In the rapid development of modern society, public libraries are paying more and more attention to the improvement of their own service levels. The deep integration of culture and tourism is an inevitable trend of cultural development in the new period and has largely satisfied the culture of the people. Demand, the practice and development of cultural and tourism integration have promoted the national public libraries to pay attention to the development of cultural and tourism integration and provide support for the development of cultural and tourism integration. Modern society has various needs such as education, research, cultural advancement, information, spiritual and ideological pursuits, pastime and recreation. Society has founded various institutions to serve these needs, among them the library occupies a prominent place; the library is able to meet all of them in equal measure. The public library is the local centre of information making all kinds of knowledge and information made available to its users. The public library, the local gateway to knowledge, provides a basic condition for lifelong learning, independent decision making and cultural development of the individual and social group. A public library as enunciated in the UNESCO Manifesto (1994) is expected to play the libraries role in three main areas like information, education and culture. The aim of this chapter is to provide an overview of how the public libraries support and guides the digital and modern world.

The basic education in the new period has changed quickly, and all kinds of education departments have strengthened safety education by various approaches; however, the students' safety accidents across the country have still happened frequently, so the people have spontaneously paid attention to and reflected on the students' safety education issue, especially the safety education in the elementary schools where the students are younger. In this paper, the village elementary schools in the counties have been taken as the research object, and the research methods such as documentary method and interview method have been adopted to analyze the current situation of safety education in the village elementary schools in Nanxian County from the aspects such as safety education management, safety education content, safety education awareness, safety education effect and safety education approach.

This article mainly expounds that deepening of teaching reform in higher education and improvement of personnel training quality are important initiatives to strengthen the quality of higher education connotation construction, to improve students' practical and innovative ability, and to satisfy people in the new period. By being effectively consistent with social needs, mechanical major is more closely combined with mechanical engineering characteristics which meet the diverse demand of engineering talents. Cultivating project suitable to diversification of innovation talents is revised. Curriculum group and practical teaching system of creation and execution in parallel are established. We adhere to the people-centered notion and set ability training as the core, quality as the goal, the accumulation of knowledge as the basis to enhance the innovative ability of college students of mechanical engineering steadily.

Subject. This paper examines the history of accounting in China, describes the main characteristics of its development in different periods of time and the prospects for its further development. Objectives. The paper aims to consider the history of the development of accounting in China. Methods. For the study, I used analysis, synthesis, and other general scientific methods. Conclusions. Accounting in China has undergone an evolutionary path of development from simple to complex, from ancient to modern, from single-entry bookkeeping to double-entry bookkeeping under the influence of various factors: economic, political, legal, social, cultural, and technological. According to the characteristics of development, the history of accounting can be divided into three main stages: accounting in Ancient China, accounting in the new period, and accounting in modern times. In different eras, accounting had different time characteristics. Accounting must get adapted to the needs of modern society and get improved along with its socioeconomic development.
