This article discusses the problems existing in the teaching of Logistics and the urgency of its curriculum reform, introduces the concept of outcome-based education (OBE) into the teaching process of Logistics, designs the teaching in a reverse direction guided by the results, and implements the teaching design in the form of flipped classroom. A “student-centered” teaching process endows students with stronger autonomy and initiative and encourages them to cooperate with each other. This teaching process provides new ideas and methods for the teaching reform of Logistics as well as the cultivation of excellent logistics talents.

Under the background of global informatization, "this course" must keep up with the development of society, which requires colleges and universities to reform their own teaching mode, such as flipped classroom, MOOCS, etc. Through the development of network platform and teaching video, the teaching concept can be better innovated, which will realize the transformation to the student-centered direction. Through flipped classroom, the interaction between the form and content of the course can be realized. Therefore, the teaching reform of "this course" is very necessary. Based on the flexibility and openness of flipped classroom, the evaluation of teaching effect can be better managed, which will arouse the enthusiasm of teachers and students. First of all, this paper analyzes the necessity of flipped classroom. Then, this paper puts forward some questions. Finally, some suggestions are put forward.

In view of the problems in circuit course, flipped classroom is introduced and new teaching mode is explored. Teaching design, teaching reform suggestion, teaching effects and results are presented. It is verified that this kind of teaching mode can enhance the enthusiasm, initiative and participation of the students, teaching efficiency is also improved. It is also a good way for comprehensive practice.

In view of the problems existing in the current teaching of computer network technology and application course, this paper introduces the educational concept driven by innovative thinking into the teaching of the course, and puts forward specific teaching reform measures: the teaching method which adopts the engineering application of innovative thinking as the guidance and focuses the problems on the core knowledge points, combining MOOC, SPOC and flipped classroom teaching philosophy, it is student-centered and arouses students’ interest in learning. Practice has proved that the teaching reform has obvious practical effects: students can quickly grasp the basic theory of computer network with more goals, and meanwhile, their practical ability, teamwork ability and innovation ability can be better trained and improved, which is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents.

In view of the problem of the data structure course being difficult to learn and teach, this paper analyses the characteristics and pain points of the course. We implement the concept of 'student-centered' education, combine outcome-based education and heuristic teaching, take students' learning effect as guidance and construct the curriculum according to the requirement of the industry. Combining students' autonomous learning, teachers' blackboard writing and on-site programming, we practice the educational concept of students as the main body and teachers as the auxiliary part. Finally, we highlight the significance and prospects of the results of this research and conclude that the research results are effective.

Nowadays design, as a discipline, is still in the process of evolving. The consequences of this process can be seen in changes of classical forms of teaching design in higher education. One of the most popular methods of obtaining new ideas of shaping in design is experiment. The authors of the article also consider it to be one of the most effective forms of design education for students. In order to prove it and obtain new forms and methods of design training at the Industrial Design Department of the Institute of Design of the RSU named after A. N. Kosygin а pedagogical experiment was conducted. The experiment in design education was considered as a way to get new ideas in shaping of industrial products. In the course of the pedagogical experiment students used artistic images of wildlife for the formation of design objects based on associative-shaped modeling. According to the results of the pedagogical experiment, a new methodology of educational design in the direction of "Design" was developed, based on the principles of bionic shaping of objects of graphic and industrial design — by the method of associative-shaped modeling. The use of the developed methods resulted in the increase of the level of term and graduation projects of students of the Industrial Design Department, what was repeatedly noted by specialists in the field of design.

A great deal of interest has emerged recently in the flipped classroom (FC), a student-centered teaching approach. After attending a presentation by the first author on the FC, a faculty member of a medical school in Mexico arranged for a 3-day workshop for 13 faculty members. The goal of the workshop was to train faculty to use the FC strategy in their classrooms to increase student engagement in learning. The workshop was in the FC style, where the participants would assume the role of students. Pre- and posttraining surveys were administered to examine participants’ current teaching practices and to evaluate their perceptions of the FC. The participants overwhelmingly reported the need to change their lecture-based teaching, as it was not engaging students. Their large class size, lack of technology, training, and uncertainty of the effectiveness of new teaching methods had hindered participants from changing their teaching technique. The on-site training not only allowed the entire department to work closely and discuss the new teaching approach, but also reinforced the idea of changing their teaching strategy and embracing FC teaching method. After the workshop, participants reported being determined to use the FC strategy in their classrooms and felt more prepared to do so. The post-survey results indicated that participants valued the FC training in the flipped style and wanted more of the hands-on activities. In conclusion, the 3-day faculty workshop on the FC was successful, since every participant was motivated to use this teaching method.

Curriculum reform that has an effect on the everyday practices in schools always entails translation of new ideas into new educational practices. This takes place primarily through shared sense making. However, our understanding of the different ways in which shared sense making is carried out is still scarce. In Finland, the district level plays an important intermediary role in orchestrating curriculum development work at the municipalities and in translating and mediating reform into school-level development work. The study explores different shared sense-making strategies employed by 12 district-level curriculum reform steering groups around Finland, including participants from 54 municipalities. Three hands-on strategies of shared sense making including comparison, standardisation and transformation were identified. The results indicated that different hands-on strategies have different functions in the process of making sense of the reform objectives. To a certain extent, the strategies can be viewed as hierarchical. Overall, results suggest that district-level actors aim to foster shared sense making; however, a more intentional use of strategies is needed.
