Healthcare quality criteria and indicators allow the head of the health care facility to clearly orientate in the degree of achievement of targets and improvement of results for patients. Studies of approaches to the formation of criteria and indicators of quality in the conditions of real domestic clinical practice, in particular, dental, are isolated. At the same time, in Ukraine there are no clinical protocols of dental care based on evidence-based technologies, which contain clinical quality indicators. The purpose of the study was to conduct a research on approaches to the development and usage of criteria and indicators for the quality of dental care in dental health facilities. Materials and methods. Such materials were used in the study as work plans for 2010-2019, administrative documents (orders), maps of expert assessments, "Guidelines for quality", internal audit protocols (a total of 149 units) of the three regional health care institutions of the dental profile. Methods, which were used, are system and process approach, content analysis, comparative analysis, graphical method. Results and discussion. In each institution, criteria and quality indicators are developed and monitored at the level of the doctor, line managers, the head of the institution and the medical council. Line managers conduct expert quality assessment, generalized "models of end results" which are formed at the level of the head of the institution. Detailed sets of criteria for the quality of the dental care process, ancillary processes and quality management systems are formed. Quantitative evaluation of the corresponding results on a scale and individual percentages is carried out. In general, the set of quality criteria and indicators is excessive in number, which does not meet the quality criteria defined by the standards for quality management systems, it contains mainly indicators of traditional industry reporting. At the same time, the world's evidence-based technologies of dental practice contain clinical indicators that reflect the use of interventions that have a proven impact on the quality of dental care expected by the patient, and which ensure efficient use of resources. Conclusion. The introduction of evidence-based technologies in dental practice is appropriate to improve approaches to the development of quality criteria and indicators, monitoring of clinical processes and compliance audits should be used, expert assessment should be carried out in case of defects

Compulsory health insurance is an integral part of health care. Dental care is provided in two forms: private dental services and public dental services based on budget clinics. The purpose of this study is to study dental health in Russia by comparing the policy of compulsory medical insurance and private services in dental practice. During the study, dental health indicators were studied at three levels: indicators for monitoring the oral health of children and adolescents. In the second part, indicators for monitoring oral health in the General population were studied. In the third part, indicators for monitoring the quality of life of the oral cavity were studied. Statistical data processing included implementation of correlation analysis of the obtained data. The results show that social health insurance provides people with equal opportunities for dental services, and health care reforms have improved oral health. Thus, the data obtained indicate the need to Finance the health care system in view of improving the quality of dental care for children and adults, as well as through the introduction of primary and secondary prevention programs.

While knowledge management (KM) is becoming an established discipline with many applications and techniques, its adoption in health care has been challenging. Though, the health care sector relies heavily on knowledge and evidence based medicine is expected to be implemented in daily health care activities; besides, delivery of care replies on cooperation of several partners that need to exchange their knowledge in order to provide quality of care. In public health decision is mainly based on data and a shift is needed towards evidence based decision making. It is obvious that health care can profit from many advantages that KM can provide. Nevertheless, several challenges are ahead, some are proper to KM and other particular to the health care field. This chapter will overview KM, its methods and techniques, and provide and insight into health care current challenges and needs, discuss applications of KM in health care and provide some future perspectives for KM in health care.

The article presents developed and widely implemented processing technologies of mining enterprises (crushing, classification, averaging adjustment screen composition, dehydration, loading, storage, reducing the ash content and moisture source)-based complexes DSKA. Offers innovative technical software allows mining companies and companies to create and consumers, in accordance with fluctuations in the market, to adjust flows of products providing a wide range of quality. Coal crushing and classification equipment is widely used in coal mines, sea and river ports, railway terminals and large coalstorage yards. However, drawbacks of the conventional technologies used in crushing (jaw, cone, rotary and rolling crushers), sizing (on low-frequency high-amplitude screens) and conveying (belt conveyors) worsen efficiency of production and decrease its attractiveness as investment. Besides, the preparation plants in service cannot, as a rule, ensure the integrated and adjustment-flexible approach to providing the desired quality of coal end product.

Quality evaluation of healthcare establishment (HCE) is a difficult process as it involves multiple components of quality criteria with various factors and sub-factors therein. Further, the quality criteria are not universally standardized. The subjective evaluation in itself is not reliable as a tool so that available HCEs may be investigated for selecting the best among them. Thus, to avoid vagueness and imprecision due to process of human cognition the need to evolve a useful method for evaluation of quality of HCE was essentially required. To achieve such an objective three well established HCEs from northern cities of India have been studied. An Integrated Quality Model designed for HCE (Azam et al., 2012a, 2012b) and specifically tested previously with the AHP study by the authors (Azam et al., 2015) with its components, parameters and factors sub-factors has been utilized to evaluate the quality aspects of HCEs forming subjects of the current study. Further, the standard formula of Fuzzy AHP methodology with the application of fuzzy set theory was applied to the multiple components of the quality criteria with various factors and sub-factors therein pertaining to various HCEs forming the subject of the study. Quality of the HCEs thus could be evaluated empirically avoiding vagueness due to human cognition factors. Utilizing this methodology respective rankings of HCEs could also be assigned among them with practical utility to maintain the required quality of their services. Quality evaluation of Health Care Establishment utilizing Fuzzy AHP along with fuzzy set theory is a unique method which will benefit the client patients to select the best HCE among the available alternatives of HCEs. It also helps the managers to improve the business by allocating scarce resources wherever critically required to improve various quality components criteria factors and sub-factors of their HCEs.
