ABSTRACTThis research is a type of descriptive research. This study aims to determine; Comparison of interest in learning in volleyball games between Sungguminasa SMPN I students of Gowa Regency and Sungguminasa SMPN I students.                The population is all students of SMPN I Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency and students of SMPN 3 Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency. The sample used was grade VIII students. A Sunggiminasa SMPN I as many as 30 people and eighth grade students. A SMPN 3 Sunggiminasa Gowa Regency as many as 30 people. The technique of determining the sample is to use saturated samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive frequency analysis. The results showed that: 1) Interest in learning in volleyball games in students of SMPN I Sungguminasa in Gowa Regency was 124.17 in average value 2) Interest in learning in volleyball games in students in SMPN 3 in Sungguminasa in Gowa Regency was 113.93 in average. In this case, the students of Sungguminasa I Public Middle School have a higher interest in learning volleyball compared to the students of Sungguminasa I Public Middle School ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; Perbandingan minat belajar dalam permainan bolavoli antara siswa SMPN I Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa dengan siswa SMPN I Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Populasinya adalah seluruh  dan siswa/siswi SMPN I Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa dan siswa SMPN 3 Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa/siswi kelas VIII. A  SMPN I Sunggiminasa Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 30 orang dan siswa/siswi kelas VIII. A  SMPN 3 Sunggiminasa Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Minat belajar dalam permainan bolavoli pada siswa SMPN I Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa sebesar 124,17 nilai rata-ratanya 2) Minat belajar dalam permainan bolavoli pada siswa SMPN 3 Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa sebesar 113,93 nilai rata-ratanya. Dalam hal ini siswa SMP Negeri I Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa memiliki minat belajar dalam permainan bolavoli yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan  siswa SMP Negeri I Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa.

The population is all students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency. The sample used was grade VII students. L Sungguminasa 1 Public Middle School as many as 30 people. The technique of determining the sample is to use saturated samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive frequency analysis. The results showed that: 1) Interest in learning in volleyball games at students of SMP Negeri I Sungguminasa Gowa Regency in the high category or at 74.44%, 2) Motivation of learning in volleyball games at SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa students in Gowa Regency in the high category or equal to 76.67%.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of academic supervision of Islamic Religious Education supervisors during the covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District Public Middle School. The approach used is descriptive qualitative—data collection through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is carried out circularly, starting from data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing is a data analysis technique carried out. The results showed that the implementation of the academic supervision of the Islamic Religious Education supervisor during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District Public Middle School was carried out online and offline with individual and group techniques. The implementation of academic supervision carried out are activities for fostering Islamic Religious Education (GPAI) teachers, monitoring National Education Standards (SNP), evaluating PAI teacher performance, and carrying out professional guidance and training for PAI teachers. It's just that these activities have not run optimally.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the errors that occur in grade VII students of the SMP Negeri Pembangunan Padang. The population in this study were eighth grade students of SMP Negeri Pembangunan Padang. This type of research is qualitative, the research analyzed does not use statistics. The instrument of this research was the research itself and the fable text written by VII grade students of the SMP Negeri Pembangunan Padang. Data collection techniques in this research is by means of documentation. The data analysis technique of this research went through several processes, namely (1) reading fable texts of students' work, (2), reading fables of students' work, (3) looking for language errors (use of spelling) in fable texts of students' work, (4) grouping errors free fable text of student work, and (5) discusses errors in fable text of student work. The results of the first study, the structure in the fable text of VII students of SMP Negeri Pembangunan Padang 99% was made correctly and properly. Second, non-linguistic errors in fable texts written by VII grade students of SMP Negeri Pembangunan Padang, namely mistakes in the use of capital letters, mistakes in prepositions of use, and errors in making particles. Errors found were published, (1) errors in capital letters using 175 cases of errors, (2) errors in prepositions as many as 50 cases of errors, and (3) Third, steps to overcome errors in writing fable texts for VII grade students of SMP Negeri Pembangunan Padang.   Keywords: Structure and Language Elements of Fable Text.

The purpose of the study was to analyze what factors influence the Performance Based Budget by using a sample of 87 respondents working at the Secretariat of the Papuan People's Representative Council. While the data analysis technique used is the Ordinary least square (OLS) technique. The results of the study are indicated by the calculation of the mean (mean) of 32 item questions and 87 respondents and the result is 137.31. If the value is compared to the criteria that the author has set, then the average value is included in the "Very Good" category. While the results of the partial analysis of organizational commitment (X1) have a significant and positive influence on the performance-based budget of 1,261. Keywords: Performance Based Budget

This study aimed to find out and describe the struggle of an older sister to her younger siblings. Struggle was to progress with difficulty or to make a strenuous effort. Effort and struggle were directed towards the achieving of an end which was realized as one’s ideal. Struggle meant everything that was done to achieve a goal. Effort and hard work had to be achieved as the key to success. All of that were an attempt to achieve something expected for the sake of glory and kindness. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The descriptive research attempted to describe, explain and interpret conditions of the present or descriptive research sought to provide an accurate description of observations of a phenomenon. The results of the study showed that struggle in the novel was concerned with: (1) to earn a better living, (2) to give proper education, (3) to save life.

