long way to ensuring sustainable development in Nigeria.

The volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA) of the business environment require that investment projects carried out within organizations also include sustainability aspects, in order to maintain a superior competitive position. Investors as well as other stakeholders from organizations are more inclined to companies that implement sustainable investment projects compared to traditional ones for which only profit and financial benefits matter. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to reveal how the rapid and often unfounded changes specific to today's world, the VUCA world influences the way that projects are carried out within organizations. Particular attention was also paid to the way in which organizations implement project-specific activities and sub-activities, in order to ensure sustainable development, even in a crisis situation. In order to achieve these objectives, a bibliometric and systematic analysis of the specialized literature was carried out, analyzing the present studies and articles from the area, that revealed the influence of the VUCA world on the business environment. Anthropocentrism apsolutizes existence in relation to human essence. In this, it may downgrade generic essence of human and its primeval need for nature. Principles of sustainable development are challenged. The way of life and work are out of step with these principles. Therefore, central question of sustainable development is: where are the causes of modern man alienation from principles of sustainable development. We have to search for the answers in human nature and nature of human community. Their synthesis can direct socioantropogenesis of modern man in direction of accepting principles of sustainable development, in which principle of need is more important than need itself.

The paper presents an overview of experiences of public participation within planning, summarized in the "ladder of citizen participation". Further, considering that Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) is seen as an instrument for operationalizing the sustainable development strategy, the stress is on the place, role and scope of public participation in SEA within planning. Special attention is given to the status of SEA regarding public participation in planning in Serbia. One of the conclusions of the paper is that by introduction of the "Plan for public participation" as a legal obligation, it could be the way for operationalizing pubic participation and further, enhancement of participation in planning. .
