Abstract — Motorcycle Company is engaged in selling used motorcycles, processing motorcycle inventory data to manage the optimal number of purchases and sales. Based on monthly sales data, it can be predicted the need to buy a used vehicle to the seller. Through FSN (Fast-moving, Slow-moving and Non-moving) analysis is to consider quantity, the rate of consumption of item and how often they are issued or used. The results of analysis can be used to guide the decision of the right amount of inventory to be placed in the warehouse, the frequency to buy or even delete certain items in stages. In order for the FSN analysis to be carried out successfully, it is necessary to analyze the items based on their respective categories, within a certain period of time.  The purpose of this research is to design and build an information system for the sale of used motor vehicles, purchase of used motorcycles by considering the optimal inventory using the FSN method.   Keywords — Inventory Management, Selling-buying Used Motorcycle, Fast-moving, Slow-moving and Non-moving Anylysis.

The rapid development of technology has brought humans into a life side by side with information and technology itself. Nowadays, more and more companies need fast and accurate information services. Processing of sales and inventory data at the Growmart (Farmer Business Branch) Bagan Batu company which still uses the manual method makes recording sales data and printing reports slow and less efficient. To solve this problem, a web-based sales and inventory information system for agricultural equipment products was designed. This web-based information system was built using the PHP programming language and the Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) as content representation, and database processing using MySQL. The result of this research is an information system that helps the sales admin section of the Growmart company to input sales data and equipment product inventory easily, quickly and efficiently..Keywords: Farmer, sales, inventory, quickly, efficiently

 Abstract:  Information technology produces innovation, which can be the initial stage of the success of any business. Many businesses use the sales information system in daily sales. Using a sales information system can improve the effective and efficient procedure of working, as well as system easy to generate sales data, price information, inventory data, and invoice. Business process in CV Mitra Tani still manual, where is price information writes on paper and there is no sales data, inventory data, and invoice. Problems using manual business processes faced by CV Mitra Tani are needed a long time to serve customers, there is no data used to know profit loss, and there is no data used to decide between stocking. To solve this problem, CV Mitra Tani will develop a sales information system based on the web.  The features of the build system generate sales data, inventory data, price information, and print invoice. The system will be developed by using prototype methodology dan built-in PHP language, while the database will use MySQL. Based on the research, using a sales information system can be useful to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the procedure sales business processes, by easily know information price, generate sales data, inventory data, and print invoice.            Keywords: MySQL; PHP; Prototype; Sales Information System;  Abstrak: Teknologi informasi mendorong inovasi dan inovasi adalah jalan menuju kesuksesan sebuah bisnis. CV Mitra Tani adalah salah satu mini market yang menjual kebutuhan sehari-hari masyarakat. Bisnis proses yang ada di CV Mitra Tani masih manual, dimana informasi harga masih dicatat di buku, tidak ada data penjualan, inventaris dan tidak ada faktur. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh CV Mitra Tani dengan bisnis proses yang masih manual adalah waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melayani pelanggan lama, tidak ada data yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui untung atau rugi, dan ketika melakukan stok barang tidak ada.  Permasalahan tersebut akan diatasi oleh CV Mitra Tani dengan membangun sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web. fitur dari sistem yang akan dibangun adalah menghasilkan data penjualan, inventaris barang, informasi harga, dan cetak faktur. Sistem akan dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototype dan bahasa pemograman PHP, sedangkan databasenya akan menggunakan MyQL. Berdasarkan penelitian, penggunaan sistem informasi penjualan dapat meningkatkan efektitivitas dan efesiensi Cara kerja bisnis proses, seperti kemudahan dalam mengetahui harga, kemudahan menghasilkan laporan penjualan, inventasi dan kemudahan dalam mencetak faktur. Kata kunci: MySQL; PHP; Prototype; Sistem Informasi Penjualan;

Inventory management is needed to determine the inventory of goods needed within a certain period so that market demand can be fulfilled. The data used in this study are inventory data from 2016 to 2018. Data processing in this study uses the Monte Carlo algorithm to predict procurement data. In accelerating data processing, this research applies a Web-based program with the PHP (Hypertext Processor) programming language. The results of testing this method are to obtain predictions of the supply of goods in a certain period of time with the right level of accuracy. From the test results obtained the level of accuracy in predicting inventory stock by 93% so that it can help companies in making decisions in the future.

Inventory is very important in work activities or in a business entity, because inventory can be a benchmark of performance and cash flow of a company. If there is too much inventory turnover is not good, and vice versa if there is too little inventory it can hamper work activities, resulting in low yields and will affect the company's income. Because at PT Ultra Sakti, ATK Goods Inventory Management is still manual. Which causes the management and presentation of inventory data can be ineffective and inefficient, because it is very easy to make mistakes (Human Error) this results in the inventory process will be very bad, because it could be an excess or even a shortage of inventory processes. Therefore, the authors try to make an inventory system in order to help PT. Ultra Sakti in carrying out work activities to be more efficient and effective, in the presentation of data and data management. So that mistakes can be minimized. Monitoring of warehouse inventory data processing is an important thing for companies. PT Talaga mulya indah is still manual using paper media, causing problems that have an effect on existing information, namely: problems with data processing of incoming and outgoing goods. And the difference between data on the amount of stock of goods available with physical data, often occurs inputting data more than once for the same item, searching for available data, and making reports so that it impedes companies in monitoring inventory of existing stock of goods. Which aims to create a system that can provide updated information to facilitate the warehouse admin in making inventory reports, and reduce errors in input by means of integrated control. In this study, the authors used the data collection method used in this analysis using the method of observation, interviews, and literature review (literature study). For analysis using the PIECES analysis method. Furthermore, the system design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are expected to produce the right data in the process of monitoring inventory data processing, also can provide the right information and make it easier to control the overall availability of goods.

Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.

Abstract Post-war Sierra Leone has experienced a population explosion that has raised questions among rural farmers about the relationship between family size and poverty. Agricultural decline and the high cost of schooling are not prompting parents to articulate a desire for smaller families; rather, they highlight that the uncertainty around articulating the “right” number of children is unresolvable because the ability to send children to school is predicated on increasing agricultural outputs that decline precisely because population pressure has reduced soil fertility. Bolten and Marcantonio conclude that this renders family size the heart of a paradox, where there is no optimal number of children.

Inventory management of deteriorating drugs has attracted considerable attention recently in hospitals. Drugs are a kind of special product. Two characteristics of some drugs are the shorter shelf life and high service level. This causes hospitals a great deal of difficulty in inventory management of perishable drugs. On one hand, hospitals should increase the drug inventory to achieve a higher service level. On the other hand, hospitals should decrease the drug inventory because of the short shelf life of drugs. An effective management of pharmaceuticals is required to ensure 100% product availability at the right time, at the right cost, in good conditions to the right customers. This requires a trade-off between shelf-life and service level. In addition, many uncontrollable factors can lead to random lead time of drugs. This paper focuses on deteriorating drugs with stochastic lead time. We have established a stochastic lead time inventory model for deteriorating drugs with fixed demand. The lead time obeyed a certain distribution function and shortages were allowed. This model also considered constraints on service level, stock space and drug shelf life. Through the analysis of the model, the shelf life of drugs and service level were weighted in different lead time distributions. Empirical analysis and sensitivity analysis were given to get reach important conclusions and enlightenment.