Abstract : Research Objectives to measure and analyze the effectiveness of Go-Jek online advertising on social media. This study uses a sample to residents who live in Padang City and are social media users. Sampling was done by Purpose sampling with 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the EPIC method, which consists of; empathy (empathy), persuasion (persuasion), impact (impact), and communication (communication). The EPIC analysis results partially for each variable are in the "effective" range because the average value of empathy = 3.9375, persuasion = 3.9273, impact = 3.8175, and communication = 3.92. And the EPIC rate which is the average value of the whole variable is at 3.9. This value is in the "effective" range on the effectiveness scale. This shows that Go-Jek online advertisements through social media are considered effective in attracting audience empathy, effective in influencing audience buying interest, effective in leaving a good impression on the audience, and effective in delivering messages clearly, well, and correctly. Curriculum of 2013 requires students to be able to think critically. This critical thinking ability can be trained by using questions that have indicators of critical thinking, besides those questions must also have cognitive levels C4 (analyze), C5 (evaluate), and C6 (synthesize). Padang Public Middle School 2 has implemented 2013 Curriculum in learning, but students' critical thinking skills are unknown. This research is a descriptive research. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The subject of the study consisted of 48 students of class VII of SMP Negeri 2 Padang. The data obtained in this study was obtained through test techniques. The test used is a description test. The test instruments used will be validated and analyzed first. Analysis of this instrument includes the level of difficulty, differentiation and reliability. Test instruments were tested before being used. This study produces data that the level of critical thinking skills of seventh grade students in Padang State Middle School is still in non-critical qualifications with a percentage average value of 48.53%. Indicators with the highest average percentage to the lowest, namely; the inference indicator obtained a score of 69.96% with quite critical qualifications; the indicator gives a basic statement obtained a value of 60.62% with less critical qualifications; the indicator estimates that a value of 53.12% is obtained with non-critical qualifications; the indicator gives an advanced statement obtained a value of 44.39% with non-critical qualifications, and; basic indicators of decision making obtained a value of 14.58% with non-critical qualifications. Keywords: Critical Thinking, Environmental Pollution, Descriptif

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

AbstrakTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP SATAP 48 OKU menulis puisi sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran Concept Sentence, untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP SATAP 48 OKU menulis puisi setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Concept Sentence, dan mengetahui efektifitas model pembelajaran Concept Sentence terhadap pembelajaran menulis puisi siswa kelas VIII SMP SATAP 48 OKU. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksprimen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah tes menulis puisi dan teknik analisis data adalah uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP SATAP 48 OKU setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Concept Sentence lebih baik daripada sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran Concept Sentence.Kata-kata kunci: Keefektifan,  concept sentence, menulis puisi. AbstractThe objectives in this study were to describe the ability of grade VIII students of SMP SATAP 48 OKU to write poetry before applying the Concept Sentence learning model, to describe the ability of grade VIII students of SMP SATAP 48 OKU to write poetry after the Concept Sentence learning model was applied, and know the effectiveness of the Concept Sentence learning model on learning to write poetry for eighth grade students of SMP SATAP 48 OKU. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The data collection technique is the poetry writing test and the data analysis technique is the t test. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of the eighth grade students of SMP SATAP 48 OKU after using the Concept Sentence learning model are better than before using the Concept Sentence learning model.             Key words: Effectiveness, concept sentence, writing poetry.

This research is motivated by the low skill of writing descriptions of 5th-grade students of SD Negeri 38 Pekanbaru with 37 students. It is known that no highly skilled students, 5 skilled students, 9 students are quite skilled and 23 students are less skilled in writing descriptions. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and one daily test. This study aims to improve the skills of writing student descriptions. The data in this study were obtained through observation and tests. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of teacher and student activities as well as analysis of skills in writing descriptions. The results of the analysis of teacher activities in the cycle I of the first meeting with a percentage of 75% and the second meeting 79%, while in the cycle II the first meeting with a percentage of 83% and the second meeting 88%. Activities of students in the first cycle I the first meeting with a percentage of 71% and the second meeting 75%, while in the cycle II the first meeting was 79% and the second meeting 83%. The results of the analysis of the skills of writing student descriptions can be seen from before the action carried out the average value of students obtained at 49.51, after the action in the cycle I increased to 75.11 and the cycle II increased to 81.65. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of guided writing strategies can improve the skills of writing descriptions of 5th-grade students of SD Negeri 38 Pekanbaru.
