This study to analyze the influence of work motivation, loyalty, employee quality to the employee performance in PT. Varia Usaha Gresik. The samples from this study are all permanent employees of Varia Usaha Gresik company amount to 96 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method, data analyze technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 18.0. the study to analyze the influence of work motivation did not have a significant effect to the employee. The loyalty and employee quality significant influence to the employee performance. Work motivation, loyalty, employee quality has simultan and significant influence to employee performance.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Keywords: motivation, discipline, performance ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan displin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 responden dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut Y = 4,604 + 0,476X1 + 0,336X2 + e. Dari persamaan regresi tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa variabel Motivasi kerja dinyatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dapat pula dikatakan bahwa semakin motivasi kerja maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini berarti, setiap ada peningkatan disiplin kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: motivasi, disiplin, kinerja

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Truba Jaga Cita. The study's population was 195 employees and a sample of 131 people was determined using the slovin formula. The data used is primary data using the results of the disseminated questionnaire. The analytical techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and determination test The results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test through F test say that there is an influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The purpose of this study was to (1) To determine the significance of partial effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (2) To determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (3) To find out which of the factors Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects that have a dominant influence on work motivation Head of the Village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. Methods used are causal research. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires given to 90 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence on the Simultaneous Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. (2) There is a significant influence on the Partial Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. This study aims to analyse the effect of tax services, tax amnesty, taxation knowledge, and tax sactions on taxpayer compliance. The population in the study is an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in the study was an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta, and took part in the tax amnesty program. The sampling technique in this study used the convenience sampling method. Responden in the study amounted 60 respondents. The data anlysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained result that taxpayer compliance in influenced by tax services and tax amnesty programs. However, taxation knowledge and tax saction does not affect taxpayer compliance. The cause of taxation knowledge does not affest taxpayer compliance, perhaps the understanding of taxpayers regarding the procedures for payment and reporting is still minimal. Meanwhile, the reason for lack of support fot tax sanction on taxpayer compliance, perhaps because taxpayers consider that saction given when taxpayer violate laws are still mild. Therefore, these two reasons are factors that encourage taxpayers to behave disobediently.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 33 pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Kendari Management and Retribution Agency. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and was carried out on 33 employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was the census method and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous motivation, competence, and work environment influence employee performance and partially the dominant influence on employee performance is motivation.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

This study aims to analyze the effect of vigor, dedication and absorption on the employee performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Cargo. The object of this study is the employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate, which is located in the Cargo Area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The population of this study is 93 employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate. The sampling method used is a census sample. Therefore, the sample of this study is 93 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this study with the help of the SPSS application version 26. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, vigor, dedication and absorption have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, both vigor and dedication have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, absorption has no effect and is not significant. The magnitude of the influence (R Square) of vigor, dedication and absorption on employee performance is 48,1%.

This study was aimed to examine the effects of trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness of celebrity endorser on Instagram to purchase intention of hijab products. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling method. The population in this study was followers of the @gitasav Instagram account. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness had a significant effect on purchase intention. However, partially the purchase intention variable is only influenced by the trustworthiness variable which is equal to 3,878. In this study a regression model was obtained, which is Y = 10,021 + 0,655X1 + 0,038X2 - 0,122X3.
