This paper presents the activities of teachers team from Kindergarten „Edinstvo Tvorchestvo Krasota“, Vratsa on the Erasmus + Programme, KA – Key Action 1: „Transnational mobility of learners“, sector „School Education“. Reveals the role of teamwork, motivation and qualification of teachers to achieve its main goal – increasing the skills to work with ICT with based innovative educational technologies and didactic models. The possibilities for comprehensive and quality education of the children in a unified information and communication environment are shown. We share with the highly respected audience the unlimited opportunities of the teacher to self-educate and improve their skills to meet the natural need of children to play by integrating information and communication technologies in the educational process.

This article examines the effectiveness of studying the Latin alphabet based on the Kazakh script using information and communication technologies, which is recognized as relevant today. The term communication and the content of information and communication technologies, their functions, types of application, general directions of the educational process were emphasized. It also presents the issues of the transition to the Latin alphabet in Kazakhstan, methods of teaching the Latin alphabet, communicative features of teaching Latin script and the role of dialogue in teaching it using ICT. The types of skills that are formed in students according to the peculiarities of the Latin alphabet based on the Kazakh script were analyzed using information and communication technologies, which is relevant today. The asynchronous and synchronous teaching method was considered, the infinite Miro.com board, edpuzzle.com task system, Google Drive repository, Coreapp.ai lesson and task system, Kahoot.com test type, obs.studio and other computer programs were analyzed. The functions of innovative educational platforms and the effectiveness of teaching the Latin alphabet based on the Kazakh writing in ICT are analyzed.

The authors want to make a contribution to studies of educational technologies (TE) and information and communication technologies (TIC) in Venezuela. They reflect on the role of educational technologies when everybody talks today about information and communication technologies and they wonder if the first one died to allow the last one to emerge. This paper makes a review on some aspects referring to this question from the 70´ up to the present and concludes reflecting on the relevance of educational technologies nowadays. Contribuir al estudio de la tecnología educativa (TE) y las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) en Venezuela es el objetivo de este trabajo. Se ha avanzado en la corriente tecnológica y educativa, sin detenernos a reflexionar sobre lo recorrido. ¿Qué pasó con la TE?, ¿desapareció para dar paso a las TIC?, ¿por qué se hace mención casi de manera exclusiva a Internet y las redes, cuando nos referimos a las TIC? El trabajo se sustenta en la revisión de algunas publicaciones periódicas y documentos de eventos y encuentros, en atención a algunas ofertas de formación académica y en las disponibilidades de prestación de servicios en el área de la TE y de las TIC. A partir de esta revisión se analizan algunos aspectos fundamentales que permiten caracterizar y acercarse a este campo de estudio.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the introduction and use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the special disciplines of higher education, to teach teachers how to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning through information and communication technologies. This article discusses the issues of improving the knowledge and skills of students through the use of modern information and communication technologies in the preparation of specialists, increasing students' interest in the educational process and the ability to apply their knowledge in practice in the future. The focus is on the need to develop appropriate strategies for a new educational role and, in addition, to enhance the role of learners in integrating information and communication technologies into the educational process. The role and perspective of the teachers was very important, highlighting them as key players in the process. The data show that there is a belief that the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process will help increase the effectiveness of education and facilitate the organization of the educational process. In particular, it shows that the contribution of information and communication technologies to the improvement of the educational process in educational institutions, where information and communication technologies is an innovative factor, is high. Achieving this high level means that the educational institution must not only modernize technological means, but also change the models of teaching.

The problems of developing critical thinking in the process of training students are considered in the article. The relevance of this study in the regulatory documents adopted in the Republic of Kazakhstan is analyzed. The educational technologies that’s used in the educational system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and seven modules of the Cambridge system are listed. The basic structural elements of critical thinking, which are the basic element in the formation of critical thinking in students are given. The main characteristics of the critical thinking of the teacher and the important features of critical thinking, as well as the role of reflection and evaluation in the formation of critical thinking are considered. The role of the student and teacher in using the technology for the development of critical thinking of students is determined. The pedagogical possibilities of applying the technology for the development of critical thinking are given on the example of the discipline "Information and communication technologies".

Statement of the problem. To achieve the requirements for graduates of engineering fields of training, it is necessary to design and implement an educational process based on the integration of competence, activity and personality-oriented approaches in the context of using information and communication technologies. The improvement of procedure for assessing the results teaching mathematics is due to the transition to competence-based paradigm of education in the context of informatization, strengthening of the role of students’ independence in the educational process, need to solve new problems in future professional activities arising in connection with the development and renewal of the production base. The purpose of the article is to develop an assessment methodology in teaching mathematics for future bachelors of engineering training in the context of informatization of education and increasing role of their independence. The research methodology consists of the analysis of regulatory documents in the field of higher education, the requirements of educational standards, analysis and generalization of the available experience on the problem under consideration. The research is based on the theory of competence-based, activity-based, personality-oriented and systematic approaches, and informatization of education. Research results. The article describes the methodology for evaluating the results of teaching mathematics to students of engineering fields of training. In accordance with the criteria for evaluating the results of teaching mathematics, key indicators of the formation of each criterion are formulated and the levels of their manifestation are described. The potential of using diagnostic tools, including electronic educational resources, has been determined. Conclusion. The implementation of a systematic methodology for assessing the results of teaching mathematics contributes to improvement of the quality of mathematical training. The conducted diagnostics helps to identify gaps in the knowledge of students and adjust the teaching methodology, thereby increasing the motivation of students to study the discipline.

Implementation of the concept of education throughout all life is connected not only with modernization of the contents, methodical providing and the organization of educational process, including introduction of information and communication technologies and innovative methods of training, with the strengthening of a role of individual and independent work of schoolchildren and students, but also to change of a role of teachers. Functioning and development of modern educational space in many respects depends on coordination of the actions of the scientific and pedagogical community. It should be noted especially an important and growing role of professional associations at virtual space. Development of the global Internet and wide use of information and communication technologies represent essentially other opportunities for the organization of educational networks. It is obvious that communities of teachers at the present stage have to be focused on the creation of an innovative platform for discussion and the analysis of future tendencies in educational space, for exchange of information, new ideas and for the establishment of professional contacts.

The role of information and communication technology in the formation of cognitive activity of students are considered in the article. The relevance of this study in the education system used in the educational process of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan is analyzed. The concepts of “cognitive activity”, “cognitive activity and structure of activity”, “information and communication technologies” are clarified in the article and the relevance of the use of information and communication technologies in modern lessons is given. The forms, methods and means of enhancing the cognitive activity of students are analyzed. The main factors that motivate students to be active are listed. The possibilities of information and communication technologies that contribute to the development of cognitive interest of students are highlighted. It also presents the capabilities of multimedia technology in enhancing the cognitive activity of students, lists the main elements of this technology and the didactic capabilities of multimedia presentations.
